Description

机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,尤其是能在清洗过程中不影响驾驶安全的玻璃清洗装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的风挡玻璃清洗装置是由清洗液、储液装置、电动水泵、管路、喷头、雨刮器组成。工作时,驾驶员打开清洗开关,清洗液在电动泵的作用下经管路、喷头,大面积喷向风挡玻璃,再由雨刮刮洗干净。因此,在清洗液喷出后到雨刮将其刮净之前,此段时间内,清洗液会导致驾驶员视线模糊,影响行车安全。为了消除现有风挡玻璃清洗装置存在的行车安全隐患,本案便由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,不仅能将风挡玻璃清洗干净,还不会造成驾驶员的视线模糊,以保证在清洗过程中不影响驾驶安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其包括储存清洗液的储液罐、电动水泵、储液罐连接的管路、及管路上的喷头及雨刮片;其中:在雨刮片的两边分别设置有喷头,而连接两喷头的管路中设有控制喷头喷水与否的换向阀。
所述雨刮片包括主雨刮片与副雨刮片;主雨刮片上设有主雨刮片前喷头与主雨刮片后喷头;而副雨刮片上设有副雨刮片后喷头。
所述换向阀的入口与管路连接,另换向阀设有两个出口,一个与主雨刮片前喷头连接,另一个与主雨刮片后喷头和副雨刮片后喷头连接。
所述换向阀的两个出口中,一个出口为常开,另一个出口为常闭。
所述换向阀供电的通断由雨刮机减速器涡轮输出轴背面的导电片控制,导电片与电动水泵并联。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明的机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置在现有清洗装置的基础上,在管路中加装一个由雨刮控制的换向开关,并同时在雨刮片的两边分别设置喷头,随其运动,使得清洗液总是喷在雨刮片运动的前方,并在喷出之后立刻能被刮洗干净,而不像原装置中大面积地喷在风挡玻璃上,从而解决了驾驶员的视线受阻的问题。在清洗风挡玻璃的同时保证驾驶员的视线不受清洗过程的影响,从而消除行车过程中因驾驶员的视线模糊的而产生的安全隐患。
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1至图5所示,本发明揭示的一种机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其包括储存清洗液的储液罐9、电动水泵10、储液罐连接的管路5、及管路5上的喷头及雨刮片。本发明的关键在于:在喷头的管路中设有一控制其喷水与否的换向阀6,而雨刮片包括主雨刮片2与副雨刮片7;主雨刮片2上设有主雨刮片前喷头3与主雨刮片后喷头4;而副雨刮片7上设有副雨刮片后喷头8。
配合图1所示,电动水泵10装在清洗液储液罐9上,经管路5与换向阀6入口连接。该换向阀6有两个出口,一个与主雨刮片前喷头3连接,另一个与主雨刮片后喷头4和副雨刮片后喷头8连接。
如图2所示,换向阀6的两个出口中,一个出口为常开,另一个出口为常闭。当换向阀6通电时,常开出口关闭,常闭出口打开。换向阀6供电的通断由雨刮机减速器涡轮输出轴背面的导电片(以下简称'导电片')12控制,导电片12与电动水泵10并联。即换向阀6由雨刮电机控制,始终打开雨刮片运动前方的喷头,关闭两雨刮片运动后方的喷头。当驾车人接通清洗开关,电动水泵10运转时,才有电流通过导电片12,并由导电片12控制换向阀6,完成换向。
如图3所示,雨刮片清洗风挡玻璃1时,由停止位置向另一端运动时,导电片12不接通换向阀6,清洗液由电动水泵10泵出后经管路5、换向阀6常开出口到达主雨刮片前喷头3,喷在雨刮片运动的前方,清洗风挡玻璃1。图中虚线表示由喷头喷出的水流。
在图4中雨刮片运动到另一端后返回时,导电片12接通换向阀6,换向阀6的常开出口关闭,常闭出口打开,清洗液由电动水泵10泵出后经管路5、换向阀6的常闭出口到达主雨刮片后喷头4和副雨刮片后喷头8喷在雨刮片运动的前方,清洗风挡玻璃1。图中虚线表示由喷头喷出的水流。
由此可见,本发明的清洗装置是在管路5中加装一个由雨刮片控制的换向阀6,并同时在雨刮片的两边分别设置喷头,随其运动,使得清洗液总是喷在雨刮片运动的前方,并在喷出之后立刻能被刮洗干净,而不像原装置中大面积地喷在风挡玻璃上,从而解决了驾驶员的视线受阻的问题。在清洗风挡玻璃的同时保证驾驶员的视线不受清洗过程的影响,从而消除行车过程中的安全隐患。

Claims (5)

1、一种机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其包括储存清洗液的储液罐、电动水泵、储液罐连接的管路、及管路上的喷头及雨刮片;其特征在于:在雨刮片的两边分别设置有喷头,而连接两喷头的管路中设有控制喷头喷水与否的换向阀。
2、如权利要求1所述的机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其特征在于:雨刮片包括主雨刮片与副雨刮片;主雨刮片上设有主雨刮片前喷头与主雨刮片后喷头;而副雨刮片上设有副雨刮片后喷头。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其特征在于:换向阀的入口与管路连接,另换向阀设有两个出口,一个与主雨刮片前喷头连接,另一个与主雨刮片后喷头和副雨刮片后喷头连接。
4、如权利要求1所述的机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其特征在于:换向阀的两个出口中,一个出口为常开,另一个出口为常闭。
5、如权利要求1所述的机动车风挡玻璃清洗装置,其特征在于:换向阀供电的通断由雨刮机减速器涡轮输出轴背面的导电片控制,导电片与电动水泵并联。
