Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Beaufschlagung einer Komponente mit thermischer Energie, bei dem ein Gas (20, 86) erwärmt wird und bei dem die Komponente (4, 84) mit dem Gas (20, 86) in thermischen Kontakt gebracht wird, wobei das Gas (20, 86) zusätzlich durch eine elektrische Entladung (12, 74) oder durch ein Plasma, insbesondere durch einen Plasmastrahl (58, 108) mindestens teilweise ionisiert wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Vorrichtung zur Beaufschlagung einer Komponente mit thermischer Energie, mit der zu beaufschlagenden Komponente (4, 84), mit einem ein Gas beinhaltenden Raumbereich (8, 82) und mit Mitteln (6) zum Erwärmen des Gases, wobei das Gas (20, 86) mit der Komponente (4, 84) in thermischem Kontakt steht und wobei zusätzlich Mittel (10, 42, 72, 92) zur Erzeugung einer elektrischen Entladung (12, 74) oder eines Plasmas, insbesondere eines Plasmastrahls (58, 108) zur zumindest teilweisen Ionisation des Gases (20, 86) vorgesehen sind.
