Abstract

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지르코늄을 포함하는 핵연료봉의 클래딩 표면의 미세요철 형성방법은, 제1 극에 상기 핵연료봉의 클래딩을 위치시켜 양극을 연결하 고, 제2 극에 전도체판을 위치시켜 음극을 연결하는 단계, 상기 핵연료봉의 클래딩 을 전해질 용액 내에 담그는 단계, 상기 핵연료봉의 클래딩 표면에서 산화반응이 일어나도록 상기 양극과 음극에 전압을 인가하는 단계를 포함한다. 이 때, 상기 전 해질 용액의 온도는 10℃ 이하를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
