本发明涉及一种剃须刀,具体地说是指一种手动剃须刀。
背景技术
现有手动剃须刀通常包括刀片组件和手柄,刀片组件包括刀片架和装设于刀片架上的刀片,刀片架和手柄的头部固定连接或活动连接。该刀片的刀刃是直的,而人体皮肤表面通常是曲面而非平面,因此,在使用该剃须刀时,往往只有刀刃的中部位置与皮肤接触而进行剃毛工作,而刀刃的两侧位置基本未进行剃毛工作,不但使人具有不适感,而且刀刃的各部分不能都得充分利用,不但浪费刀片,而且剃须的效率较低。
技术问题
本发明提供一种手动剃须刀,其主要目的在于克服现有手动剃须刀在使用过程中使人感觉不适,且不能充分利用刀刃各部分、剃须效率低、浪费刀片等缺点。
技术解决方案
本发明采用如下技术方案:手动剃须刀,包括手柄和装设于手柄头部的刀片组件,刀片组件包括刀片架和装设于刀片架中的刀片,该刀片具有与人体皮肤表面接触而进行剃须动作的刀刃,所述刀刃为曲线形。
具体方案一: 前述手动剃须刀,其刀片架具有弯曲的装配槽,所述刀片具有弹性,该刀片装配于该装配槽中后发生弹性形变,形成与该装配槽相适配的弯曲状。
该刀片和装配槽通过螺钉连接,通过调节该螺钉可调节刀片的弯曲度。
具体方案二: 前述手动剃须刀,其刀片架和刀片具有弹性,所述手柄的头部具有一曲面形的安装面,所述刀片架与该安装面装配后发生弹性形变,形成与该装配面相适配的弯曲状。
该刀片架和安装面通过螺钉连接,通过调节该螺钉可调节刀片架及刀片的弯曲度。

有益效果
和现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:一,刀刃为弯曲状,与人体表面皮肤相吻合,使人感觉舒适;二,由于刀刃形状与人体表面皮肤相吻合,因而可以充分利用刀刃的各个部位,可以提高剃须效率,并且提高刀片的利用率,从而更加节约刀片; 三,刀片的弯曲度可调,从而可使用于不同使用者的具体需求;四,刀片的厚度较小,且具有弹性,在装配后才形成弯曲状,而无需生产弯曲状的刀片,因而其生产工艺简单,容易实现。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例一:一种手动剃须刀,参照图1,包括手柄1和装设于手柄1头部11的刀片组件2,该刀片组件2包括刀片架21和装设于刀片架21中的刀片22。该刀片架21为刚性体,整体成弯曲状,并且在其凹面具有弯曲的装配槽210;该刀片22在与刀片架21装配前为平面形,且具有弹性,该刀片22装配于该装配槽210中后发生弹性形变,形成与该装配槽210相适配的弯曲状,其刀刃221也成曲线形。该刀片22和装配槽210通过螺钉23连接,通过调节该螺钉23可调节刀片22的弯曲度。
本发明的实施方式
实施例二: 一种手动剃须刀,参照图2,包括手柄1和装设于手柄1头部11的刀片组件2,该刀片组件2包括刀片架21和装设于刀片架21中的刀片22,该刀片架21设有装配槽210,该刀片22装配于该装配槽210中。该刀片架21和刀片22均具有弹性,在与手柄1的头部11装配连接之前该刀片架21和刀片22均成平直状。
所述手柄1的头部11具有三个连接扣111、112和113,该三个连接扣111、112和113位于一曲线上,所述刀片架21具有对应的至少三个扣槽,该刀片架21通过三个扣槽与三个连接扣111、112和113一一对应扣接而实现与手柄1头部11的装配连接,所述刀片架21在与手柄1的头部11装配后发生弹性形变而成弯曲状,刀片22跟随刀片架21一同被弯曲,其刀刃221也相应成曲线形。由于视角的原因,图中未示出三个扣槽与三个连接扣111、112和113的连接结构,这种连接结构为现有技术的常见连接结构,在此不再详述。
各连接扣111、112、113与所述手柄1头部11之间均采用可调节的活动连接,通过调节连接扣111、112、113可调节刀片架21的形变程度,从而改变刀片22的弯曲度。
实施例三: 一种手动剃须刀,参照图3,包括手柄1和装设于手柄1头部11的刀片组件2,该刀片组件2包括刀片架21和装设于刀片架21中的刀片22,该刀片架21设有装配槽210,该刀片22装配于该装配槽210中。该刀片架21和刀片22均具有弹性,在与手柄1的头部11装配连接之前该刀片架21和刀片22均成平直状。
所述手柄1的头部11具有一凹曲面形的安装面111,所述刀片架21通过螺钉3装配于该安装面111,刀片架21与该安装面111装配后发生弹性形变,形成与该装配面111相适配的弯曲状,刀片22跟随刀片架21一同被弯曲,其刀刃221也相应成曲线形。通过调节该螺钉3可调节刀片架21及刀片22的弯曲度。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此,例如,刀片22的数量可根据需要进行改变,刀片22与刀片架21之间的连接结构以及刀片架21与手柄1的头部11之间的连接关系均可采用相关现有技术中的任何一种结构,本实用新型的主要构思在于使刀片22的刀刃221成与人体表面皮肤相吻合的弯曲状,以提高剃须效率和刀刃各部分的利用率。
工业实用性
本发明的刀刃可与人体表面皮肤相吻合,使人感觉舒适,可以充分利用刀刃的各个部位,提高剃须效率,并且提高刀片的利用率,从而更加节约刀片,其生产工艺简单,容易实现,具有良好的工业实用性。
