本发明的步骤S2还可以选择下述:淘好后,通入适量热水,并对密封壳体抽真空,使米在很短时间内充分吸收水,再进行搅拌,启动热源,对密封壳体进行加热,水变成蒸汽后再传递给煮饭容器里的米,在启动热源的同时,第一电机运转,使与第一电机同轴连接的煮饭容器旋转,也使煮饭容器里的米不断慢慢旋转并下落在煮饭容器的内壁,与此同时,外接的蒸汽通过旋转轴内设置的蒸汽通道后,再通过所述旋转轴表面的出汽孔或搅拌板的出汽孔喷向煮饭容器里的米或米饭。由于真空可以使米更快吸收热水并膨胀,可以更快更好煮饭。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1、一种多功能节能环保煮饭机,包括支架,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述支架上的主体,所述主体包括可打开的密封壳体、设置于所述密封壳体下方或一侧提供能量的热源装置、设置于所述密封壳体里容纳米和米所需要的水并吸收所述热源装置的能量将米煮成米饭或对米饭保温的煮饭容器和使所述煮饭容器里的米饭松软的松动装置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机,其特征在于,所述煮饭容器为圆柱,所述圆柱连接有通入蒸汽或急冻气体或热水的通道,所述圆柱面上设置有比米粒小的若干孔,所述煮饭容器还可为长方体或棱形体。
3、根据权利要求2所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机,其特征在于,所述松软装置包括所述圆柱上设置可使所述圆柱在所述密封壳体里旋转的旋转轴及所述旋转轴下固定的蒸汽搅拌板,所述旋转轴同轴连接有第一电机。
4、根据权利要求3所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机,其特征在于,所述通道为所述旋转轴内设置的蒸汽通道,所述旋转轴表面或搅拌装置设置有均布的出蒸汽孔,所述热源装置包括热源、吸收所述热源能量后将能量传递给所述煮饭容器里的米或饭的传导装置,所述搅拌装置包括搅拌板和连接所述搅拌板及旋转轴的连接管。
5、根据权利要求4所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机,其特征在于,所述传导装置包括所述密封壳体的底部设置有下凹突起,所述下凹突起的两端连接有进水管和出水管,所述进水管上连接有第二电机,所述传导装置设置有一个控制水位高度保持不变的控制装置,所述主体与支架之间设置有可使所述主体旋转到一定角度后可以把米饭倒出的旋转装置。
6、根据权利要求5所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机,其特征在于,所述密封壳体的上部设置有当蒸汽压力过大时泄压的泄气装置,所述泄气装置的出口外连接有换热装置,所述换热装置与所述密封壳体之间设置有将经过换热后的水蒸汽导入密封壳体的导管。
7、根据权利要求6所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机,其特征在于,所述密封壳体外连接有将所述密封壳体 抽成真空的抽气装置。
8、一种权利要求1的多功能节能环保煮饭机的使用方法,其特征在于,所述多功能节能环保煮饭机的使用方法包括以下步骤:
S1、打开主体里的密封壳体和煮饭容器,把米和水加入,旋转淘米;
S2、淘好后加入适量水,启动热源,对密封壳体进行加热,能量从热源传递给水,使米在短时间内吸收水份并膨胀,水变成蒸汽后再传递给煮饭容器里的米,在启动热源的同时,第一电机运转,使与第一电机同轴连接的煮饭容器旋转,也使煮饭容器里的米不断慢慢旋转并下落在煮饭容器的内壁,与此同时,外接的蒸汽通过旋转轴内设置的蒸汽通道后,再通过所述旋转轴表面的出汽孔或搅拌板的出汽孔喷向煮饭容器里的米或米饭;
S3、当米饭熟后,通入冷冻气体,使饭在30分钟内冷冻并保持在零到4度之间。
9、根据权利要求8所述的多功能节能环保煮饭机的使用方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述热源还通过对密封壳体底部里的水加热而把能量传给煮饭容器里的米,在进行步骤S2的同时,所述搅拌板不断地将米或米饭进行搅拌松化,在所述步骤S3中,当米饭煮熟后,电子恒温装置可以把热源装置的火力减至很小,产生蒸汽来对米饭保温。
