- 제1항에 있어서,상기 세트스크루는,상기 척추경 고정나사의 암나사와 동일한 제1피치를 갖는 복수의 수나사가 형성된 제1수나사부와,상기 제1피치와 상이한 제2피치를 갖는 복수의 수나사가 형성된 제2수나사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 나선형을 갖는 세트스크루를 포함하는 척추 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2수나사부는 상기 제1수나사부의 일단부로부터 길이 연장하며 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 나선형을 갖는 세트스크루를 포함하는 척추 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1수나사부와 상기 제2수나사부는 상기 세트스크루의 길이방향을 따라 교호적으로 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 나선형을 갖는 세트스크루를 포함하는 척추 고정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2피치는 상기 제1피치의 1/n배의 크기를 가지며, 여기서 n은 2이상의 자연수인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중 나선형을 갖는 세트스크루를 포함하는 척추 고정장치.
