Abstract

L'invention porte sur une roue à ailettes composée d'une partie de roue s'étendant en direction axiale et d'une pluralité d'ailettes agencées sur la périphérie de la partie de roue. On réalise la roue à ailettes par assemblage d'un moule comportant une cavité appropriée au moulage du profil de la roue à ailettes, et pouvant être divisé en une pluralité d'éléments, injection dans le moule d'un mélange contenant un liant et des poudres composées d'un métal ou de céramique afin de mouler un élément compact vert ; le dégraissage et le frittage de l'élément compact vert afin d'obtenir un élément compact fritté ; l'incorporation de l'élément compact fritté à une matrice comportant une cavité appropriée à la modification du profil de la roue à ailettes ; et la modification du profil de la roue à ailettes par mise sous pression de la matrice.
