  • the manufacturing speed can be increased significantly since the speed is not limited by opening or closing complicated grip mechanics and does not require adjustment of pull-out fingers when foodstuff items are being changed.
  • the system also becomes significantly less costly to manufacture and more reliable since all of the mechanics are significantly simplified.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour transporter un produit alimentaire (3, 19), tel que des saucisses ou des fricadelles, d'un premier transporteur (11) à un emballage (15) à l'aide d'une roue en étoile. La roue (1) a des cavités (7) sur sa périphérie externe, dans lesquelles cavités le produit alimentaire est disposé. Pour chaque article de produit alimentaire, la roue est tournée, de telle sorte que l'article suivant peut être disposé dans la roue. Lorsque la roue a tourné entre 90 et 270 degrés, l'article rencontre un hauban fixe (10) inséré dans une fente radiale (25) sur la périphérie de la roue, lequel hauban pousse l'article hors de la roue et à l'intérieur d'un emballage (15, 21) disposé sur un second transporteur (14). La roue en étoile est, de préférence, assemblée à l'aide de modules, et le nombre de degrés privilégié pour faire tourner la roue est de 180. Les rouleaux (13) du premier transporteur et l'axe (2) de la roue en étoile sont parallèles, et le premier transporteur est perpendiculaire au second transporteur.
