Definitions
- the present invention relates to a rotating plate twist stepper capable of waist movement, aerobic exercise for the user's health, regardless of the indoor and outdoor places, and can be automatically twisted when walking by the stepper by the twist rotating plate
- Leg muscle strength and waist movement are possible at the same time, and when not used as a stepper, it has various functions that can exercise waist using only one twisting turn plate on one side and users can perform aerobic exercise for health regardless of indoor and outdoor places.
- the stepper is equipped with a pivoting handle, which prevents safety accidents caused by the user moving away from the stepper's footsteps during intense walking movements, and enables automatic twisting of the upper body during walking movements, thereby enabling leg strength and waist movement at the same time.
- Such a conventional stepper is generally provided with a main body, a footrest is formed on the left and right sides of the main body, and the upper and lower spaced apart means coupled to the footboard is generally provided. Therefore, the conventional stepper is configured to allow the user to exercise even in a narrow place when the user places the two feet on the footrest, and when the user rolls the foot, such as walking in place, the left and right footholds are operated up and down by the separating means. It is.
- the stepper according to the up and down movement of the conventional stepping exercise method is limited to the muscle strength of the user's leg can not be pelvic, abdominal, arm, body twisting, etc. By this, the deflection of the movement occurs, and there is a problem that the overall movement method is too monotonous. In addition, there is a lack of practical aspects as well as the user may lose interest in the exercise.
- a stepper having a twist function for compensating such a conventional stepper has been disclosed.
- the twist stepper is provided so that the stepper may be rotated by not only the vertical movement but also the user's external force by providing the rotating means together with the vertically spaced apart means of the left and right scaffold.
- Such a twist stepper is not monotonous compared to the stepper by the above-described upper and lower movements, and can improve not only leg movement but also lower back movement and balance, so it is not monotonous than the conventional stepper by vertical movement, thus exhibiting more excellent movement effect.
- the rotation means is rotated by the external force of the user.
- the stepping means is excessively slipped by the rotation means or the whole stepper is rotated so that the user falls from the stepper.
- Safety problems such as this occur.
- the rotation means of the stepper is rotated by the user, the elderly, children, etc. lacking leg strength is a problem that is quite difficult to exercise.
- the stepper of the stepper is composed of a rotating plate, the foot consisting of the rotating plate is adjusted up and down spaced at the same time rotated in the 180 degree range by the user's weight and waist muscle strength By doing so, it is possible to strengthen the leg muscles and back muscles, and to provide a rotating plate-type twist stepper that can exercise the waist is not monotonous to see the excellent exercise effect.
