또한, 보다 위생적인 세척을 위해서 일반적으로 세정제를 사용하고 있는데, 종래에는 보통 세척코자 할 대상물에 세정제를 공급한후에 상기 브러쉬를 이용한 세척작업이 진행되므로 작업이 매우 번거로우며, 특히 세정제가 미쳐 뿌려지지 못한 구석구석은 단순 브러쉬 작업만으로도 이물질이 완전히 제거되지 못하는 문제가 있어 보다 효과적인 세척이 이루어지지 못하는 결점이 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 것으로, 그 기술적 요지는 욕실(변기, 욕조 등), 주방 등의 피 세척면에 부착된 이물질이나 오염물질을 제거 또는 세척하기 위한 세척용 전동 브러시에 관한 것으로, 브러시의 동작을 전동방식으로 회전, 구동시켜 사용자로 하여금 편리한 세척 작업성을 제공함은 물론 청소기의 내부에는 세정제가 충진되어 사용자의 취사선택에 따라 임의로 필요한 양 만큼 세제를 배출시켜 깨끗하고 위생적인 청소가 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 세척용 전동 브러시를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 상단 구동부(110)에 의해 하단 세척부(130)가 회전하되, 상기 구동부(110)와 세척부(130) 사이에는 세정제 배출용 펌핑로딩부(120)가 형성되어 사용자의 선택에 따라 펌핑로딩부(120)로 하여금 내부에 충진된 세정제가 세척부의 하단 브러시솔(136)을 통해 외측으로 배출되도록 형성되는 청소기(100)와; 상기 청소기(100)를 내측에 수납하되 브러시솔(136) 부분이 수용되도록 형성되는 수납홈(210)과, 상기 수납홈으로부터 청소기(100)가 직립되어 거치되도록 형성되는 장착부(220)와, 상기 청소기의 구동부(110)에 전원을 공급하도록 형성되는 전원공급부(230)가 구비되는 거치대(200)가; 구성되어 이루어진다.
이때, 상기 청소기(100)는 결합턱(112-1) 및 텐션홈(112-2)을 갖는 브라켓(112)과 조립턱(113-1), 이송공(113-2) 및 텐션홈(113-3)을 갖는 차단판(113)이 가이드핀(111)에 의해 서로 이격되어 이송구간(114)을 형성하되, 상기 브라켓(112)의 상부에는 일방향 회전을 도모하는 구동모터(115)가 결합되고, 상기 구동모터(115)의 하부에는 회전나사(116-1)를 갖는 메인샤프트(116)가 형성되어 구동모터(115)가 회전하면 메인샤프트의 하부에 연장된 보조샤프트(117) 및 결합구(118)가 회전하도록 형성되는 구동부(110)와; 상기 구동부의 메인샤프트(116)에 끼워지도록 중앙부에 통공(121-1)이 형성되고, 상기 통공(121-1)의 외주면에는 가이드핀(111)에 대응되어 상하 슬라이딩되도록 관통공(121-2)이 형성되며, 하부에는 차단판의 이송공(113-2)으로 슬라이딩 되는 이송가이드핀(121-3)이 결합되도록 끼움턱(121-4)이 형성되고, 내측에는 전환버튼(121-5) 및 가압샤프트(121-6)에 의해 푸시로드(121-7)의 개구된 반너트(121-71)가 회전나사(116-1)와 대응되어 맞물리거나 해제되도록 이송가이드(121)가 형성되며, 상기 이송가이드의 끼움턱(121-4)에 결합된 이송가이드핀(121-3)의 하단부에는 외주면에 패킹(122-1)이 결합된 가압판(122)이 구비되도록 형성되는 펌핑로딩부(120)와; 상기 로딩부의 차단판(113) 하단과 맞닿으며 하부가 개구된 상태로 수용홈(131-1)을 갖는 수용관(131)이 형성되고, 상기 수용관은 가압판(122)의 외주면이 패킹(122-1)에 의해 수용홈(131-1)의 내측 하부를 밀폐시키도록 형성되며, 상기 수용관(131)의 외측에는 투시창(132-1)을 갖는 결합통(132)이 결합되되 상기 수용관의 하단부와 맞닿는 결합통(132)의 하부 내측에는 구동부의 결합구(118)가 간섭없이 관통되도록 토출공(133-2)이 형성되고, 상기 토출공 하부에는 배수로(133-3)를 갖는 조인트(133-4)가 구비되는 격벽(133)이 형성되며, 상기 격벽의 하부에는 조인트(133-4)에 의해 결합되되 구동부의 결합구(118)가 끼움 결합되도록 갭(134-1) 및 배출공(134-2)이 형성된 홀더(134)가 구비되어 수용관(131)에서부터 배출된 세정제가 토출공(133-2)을 통해 유로(135-1) 및 분사공(135-2)으로 배출되도록 하는 연결관(135)이 형성되고, 상기 연결관(135)의 하부에는 방사형으로 분기된 브러시솔(136)이 형성되어 구동부(110)의 회전에 따라 연결관(135)과 일체로 브러시솔(136)이 회전하도록 형성되는 세척부(130)가; 구성되어 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 청소기의 구동부(110)는 케이스(140)가 결합되도록 형성되되, 상기 케이스의 외주면 일측에는 전환버튼(121-5)이 돌출되도록 홀(141)이 형성되는 한편, 상기 케이스(140)의 배면 또는 상면에는 청소기(100)가 유선 또는 무선으로 전원을 공급받을 수 있도록 충전용 단자대(142) 또는 전원연결선(143)이 구비되어 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
이에, 상기 청소기의 펌핑로딩부(120)는 푸시로드(121-7)가 이송가이드(121)의 슬라이드(123) 구간 내에서 전진 또는 후진하도록 형성되고, 상기 푸시로드 일측에는 탄성스프링(121-72)에 의해 상시 언락 상태로 유도하는 걸림축(121-73)이 암슬라이드(123-1)에 결합되며, 상기 푸시로드의 타측에는 밀착판(121-74)이 형성되어 전환버튼(121-5)의 누름 작동에 따라 가압샤프트(121-6)가 브라켓 및 차단판의 유격공(124) 내에서 텐션스프링(125)을 밀착시켜 반너트(121-71)가 회전나사(116-1)에 대응되도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 청소기의 세척부(130)는 수용관(131)이 결합통(132)과 나사체결 방식으로 분해 및 결합되거나, 수용관(131) 외주면이 결합통(132)과 연통되어 밀폐도어(137)로 하여금 힌지(137-1)에 의해 개폐되거나, 수용관(131) 외주면이 결합통(132)과 연통되어 마개(138)로 하여금 개폐되거나, 연결관의 브러시솔(136)를 착탈함으로써 하단 개구공(139)이 개폐되는 것 중 어느 하나로 형성되어 세정제가 수용관 내부로 충전되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 청소기의 세척부(130)는 연결관이 플렉시블관(135a)으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이에, 상기 거치대(200)는 청소기(100)와 유선으로 연결될 경우 장착부(220)의 배면에 릴 구동부(240)가 형성되고, 하부에는 중량체인 웨이트 블럭(250)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 거치대(200)는 장착부(220) 후방 일측에 세재 또는 세면도구를 포함한 화장실 및 주방 소품을 보관할 수 있도록 덮개(271)를 갖는 수납함(270)이 형성되고, 청소기(100)가 장착되는 수납홈(210)의 하부에는 브러시솔(136)의 소독, 탈취를 도모하도록 락스 또는 알콜이 충진된 항균패드(280)가 형성되며, 상기 수납홈(270)의 일 측벽에는 청소기(100)의 몸체 및 브러시솔(136)의 살균을 도모하도록 유브이(UV) 램프(290)가 형성되어 이루어진 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 청소기(100)는 연결관(135)의 일측 선단에 형성되어 힌지(51)로 하여금 회동하며, 고정판(152)으로 하여금 끼움 고정되되, 변기의 내측 모서리 부분을 세척할 수 있도록 갈고리형 보조브러시(150)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이와 같이, 본 발명은 전동 회전 방식으로 브러시솔을 구동시켜 사용자의 세척 편의성을 개선함은 물론 내부에 충진된 세정제가 사용자의 임의 선택에 따라 반자동 방식으로 배출되도록 형성되어 세정제 사용량을 간단히 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 청소기와 거치대가 유무선으로 연결되도록 형성되되, 상기 유선으로 연결될 경우에는 청소기의 연결선이 릴에 의해 거치대 측으로 감김 구동됨으로써, 사용 전후 취급 및 관리가 용이한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 세정제를 수용관에 충진함에 있어서, 나사체결방식, 도어 개폐식, 마개 개폐식 또는 브러시솔을 제거후 연결관의 하부 개구공으로 인입하는 방식 중 어느 하나를 선택할 수 있음으로써 세정제의 교환이 간편한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 청소기의 연결관이 플렉시블관으로 변형 실시될 수 있어서 사용자로 하여금 곡면부 청소가 용이한 효과가 있다.

먼저, 도 2 내지 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명은 크게 청소기(100)와 거치대(200)로 구성되어 피 세척면에 부착된 이물질이나 오염물질을 제거 또는 세척하기 위한 세척용 전동 브러시에 관한 것으로, 브러시의 동작을 전동방식으로 회전, 구동시켜 사용자로 하여금 편리한 세척 작업성을 제공함은 물론 청소기의 내부에는 세정제가 충진되어 사용자의 취사선택에 따라 임의로 필요한 양 만큼 세제를 배출시켜 깨끗하고 위생적인 청소가 이루어질 수 있도록 구성된다.

이때, 상기 구동부(110)는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 결합턱(112-1) 및 텐션홈(112-2)을 갖는 브라켓(112)과 조립턱(113-1), 이송공(113-2) 및 텐션홈(113-3)을 갖는 차단판(113)이 가이드핀(111)에 의해 서로 이격되어 이송구간(114)을 형성하되, 상기 브라켓(112)의 상부에는 일방향 회전을 도모하는 구동모터(115)가 결합되고, 상기 구동모터(115)의 하부에는 회전나사(116-1)를 갖는 메인샤프트(116)가 형성되어 구동모터(115)가 회전하면 메인샤프트의 하부에 연장된 보조샤프트(117) 및 결합구(118)가 회전하도록 형성된다.

이때, 상기 청소기의 세척부(130)는 연결관이 플렉시블관(135a)으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 거치대를 자세히 살펴보면, 크게 수납홈(210)과, 장착부(220)와, 전원공급부(230)로 구성된다.
이때, 상기 거치대(200)는 상기 청소기(100)를 내측에 수납하되 브러시솔(136) 부분이 수용되도록 형성되는 수납홈(210)과, 상기 수납홈으로부터 청소기(100)가 직립되어 거치되도록 형성되는 장착부(220)와, 상기 청소기의 구동부(110)에 전원을 공급하도록 형성되는 전원공급부(230)가 구비되어 이루어진다.

즉, 거치대 후방 일측에 세정제 등의 약품을 보관하거나 비누 등을 보관하여 간편하게 사용할 수 있도록 수납함(270)을 구비한 것으로, 이러한 수납함은 개구된 상부에 힌지에 의해 덮개가 개폐되도록 하고, 상기 덮개의 상부 면상에는 손잡이를 부설하여 사용자로 하여금 용이한 보관과 사용이 가능하도록 형성된다.
이에, 상기 거치대의 수납홈(210) 하부에는 락스나 알콜이 충진된 항균패드를 놓아두어 화장실 청소뒤 브러시솔의 악취나 세균을 탈취 및 소독하도록 형성함으로써 위생적인 사용이 가능하도록 형성된다.
또한, 상기 거치대의 수납홈(210) 측벽에는 별도의 유브이 램프를 구비하여 청소기 몸체 전반과 브러시솔의 2차 살균을 도모하도록 함으로써, 사용자로 하여금 보다 위생적인 도구 사용이 가능하도록 형성된다.
이에, 상기 청소기(100)는 연결관(135)의 일측 선단에 형성되어 힌지(51)로 하여금 회동하며, 고정판(152)으로 하여금 끼움 고정되되, 변기의 내측 모서리 부분을 세척할 수 있도록 갈고리형 보조브러시(150)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
즉, 상기 갈고리형 보조브러시는 청소기의 연결관 일측 선단에 결합되되, 상기 결합은 힌지와 고정판에 의해 고정되도록 하는 것으로, 이는 사용전 힌지에 의해 보조브러시가 절첩된 상태에서 고정판에 끼움 고정 또는 걸침 고정식으로 고정되도록 하고, 사용시에는 사용자가 임의로 고정판으로부터 보조브러시를 이탈시키면 힌지에 의해 일정 구간 보조브러시가 회동하면서 사용상태로 이동하게 된다.
이때, 상기 보조브러시는 갈고리 형태로 형성되어 화장실 변기의 내측 모서리 부분을 긁어 내거나 밀어 내는 동작으로 청소할 수 있도록 함으로써, 브러시솔만으로 청소하기에 취약한 부분까지 청소할 수 있도록 형성된다.
본 발명은 상술한 특정의 바람직한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며, 청구범위에서 청구하는 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변형실시가 가능한 것은 물론이고, 그와 같은 변경은 청구범위 기재의 범위 내에 있게 된다.

    결합턱(112-1) 및 텐션홈(112-2)을 갖는 브라켓(112)과 조립턱(113-1), 이송공(113-2) 및 텐션홈(113-3)을 갖는 차단판(113)이 가이드핀(111)에 의해 서로 이격되어 이송구간(114)을 형성하되, 상기 브라켓(112)의 상부에는 일방향 회전을 도모하는 구동모터(115)가 결합되고, 상기 구동모터(115)의 하부에는 회전나사(116-1)를 갖는 메인샤프트(116)가 형성되어 구동모터(115)가 회전하면 메인샤프트의 하부에 연장된 보조샤프트(117) 및 결합구(118)가 회전하도록 형성되는 구동부(110)와;
    상기 구동부의 메인샤프트(116)에 끼워지도록 중앙부에 통공(121-1)이 형성되고, 상기 통공(121-1)의 외주면에는 가이드핀(111)에 대응되어 상하 슬라이딩되도록 관통공(121-2)이 형성되며, 하부에는 차단판의 이송공(113-2)으로 슬라이딩 되는 이송가이드핀(121-3)이 결합되도록 끼움턱(121-4)이 형성되고, 내측에는 전환버튼(121-5) 및 가압샤프트(121-6)에 의해 푸시로드(121-7)의 개구된 반너트(121-71)가 회전나사(116-1)와 대응되어 맞물리거나 해제되도록 이송가이드(121)가 형성되며, 상기 이송가이드의 끼움턱(121-4)에 결합된 이송가이드핀(121-3)의 하단부에는 외주면에 패킹(122-1)이 결합된 가압판(122)이 구비되도록 형성되는 펌핑로딩부(120)와,;
    상기 로딩부의 차단판(113) 하단과 맞닿으며 하부가 개구된 상태로 수용홈(131-1)을 갖는 수용관(131)이 형성되고, 상기 수용관은 가압판(122)의 외주면이 패킹(122-1)에 의해 수용홈(131-1)의 내측 하부를 밀폐시키도록 형성되며, 상기 수용관(131)의 외측에는 투시창(132-1)을 갖는 결합통(132)이 결합되되 상기 수용관의 하단부와 맞닿는 결합통(132)의 하부 내측에는 구동부의 결합구(118)가 간섭없이 관통되도록 토출공(133-2)이 형성되고, 상기 토출공 하부에는 배수로(133-3)를 갖는 조인트(133-4)가 구비되는 격벽(133)이 형성되며, 상기 격벽의 하부에는 조인트(133-4)에 의해 결합되되 구동부의 결합구(118)가 끼움 결합되도록 갭(134-1) 및 배출공(134-2)이 형성된 홀더(134)가 구비되어 수용관(131)에서부터 배출된 세정제가 토출공(133-2)을 통해 유로(135-1) 및 분사공(135-2)으로 배출되도록 하는 연결관(135)이 형성되고, 상기 연결관(135)의 하부에는 방사형으로 분기된 브러시솔(136)이 형성되어 구동부(110)의 회전에 따라 연결관(135)과 일체로 브러시솔(136)이 회전하도록 형성되는 세척부(130)가;
    구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세척용 전동 브러시.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 청소기의 구동부(110)는
    케이스(140)가 결합되도록 형성되되, 상기 케이스의 외주면 일측에는 전환버튼(121-5)이 돌출되도록 홀(141)이 형성되는 한편, 상기 케이스(140)의 배면 또는 상면에는 청소기(100)가 유선 또는 무선으로 전원을 공급받을 수 있도록 충전용 단자대(142) 또는 전원연결선(143)이 구비되어 이루어지고,
    상기 청소기의 펌핑로딩부(120)는 푸시로드(121-7)가 이송가이드(121)의 슬라이드(123) 구간 내에서 전진 또는 후진하도록 형성되고, 상기 푸시로드 일측에는 탄성스프링(121-72)에 의해 상시 언락 상태로 유도하는 걸림축(121-73)이 암슬라이드(123-1)에 결합되며, 상기 푸시로드의 타측에는 밀착판(121-74)이 형성되어 전환버튼(121-5)의 누름 작동에 따라 가압샤프트(121-6)가 브라켓 및 차단판의 유격공(124) 내에서 텐션스프링(125)을 밀착시켜 반너트(121-71)가 회전나사(116-1)에 대응되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척용 전동 브러시.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 청소기의 세척부(130)는
    상기 청소기의 세척부(130)는 수용관(131)이 결합통(132)과 나사체결 방식으로 분해 및 결합되거나, 수용관(131) 외주면이 결합통(132)과 연통되어 밀폐도어(137)로 하여금 힌지(137-1)에 의해 개폐되거나, 수용관(131) 외주면이 결합통(132)과 연통되어 마개(138)로 하여금 개폐되거나, 연결관의 브러시솔(136)를 착탈함으로써 하단 개구공(139)이 개폐되는 것 중 어느 하나로 형성되어 세정제가 수용관 내부로 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척용 전동 브러시.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 거치대(200)는
    청소기(100)와 유선으로 연결될 경우 장착부(220)의 배면에 릴 구동부(240)가 형성되고, 하부에는 중량체인 웨이트 블럭(250)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세척용 전동 브러시.
  6. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 거치대(200)는
    장착부(220) 후방 일측에 세재 또는 세면도구를 포함한 화장실 및 주방 소품을 보관할 수 있도록 덮개(271)를 갖는 수납함(270)이 형성되고, 청소기(100)가 장착되는 수납홈(210)의 하부에는 브러시솔(136)의 소독, 탈취를 도모하도록 락스 또는 알콜이 충진된 항균패드(280)가 형성되며, 상기 수납홈(270)의 일 측벽에는 청소기(100)의 몸체 및 브러시솔(136)의 살균을 도모하도록 유브이(UV) 램프(290)가 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세척용 전동 브러시.
  7. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 청소기의 세척부(130)는 연결관이 플렉시블관(135a)으로 형성되고
    상기 청소기(100)는 연결관(135)의 일측 선단에 형성되어 힌지(51)로 하여금 회동하며, 고정판(152)으로 하여금 끼움 고정되되, 변기의 내측 모서리 부분을 세척할 수 있도록 갈고리형 보조브러시(150)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 세척용 전동 브러시.
