이러한 지지부(440)의 기능을 수행하기 위해 지지부(440)의 높이는 소스수용부(400)의 저면부(430)보다 더 높거나 같아야 하고, 그 위치는 소스수용부(400)에서 가급적 멀리 떨어져 있는 것이 바람직하다. 지지부(440)의 높이가 소스수용부(400)의 저면부(430)보다 더 낮거나, 지지부(440)의 위치가 소스수용부(400)와 지나치게 가까울 경우에는 뚜껑(100)을 뒤집어 놓았을 때 안정적이지 않아 쉽게 균형이 무너지므로 바람직하지 않다.
또한 지지부(440)는 뚜껑을 뒤집어 놓았을 때 균형을 잘 잡을 수 있도록 사각 뚜껑의 경우에는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 4개의 지지기둥이 각각의 모서리에 하나씩 위치하여 이루어지는 것이 바람직하고, 원형 뚜껑의 경우에는 지지기둥 3개가 원둘레에 근접하게 위치하고 정삼각형을 이루는 것이 바람직하나, 이에 한정되지 않는다. 또한, 용기(100)의 형상에 따라 지지부(440)를 구성하는 지지기둥의 개수와 위치는 다양해 질 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑은 소스수용부를 밀폐하기 위한 필름을 추가 구성하여 이루어질 수 있다.
도 4 및 도 5는 용기 뚜껑에 소스수용부를 밀폐하기 위한 필름을 추가 구성한 것을 나타낸 사시도 및 단면도로서, 소스수용부(400)에 소스(600)가 담겨 있고, 필름(500)이 상기 소스수용부(400)의 입구(410) 둘레에 고정되어 소스수용부(400)의 입구를 덮고 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 포장용기를 사용함에 있어서, 사용자는 포장되는 음식물에 적합한 소스, 예컨대, 간장, 케첩과 같은 소스(600)를 소스수용부(400)에 담은 후 필름(500)을 소스수용부(400) 위에 올려놓은 다음, 열융착프레스(도면에 도시 안됨)로 가압한다. 그러면 필름(500)은 소스수용부의 입구(410) 둘레에 열융착 고정되어 소스수용부(400)에 수용된 소스(600)가 외부로 흘러나오지 않게 된다.
이 때, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 소스수용부의 입구(410) 둘레에 상부로 볼록하게 돌출된 돌출부(450)를 두면 필름(500)을 더 밀착성 있게 열융착시킬 수 있으므로 바람직하다. 또한, 용기(100)와 필름(500)의 재질은 열융착이 가능하고 인체에 무해한 합성수지, 특히 PET인 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑은 상기한 필름(60)을 추가 구성하는 대신에 소스수용부의 입구를 덮거나 개방할 수 있는 덮개부(도면에 도시 안됨)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
이와 같은 구성은 소포장된 소스를 음식물과 함께 일체로 제공하는 데 적합하다. 초밥, 만두, 샐러드, 돈가스 등의 음식물을 음식물 포장용기에 담고, 포장된 음식물에 적합한, 소포장된 소스를 소스수용부에 담아 덮개부로 덮은 후 상기 소스를 수용한 뚜껑을 덮어서 포장하면 음식물과 소스를 깔끔하게 일체로 제공할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑을 가지는 일체식 포장용기의 사시도로서, (a)는 소스수용부(310)가 뚜껑(300)의 안쪽으로 돌출되어 구성된 것이고, (b)는 소스수용부(310)가 뚜껑(300)의 바깥쪽으로 돌출되어 구성된 것이다.
도 2 내지 도 5에 도시된 용기 뚜껑(300)은 용기 본체(200)와 분리되어 있는 분리식인 데 반하여, 도 6에 도시된 용기 뚜껑(300)은 용기 본체(200)와 일측이 연결되어 있는 일체식이라는 점에서 차이가 있을 뿐, 이상 살펴본 본 발명의 구성적 특징이 도 6에 도시된 일체식 용기에도 적용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 음식물 용기 뚜껑의 소스수용부는 소스 외에도 탈산소제, 흡습제, 활성탄 등을 담아두는 공간으로도 활용가능하다. 포장 용기에 담기는 음식물의 신선도를 유지하고, 저장기간을 늘리기 위해 소포장된 탈산소제나 흡습제 등을 음식물과 함께 포장하는 경우가 있다. 이 때 이러한 탈산소제 등을 소스수용부에 담은 후 반투과성막으로 밀봉하거나 소포장된 탈산소제 등을 소스수용부에 담은 후 공기가 통하는 덮개부를 덮으면 보기에 깔끔하고 위생적이어서 바람직하다.
이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적인 것이 아닌 것으로서 이해해야만 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 등가개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 소스를 담을 수 있는 소스수용부가 음식을 담는 용기의 뚜껑과 일체를 이루고, 상기 소스수용부의 입구가 상기 뚜껑의 안쪽에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 소스수용부는 한 개 또는 다수 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 소스수용부는 상기 소스수용부의 벽면이 상기 뚜껑의 안쪽으로 돌출되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 소스수용부는 상기 소스수용부의 벽면이 상기 뚜껑의 바깥쪽으로 돌출되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 뚜껑은 뒤집어 놓았을 때 한쪽으로 기울어지는 불균형을 방지하도록 상기 뚜껑의 바깥쪽으로 지지부가 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 소스수용부의 입구를 덮으며 상기 소스수용부의 입구 둘레에 고정되어 상기 소스수용부에 수용된 소스를 밀폐하는 필름을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 소스수용부의 입구 둘레에는 상부로 볼록하게 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되고, 상기 필름은 상기 돌출부에 열융착 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 소스수용부의 입구를 덮거나 개방하는 덮개부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 뚜껑은 상기 용기와 분리되어 있는 분리식이거나 상기 용기와 일측이 연결되어 있는 일체식인 것을 특징으로 하는 소스수용부가 형성된 음식물 용기 뚜껑.
