Abstract

LED를 광원으로 하는 LED 백라이트 유닛을 개시한다. 투명 기판이 구비된다. 투명 전극층은 투명 기판의 상에 탄소나노튜브 물질로 복수의 전극 패턴들을 갖게 형성된다. 복수의 LED들은 투명 전극층의 전극 패턴들에 접속된다. 반사층은 LED들로부터 발산된 빛을 상방으로 반사시킨다. 이에 따라, 박형화 및 경량화가 가능하고, 유연하여 자유곡면 형상에 적용 가능할 수 있다.
