现今工业发展快速, 致使全球环境及气候愈趋恶劣, 各种污染随之 影响大众的生活环境, 其中空气的污染更是对生活有极严重影响, 空气 质量的下降是造成现代人的鼻、 眼及口等部位过敏的主因, 因此, 乃有 各种清洗上述眼、鼻、口等部位的各种保健喷洗产品被广泛销售与使用; 但目前所常见的喷洗 (洗鼻器) 产品, 乃有如图 1所示结构, 其主要包 含主容器 20、 雾化喷洗装置 10及外容器 202等部分, 其中该主容器 20 内可供容置洗液(药水或清水), 雾化喷洗装置 10 由一喷雾座 20 1设置 于该主容器 20的顶侧, 其可使用一电动或手动的气体喷吸泵机构 (图 中未示出) 组合提供一气流至雾化喷洗装置 10的一进气管 1 1, 以吸汲 该主容器 20 内的洗液并使之由一朝使用方向延伸的喷雾口 12 向外喷 出, 其雾化功能系运用物理学的白努力原理, 并配合不同的吸气、 喷气 原理, 可对喉、 鼻腔、 眼等部位进行喷雾清洗(如喷射雾化生理食盐水 为极细小的水分子颗粒)的动作, 进而达到深入清洁护理功效。 上述外 容器 202套设于该主容器 20周缘及喷雾口 12下方; 使用时, 可以该外 容器 202的周缘靠合于待喷洗部位下方, 再由该雾化喷洗装置 10将雾 化洗液由喷雾口 12朝向待洗部位喷洗, 并令该喷洗后的污水可向下流 入该外容器 202中进行回收。
此外, 更有业者特别将上述外容器 202的型态, 设成具有符合人体 面部特定部位形状的承接盘, 使其于使用时可更紧贴于脸部表面, 以满 足使用时人体工学需求; 然而该等喷洗装置, 皆系将承接盘结构固定设 置在喷雾口 12附近, 使用者若要针对两个以上的脸部器官做喷洗动作 时, 往往会因为接触部位的脸部表曲线不同, 反而产生使用上的不便利 情形; 例如: 在一个鼻子过敏情形中, 常常会伴随发生眼睛不适情况, 此时,使用者就必须同时准备可分别喷洗眼睛及喷洗鼻子的两不同喷洗 装置来因应使用, 如此, 不仅使用及收纳均极为不便, 且将造成不必要 的金钱浪费, 应有改善必要。
有鉴于已知保健喷洗器有上述缺点,设计人乃针对该些缺点研究改 进之道, 终于有本实用新型产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要目的在于提供一种喷雾式保健理洗器结构,其具有 由数种不同型式喷头套帽所构成的喷头套帽组,可对应脸部不同清洗部 位, 替换符合个别部位的喷头套帽, 使得单一台雾化喷雾装置即可满足 各不同部位的喷洗使用需求, 可有效增进产品使用功能、 且提升整体产 品的实用性与商业竞争力。
本实用新型为达成上述目的及功效, 其所实行的技术手段为: 一种 喷雾式保健理洗器结构, 其至少包括:
一雾化喷洗装置, 其可利用气流汲吸喷洗液体, 并使之雾化后由一 喷雾口导出该雾化气流;
一喷头套帽, 至少包括有一可套结于喷雾口的套环端及一承接件, 该承接件具有符合贴触人体脸部特定部位曲线的边缘, 且具有一滴漏 孔。
该喷雾口的雾化气流通过路径上结合有一缓冲组件,该缓冲组件具 有一可对上述雾化气流产生阻挡干扰作用的干扰部。
该干扰部形成在缓冲组件中央位置的长条片。该长条片上段有一挡 片。
该雾化喷洗装置上置设有一固定部,且该套环端具有一可与该固定 部接合的相对固定部。
该承接件可设成可与人体脸部贴靠的匙口状。 也可设成喇叭口状, 该喇叭口状边缘上设有侧向排压口。该排压口以边缘设具凹缺形状所形 成。
该承接盘设成可与人体脸部贴靠的匙口状。该承接盘上方还设有一 回压孔。 该喷头套帽的承接件具有一凸锥部, 且该凸锥部顶端设有一通孔。 该喷头套帽由一套环座及一喷头所组成, 且该通孔设置在喷头上, 该套环端设置于该套环座上。
该滴漏孔形成在喷头与套环座相组合的部位。
该喷头套帽上设有一回压孔。
该套环座上设有被定位部, 且该喷头相对设有定位部, 彼此间能形 成精确而稳固的定位结合。
该定位部与被定位部为凸樺与相对应凹槽的定位结构。
该喷头套帽朝向使用者方向设有一内干涉部。
该喷雾口连通有一进气管, 且该喷雾口旁侧连通一液体导吸管。 该雾化喷洗装置被设置于一主容器上方,且该主容器朝向滴漏孔的 旁侧设有一回收液杯。
该回收液杯具有一朝向滴漏孔的开口。
该回收液杯朝向使用者方向的外周缘设成一立体凹弧部。
与现有技术相比, 本实用新型具有的有益效果为: 本实用新型雾化 喷洗装置可利用强制气流汲吸喷洗液体,使之由雾化喷洗装置充分雾化 后并导出该雾化气流; 特别在该雾化喷洗装置上设有至少一固定部, 藉 以装置一喷头套帽; 该喷头套帽上至少包括有一承接盘, 该喷头套帽以 至少一可对应于上述固定部的相对固定部相组配,使该喷头套帽与该雾 化喷洗装置可易于组合或拆卸;所述承接盘以符合吾人脸部不同位置人 体工学而设的弯弧曲面, 使用者可针对不同喷洗部位, 替换相对应部位 的喷头套帽, 以满足使用上的便利性。

图 2系本实用新型第一实施例构造分解图, 由该图所示, 本实用新 型第一实施例的结构主要包括: 一雾化喷洗装置 1、 一喷头套帽 2及一 缓冲组件 3等部分,该雾化喷洗装置 1可被设置于一主容器 4上方的喷 雾座 42上, 其具有相连通的一进气管 14及喷雾口 12, 且该喷雾口 12 附近可分别设置卡槽 13 及固定部 11 (如图示的固定柱), 且喷雾口 12 向喷雾座 42 内部连通有一液体导吸管 43(请参图 5), 且该液体导吸管 43 再伸入主容器 4 内预设的容液空间 400 内, 以利于吸取该空间 400 内所容纳的喷洗液体 401, 再由喷雾口 12形成雾化气流。
喷头套帽 2, 可依使用部位不同而设成多型态组合, 该喷头套帽 2 上具有一用以套结喷雾口 12 的套环端 20, 该套环端 20 向前形成一喷 头 24, 该喷头 24—端连接有至少包括有一具滴漏孔 22的承接盘 21, 该承接盘 21至少局部边缘 210、 210A、 210B (请参图 7及图 9)具有符合 人体脸部特定部位曲线的形状,且依需求可将该些边缘设成只有下缘设 成如匙口, 而可与人体脸部贴靠的开放型边缘 210, 或形成一全部边缘 均与人体器官形成闭合的封闭喇叭口型边缘 210A , 又或可在如上述全 闭合形边缘的局部保留凹缺形状的排压口 25B 的半封闭喇叭口型边缘 210B等形式, 而该喷头套帽 2 的套环端 20设有可与该固定部 1 1相对 应的相对固定部 23 (于本实施例图示为固定槽), 该相对固定部 23是呈 L形的槽沟, 利用该相对固定部 23与前述固定部 1 1的组配, 使该喷头 套帽 2与该雾化喷洗装置 1之间具有易于组合及拆卸的机能。
上述缓冲组件 3, 在需要时, 可利用上述卡槽 13 而卡定结合在该 雾化喷洗装置 1的喷雾口 12处,其具有一设定在喷雾口 12雾化气流通 过路径上的干扰部 31, 该干扰部 31 以长条片形成在缓冲组件 13 的中 央位置, 且以一充分的挡片 310来对喷雾口 12喷射出的雾化气流产生 阻挡干扰作用, 避免该雾化气流向外直接喷射输出。
如图 5所示, 前述液体导吸管 43在实施上除可外接清洗液来源之 夕卜, 更可如上述般伸入一内装有清洗液 401的主容器 4中, 该主容器 4 除于内部具有一可容置喷洗液体 401 的容液空间 400外, 于其旁侧(图 示者为靠近喷雾口 12之侧)另设有一回收液杯 41, 于该回收液杯 41顶 侧设有一开口 41 1, 而于其朝向使用者方向的外周缘则可设成一立体凹 弧部 412, 该立体凹弧部 412具有适合贴靠于人体脸部外表弧形的立体 化人体工学形状。
图 3至图 4系本实用新型雾化喷洗装置 1与喷雾套帽 2的组合动作 状态图, 由该二图所示, 可以明显的看出该喷头套帽 2与雾化喷洗装置 1 的组卸情形, 使用时, 可先将该喷头套帽 2 的相对固定部 23缺口对 准该固定部 1 1 嵌入至底, 再将该喷头套帽 2 顺时针方向旋转(如图 3 箭头指示方向)使该固定部 1 1沿着相对固定部 23的槽沟方向滑动至底 部, 即可使该喷头套帽 2被限制固定在该雾化喷雾装置 1 的喷雾口 12 处, 以供使用者于喷洗特定部位时, 兼具引导雾化气流及承接清洗后的 污水, 例如在图 3所示实施例中, 该喷头套帽 2具有符合向上开放引导 雾化气流进行洗鼻,且具有较宽广且可贴合于鼻下方上颚部位的下承接 盘 2 1 ; 而于使用完毕后, 仅需将该喷头套帽 2 以逆时针方向旋转(图未 示), 使该固定部 1 1退出该相对固定部 23再往后移动, 即可使该喷雾 套帽 2脱离该雾化喷洗装置 1的喷雾口 12上。
请参考图 5至图 6A , 在本实用新型利用第一种喷头套帽 2 的可行 实施例时, 可先将该承接盘 2 1紧贴于使用者的上颚部位 (鼻孔下方位 置), 再将强制气流从雾化喷洗装置 1的进气管 14导入, 使该液体导吸 管 43可吸汲喷洗液体 40 1进入雾化喷洗装置 1中,并使该喷洗液体 40 1 在经喷雾口 12雾化再由喷头套帽 2的喷头 24 (见图 2 ) 引导喷出, 以 冲洗鼻腔。 所述强制雾化气流于通过喷雾口 12 时会受到该缓冲组件 3 的干涉部 3 1 阻挡, 致使该喷雾气流的直接外喷冲击力受到阻挡分散而 缓和, 以避免该雾化气流的力道过于猛烈, 而造成使用者呛鼻或其它鼻 内膜的不舒适感或伤害; 再而, 该冲洗鼻腔时所凝集的污水, 会向鼻孔 下方流下,并凝集至上述承接盘 2 1进而透过滴漏孔 22集中滴入回收液 杯 41中, 达到污水收集动作。
请再参考图 7至图 8, 系本实用新型第二种可行实施例的结构及其 应用情形示意图, 由该图所示实施例中, 其具有与前述第一实施例相同 的雾化喷洗装置 1及主容器 4等结构, 其差异仅在于: 该喷头套帽 2A 朝向应用者方向形成有一接近喇叭造型的全罩式锥状喷头 24A构形,且 其轮廓及大小恰能符合于可口含的容许范围, 且朝向雾化喷洗装置 1 则形成一与前述相同的套环端 20A , 亦设有相对固定部 23A , 可供结合 于雾化喷洗装置 1 的固定部 1 1上, 且所述喷头 24A的上下侧其设有至 少一滴漏孔 22A及回压孔 220,该滴漏孔 22A可容许清洗后的污水通过, 该回压孔 220用以调节、 平衡使用时口腔内部的压力, 降低使用者在使 用时的不舒适感。
使用本实用新型时(请参图 5), 使用者可先将该喷头套帽 2A 的锥 状喷头 24A含入口腔中, 再依前述第一种实施例操作方式, 令该操作雾 化喷洗装置 1产生如前述的雾化作用,而该冲洗口腔后的污水会经由上 述滴漏孔 22A流入回收液杯 41。
请接着参考图 9至图 10, 系本实用新型第三种可行实施例结构及 其应用情况示意图, 其具有与前述第二种实施例相同的雾化喷洗装置 1 及主容器 4等结构,其差异仅在于:该喷头套帽 2B具有一能符合覆盖于 人体眼窝部位的全罩式锥状喷头 24B , 以及类似的滴漏孔 22B及回压孔 22 1, 令一端则亦设有符合喷雾口 12的套环端 20B及相对固定部 23B , 且在该全罩式锥状喷头 24B 的开放端位置两侧分别设有以边缘凹缺形 成的排压口 25B 以形成半封闭喇叭口型边缘 2 10B , 该滴漏孔 22B可容 许清洗后的污水通过, 该回压孔 22 1用以调节、 平衡使用时眼部所受压 力,而上述排压口 25B的作用则在于进一歩具备反向抵消上述喷雾的反 向力, 以减少使用者喷洗过程中产生的不舒适感。
此外, 在第三种喷头套帽 2B的套环端 20B朝向喷头 24B的内端生 成一内干涉部 200, 使得依前述方式操作该雾化喷洗装置 1雾化的喷洗 液体 40 1气流会受到该内干涉部 200的再次阻挡, 使之分散、 缓和效果 更佳, 进一歩使所喷出的雾化气流以更缓和的力量接触洗净使用者眼 部, 大幅提升使用的舒适感。
本实用新型利用上述各不同实施例结构的喷头套帽 2、 2A、 2B, 所 述喷头套帽 2、 2A、 2B的承接盘 2 1或全罩式锥状喷头 24A、 24B以符合 脸部特定部位的人体工学弯弧曲面设计,以满足使用者脸部不同器官形 状的需求, 使用时搭配以适切形状的喷头套帽 2、 2A、 2B来清洁、 喷洗, 可达到一机多用目的, 且能有效完善地回收喷洗后的污水, 具有使用上 的便利性并满足卫生要求。
再者, 由于上述承接盘 2 1为一片状的开放性结构体, 若将其靠合 于鼻孔下方, 以应用于清洗鼻腔清洗水的回流收集, 然而, 其上方的开 放型式, 虽使得使用中的气流较为缓和, 但相对地, 也使得该喷液较无 法集中, 亦无法完全地进入鼻腔, 而有向开放处散失现象, 对于要求较 大清洗量的患者, 常有在清洗过程遭清洗液喷溅满脸的不舒服感, 应再 提供另一可改善该一缺失的结构设计。
有鉴于此; 请参图 1 1至图 14, 本实用新型第四种实施例, 特别设 计一适于更换选择的鼻部清洗喷头套帽 2C , 该喷头套帽 2C由一套环座 20C及一喷头 24C所组成, 其中该套环座 20C呈一片状, 于其中央设有 一凸出贯通的套环端 200C ,且于该套环端 200C周侧设有相对固定部 23C (如图所示, 可为一 L形槽道), 可在结合时对应卡合于该雾化喷洗装 置 1 的固定部 1 1, 利用该相对固定部 23C与固定部 1 1的结合, 可使该 套环座 20C的套环端 200C结合于雾化喷洗装置 1 的喷雾口 12外周侧, 另于该套环座 20C周侧分别设有数个被定位部 25C (如图所示, 可为凹 槽) 及一回压孔 201 C、 一滴漏孔 202C , 喷头 24C略呈一锥状空罩体, 其顶端与底部分别设有一喷孔 240C以及与其相通的开口 241 C , 于该开 口 241 C内侧设有数个定位部 242C (如图所示, 可为凸樺) 对应于套环 座 20C的各被定位部 25C , 利用该开口 241 C套结该套环座 20C , 并以其 定位部 242C (凸樺) 嵌入该被定位部 25C (凹槽), 可使该喷头 24C得 以经由该套环座 20C稳固地结合于雾化喷洗装置 1的喷雾口 12外周侧。
请参图 14, 可知本实用新型于实际应用时, 系以喷头 24C 的喷孔 240C对准于使用者的鼻孔抵塞封闭, 再依需要而可使该回收液杯 41的 立体凹弧部 412靠合于使用者的下颚部位, 并将强制气流从进气管 14 导入雾化喷洗装置 1, 使该喷洗液体 401得以受液体导吸管 43吸汲而 进入雾化喷洗装置 1 中, 并与空气充分混合而形成雾化气流, 再由喷雾 口 12导出, 而在上述雾化气流于通过喷雾口 12时, 会受到缓冲组件 3 的干扰部 3 1、 挡片 3 10 阻挡而缓和其外喷冲击力并均匀分散, 以避免 该雾化气流过于猛烈, 造成使用者呛鼻或其它鼻内膜的不舒适感或伤 害, 最后, 该雾化气流通过喷头套帽 2C的套环座 20C而由喷头 24C的 喷孔 240C喷出,此时套环座 20C的回压孔 201 C可平衡喷头套帽 2C内、 外的压力, 以使该雾化气流得以顺利进入鼻腔内进行冲洗; 而该冲洗鼻 腔后所凝集的污水, 则可由鼻孔向下回流至喷头 24C内, 并通过滴漏孔 202C 向下经由开口 241 C的边缘滴落于回收液杯 41 内, 以完成污水收 集动作。
由上所述可知,本实用新型喷雾器结构确实具有使用上及收纳上的 便利性, 且能降低使用者金钱上的花费同时大幅提升消费者购买意愿, 确已具有产业上的利用性、 新颖性及进
