Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un conditionneur organique de sol et un dispositif en vue de la mise en oeuvre du procédé. Une boue est déshydratée à 200‑300 degrés Celsius dans un appareil de distillation sèche et la boue est ensuite introduite dans un dispositif de préparation à rotation intermittente et est déshydratée à 200‑300 degrés Celsius. La boue déshydratée est distillée à sec à 700-850 degrés Celsius, son volume occupant de 25 à 35 pour cent du volume du dispositif de préparation à rotation intermittente. Le produit distillé est prélevé après avoir été refroidi en dessous de 100 degrés Celsius. Le conditionneur organique de sol préparé par le procédé et le dispositif contient des nutriments organiques et présente une fonction d'amélioration du sol après stérilisation à haute température.
