图 2a示出根据本发明的一个实施例的局部视图, 图 2b示出沿线 A-A 截取的截面图; 图 3a至图 3f示出根据本发明的一个实施例的纸卷成型步骤顺序图; 图 4示出才艮据本发明的另一实施例的示意图; 图 5a和图 5b分别示出根据本发明另一实施例的装置的局部视图; 图 6a至图 6f示出才艮据本发明另一实施例的纸卷成型步骤顺序图。 具体实施方式 以下将参照本发明的优选实施例来描述本发明。 如图 1所示, 才艮据本发明的装置包括上部卷绕辊 (或第一卷绕辊) 1、 下部卷绕辊 (或第二卷绕辊) 3、 骑辊 (或第三卷绕辊) 2、 引导槽 5、 卷芯 导入单元 6、 供应辊 8、 以及粘结剂涂敷装置 (图 1未示出)。 根据本发明的 装置还包括 架 (未示出)。 其中, 上部卷绕 ¾ 1 和下部卷绕 ¾均可转动地 安装在该框架上。 本发明的上部卷绕辊 1、 下部卷绕辊 3以及骑辊 2与现有 技术相同, 在 it匕不再描述。 该上部卷绕 ¾ 1用于从供应 ¾ 8接收纸张 7b , 下部卷绕 ¾ 3以大约为 卷芯直径的 3巨离与上部卷绕 ¾间隔开。 上部卷绕 ¾ 1和下部卷绕辊 3可以如 图 1 箭头所示的方向旋转, 骑辊 2不仅自身可以转动而且可以相对于轴 21 转动。 预成型卷纸 7a 被容纳在上述三个辊形成的空间中, 随着卷芯上纸的 卷绕, 卷芯上纸张的直径增大, 骑辊 2 围绕轴 21 转动, 以便容纳增大的预 成型的卷筒纸。 才艮据本发明的卷芯导入单元 6 包括可转动地安装在上述 架上的按压 臂 61 , 其邻近上部卷绕辊设置, 并且位于引导槽 5的上游。 该按压臂 61的 一端设置有夹片 611 , 该夹片前端 (或顶端) 由诸如橡胶等摩擦材料制成, 从而在其与上部卷绕辊 1上传送的纸张接触时, 可以有效的按压纸张。 该卷 芯导入单元 6还设置有用于拾取并保持卷芯 (例如, 通过真空方式保持) 的 支撑件 (或支撑臂) 63 , 卷芯可以容纳在按压臂和支撑件之间 (如图 1所示 的卷芯 7 )„ 并且, 按压臂 61和支撑件 63可以整体围绕卷芯导入单元上 6的 轴 65转动, 该轴 65设置在上述的 架上。 引导槽 5围绕上部卷绕辊 1的一部分圓周间隔设置,用于将保持在卷芯 导入单元 6中的卷芯朝向上部、 下部卷绕辊 1、 3和骑辊 2形成的容纳空间 引导, 该引导槽 5设置于卷芯导入单元 6与下部卷绕辊 3之间, 并且以略小 于卷芯直径的 巨离与上部卷绕 ¾ 1间隔设置。 粘结剂涂敷装置设置在卷芯导入单元 6的上游,用于在将卷芯传送到卷 芯导入单元 6之前, 在卷芯上涂敷两条胶线。 该涂敷过程如图 2b所示, 卷 芯通过卷芯供应 昆 93 沿箭头方向朝向卷芯导入单元 6传送, 在朝向卷芯导 入单元 6的传送路径上设置有喷胶枪, 通过该喷胶枪的一对喷嘴 91对通过 卷芯供应 昆 93传送的卷芯涂敷两条胶线 GS ,该两条胶线平行于卷芯的轴线。 当然除了喷胶枪外, 还可以使用任何涂敷装置, 例如, 印刷辊。 图 2还示出了上部卷绕 ¾ 1、 卷芯导入单元 6、 机器的 架 10、 的平面 图以及沿线 A-A截取的截面图。如该截面图所示,卷芯 7上涂敷有两条胶线。 如图所示, 该上部卷绕 ¾ 1 包括粗糙区域 11和光滑区域 13 , 该两区域相互 交替设置。 如图 3a至 3f所示, 下面我们来描述如何通过该装置形成卷筒纸的。 如图 1所示, 经过虚切的纸张 7b (例如图 1所示的虚切部分 PI , P2, P3 ) 通过供应辊 8传送。 并且, 当卷芯通过卷芯传送辊 93朝向卷芯导入单 元 6传送时, 通过设置在卷芯导入单元 6的上游的喷胶枪上的一对喷嘴 91 , 沿该卷芯的轴线方向在卷芯上涂敷两条胶线 GS , 其中, 标号 71为粘附卷筒 纸最内层纸的胶线 (称为拾取胶线), 标号 73为用于封住卷筒纸最后一层纸 的胶线(称为封尾胶线)。 通常可以通过改变卷芯传送的速度、 或喷胶枪内的 压力或者改变喷嘴而 艮容易的调节所涂敷的粘结剂的量。 当然, 所涂敷的胶 线可以在任何合适的位置中断, 从而避免与将卷芯导入卷绕区域的卷芯 I导 单元 6相接触。 卷芯导入单元 6拾取和支撑涂敷有两条胶线 GS的卷芯, 并将其导入引 导槽 5 中。 如图 3e、 3f, 卷芯导入单元 6围绕轴 65转动, 并通过, 诸如, 真空装置,拾取涂敷有两条胶线 GS的卷芯 7并将其容纳在按压臂 61与支撑 件 63之间, 其中, 如图 3f所示放置涂敷有胶线 GS的卷芯 7。 卷芯导入单元 6继续转动, 使得卷芯 7位于引导槽 5的上游, 如图 3a所示。 当正在成型的卷纸筒 7a卷绕了预定长度的纸张时, 卷芯导入单元 6的 按压臂 61 和支撑件 63 围绕轴 65转动, 涂敷有胶线 GS的卷芯以及按压臂 61在传送纸张与上部卷绕昆 1相切的位置与该纸张接触(如图 3b所示)。 此 时, 上部卷绕辊 1继续转动, 而卷芯导入单元 6并未释放卷芯, 该卷芯上的 一条胶线 73粘附到正在卷绕成型的卷筒纸 7a预定长度的最后一页纸上,即, 图 3b所示的虚切 P2与 P1之间。 按压臂 61的夹片 611按压在上部卷绕辊 1 的摩擦相对较小的平滑区域 13。 由于该夹片 611按压在上部卷绕辊 1的光滑 区域 13上的纸张, 该纸张在该辊的粗糙区域 11上容易翘起, 而上部卷绕辊 1 仍然原速转动, 从而, 纸张在靠近夹片 611 的虚切位置 P1 处断开, 如图 3c所示。 正在成型的卷纸筒继续卷绕断开的纸张, 由于, 在虚切位置 P1 与 P2 之间粘附有粘结剂 (即其中一条胶线), 通过上部卷绕辊 1、 下部卷绕辊 3以 及骑辊 2的转动挤压, 使得纸张粘附卷绕在卷纸筒上, 从而进行了封边。 并 且, 下部卷绕辊 3的线速度相对于上部卷绕辊 1和骑辊 2降低, 从而使得成 型的卷筒纸 7a从该辊的表面离开, 掉落到工作台 4上。 同时, 卷芯导入单元 6转动, 将卷芯 7放到引导槽 5中, 如图 3d所示。 卷芯 7在上部卷绕辊 1的带动下沿着引导槽 5运动,由于其上涂敷有胶线 GS , 被切断的纸张, 即, 位于虚切部分 P1下游 (如图 3c所示的虚切部分 P1的 左侧) 的纸张, 粘附在卷芯 7上, 随着卷芯 7在引导槽 5的运动, 并且纸张 被不断卷绕在卷芯 7上。 随着上部卷绕昆 1的转动, 卷芯 7被传送到上部卷 绕辊 1、 下部卷绕辊 3以及骑辊 2之间的空间内, 在该空间内, 卷芯 7在该 三个 ¾的转动下卷绕纸张。 在卷芯 7卷绕纸张时, 卷芯导入单元 6拾取新的 卷芯准备进行卷纸成型。 根据本发明,通过将例如喷胶枪和印刷辊等粘结剂涂敷装置设置在卷芯 导入单元的上游, 在卷芯进行卷绕纸张之前, 在该卷芯上涂敷两条胶线, 从 而, 简化了流程, 并且节省了成本, 提高了效率。 图 4示出了根据本发明另一实施例的示意图。 与上述实施例不同的是, 才艮据本实施例的装置设置有与上部卷绕辊 1 的粗糙表面同心的固定指状件 15 , 该固定指状件 15 设置在支架上, 该支架可被固定或在进行打断时可移 动。 并且该固定指状件 15容纳在上部卷绕 ¾ 1 环形凹槽中, 该环形凹槽在 外圓周的光滑区域上沿圓周方向设置, 并且固定指状件 15 在环形凹槽内设 置成与上部卷绕辊 1隔开。 除此之外, 该实施例的其它设置与上述实施例相 同, 因 it匕, iH处省略相同部分的说明。 如图 5a和图 5b所示, 上部卷绕 ¾ 1在光滑区域处设置有环形凹槽。 该 凹槽两侧为上部卷绕辊的粗糙区域, 该粗糙用以提供足够的卷绕牵引力。 卷 芯导入单元 6的夹片 611在传送的纸张与上部卷绕 ¾相切位置附近, 将传送 的纸张按压在固定指状件 15上 (如图 4所示)。 图 6a到图 6f示出了设置有固定指状件 15的该装置的纸卷成型步骤顺 序图。 除了在传送的纸张与上部卷绕 ¾相切的位置附近, 卷芯导入单元 6的 夹片 611将传送的纸张按压在固定指状件 15上外,其它步骤与上述实施例相 同, 在 匕省略对其的详细描述。 根据该实施例的本装置, 由于设置了固定的指状件, 从而, 能够緩解当 卷芯导入单元的夹片将纸张按压在上部卷绕辊时, 由于它们之间的速度差异 产生的冲击。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变^^ 凡在本发明的 4青申和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权利 要求范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 一种用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机, 所述复卷机包括: 框架;
第一卷绕辊, 可转动地安装在所述框架上;
第二卷绕辊, 可转动地安装在所述框架上, 且与所述第一卷绕辊 间隔开;
第三卷绕辊, 其可移动地设置在所述框架上, 并与所述第一卷绕 辊和所述第二卷绕辊形成容纳所卷纸张的容纳空间;
? I导槽, 与所述第一卷绕辊间隔设置, 且设置在所述第二卷绕辊 的上游, 用于引导卷芯;
粘结剂涂敷装置, 设置于所述第一卷绕辊的上游, 用于在将所述 卷芯供应到所述引导槽之前, 沿所述卷芯的轴向在所述卷芯上涂敷两 条胶线。 根据权利要求 1所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机,其特征在于, 所述复卷机还包括:
按压臂, 其可转动地安装在所述框架上, 其上设置有用于按压所 述纸张以打断纸张的夹片。 根据权利要求 2所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机,其特征在于, 所述复卷机还包括支撑件, 邻近所述按压臂设置, 用于拾取并支撑卷 芯, 所述卷芯可保持在所述按压臂和所述支撑件之间。 根据权利要求 2所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机,其特征在于, 所述复卷机还包括至少部分地与所述第一卷绕辊同心设置的多个固定 指状件。 根据权利要求 2所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机,其特征在于, 所述夹片设置成在纸张与所述第一卷绕辊的相切位置处按压所述纸 张, 以便打断所述纸张。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机,其特征在于, 所述第一卷绕辊包括交替设置的粗糙区域和光滑区域, 且所述粗糙区 域和所述光滑区域沿所述第一卷绕 ¾的轴向设置。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机 ,其特征在于, 所述夹片在所述第一卷绕辊的光滑区域按压所述纸张。
8. 根据权利要求 4所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机 ,其特征在于, 所述夹片将纸张按压在所述多个固定指状件上。
9. 根据权利要求 2所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机 ,其特征在于, 所述夹片的顶端由摩擦材料制成。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机 ,其特征在于, 所述粘结剂涂敷装置为喷胶枪或印刷辊。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机 ,其特征在于, 所示纸张经过预先虚切。
12. 一种将纸张卷到卷芯上的方法, 所述方法包括:
设置第一卷绕辊、 与所述第一卷绕辊间隔开的第二卷绕辊以及与 所述第一卷绕辊和所述第二卷绕辊形成容纳所卷纸张的容纳空间的第 三卷绕昆;
在所述第二卷绕辊的上游设置用于将所述卷芯向所述第二卷绕 辊的引导槽, 所述引导槽与所述第一卷绕辊间隔设置;
在所述第一卷绕辊的上游设置粘结剂涂敷装置;
其中, 在所述卷芯进入所述引导槽之前, 所述粘结剂涂敷装置沿 所述卷芯的轴向在所述卷芯上涂敷第一胶线和第二胶线。
13. 根据权利要求 12所述的将纸张卷到卷芯上的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法还包括: 邻近所述第一卷绕辊设置按压臂, 所述按压臂位于所述 引导槽的上游。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的将纸张卷到卷芯上的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 按压臂在所述纸张与所述第一卷绕辊的相切位置处将所述纸张按压在 所述第一卷绕辊上, 以便打断所述纸张。
15. 根据权利要求 13所述的将纸张卷到卷芯上的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 方法还包括:设置至少部分与所述第一卷绕辊同心的多个固定指状件。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的将纸张卷到卷芯上的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 按压臂在纸张与所述第一卷绕辊的相切位置处将所述纸张按压在所述 多个固定指状件上, 以便打断所述纸张。
17. 一种用于将纸张卷到卷芯上的复卷机, 所述复卷机包括: 框架;
第一卷绕辊, 可转动地安装在所述框架上, 并且, 所述第一卷绕 昆包括多个环形凹槽;
第二卷绕辊, 可转动地安装在所述框架上, 且与所述第一卷绕辊 间隔开;
第三卷绕辊, 其可移动地设置在所述框架上, 并与所述第一卷绕 辊和所述第二卷绕辊形成容纳所卷纸张的容纳空间;
? I导槽, 与所述第一卷绕辊间隔设置, 且设置在所述第二卷绕辊 的上游, 用于引导卷芯;
多个固定指状件, 其至少部分地与所述第一卷绕辊同心设置, 并 且所述多个固定指状件分别容纳在所述第一卷绕辊的多个环形凹槽 中; 以及
按压臂, 其可转动地安装在所述框架上, 并且, 其上设置有用于 将所述纸张按压在所述多个固定指状件上的夹片。
