Abstract

본 발명은 고강도 고인성 강선재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 냉간압조 등의 용도로 사용되는 강선재로서 종래의 열처리 과정에 의해 생성되는 조질 강선재에 비하여 합금원소 사용량이 감소하고 치수 정밀도가 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 통상의 비조질 강선재에 비하여 간편한 방법으로 제조될 수 있는 고강도 고인성 강선재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 강선재는 Al : 0.07~0.14중량%와 Al:N(각 원소의 중량%를 의미함)이 15:1~25:1이 되도록 질소를 포함하는 조성을 가진다. 본 발명에 따르면 간단한 합금성분계로서 충분한 강도 향상과 인성 향상효과를 가진 강선재를 얻을 수 있으므로, 추가적인 열처리 없이 냉간압조 등의 가공이 가능한 강선재를 제공할 수 있다.
