Claims (8)
- 固定シーブとこの固定シーブに対向する可動シーブとをそれぞれ備えた駆動側プーリ及び従動側プーリと、
これらのプーリの間に掛け渡され、駆動側プーリの動力を従動側プーリに伝達するベルトと、
を有し、
可動シーブを軸方向に移動させることにより駆動側及び従動側プーリの径方向におけるベルトの巻き掛け位置を変化させて変速比を変化させるベルト式無段変速機において、
可動シーブの外周端部に形成された測定面と、
前記外周端部に離隔して設けられた変位センサであって、前記測定面と当該変位センサとの間の距離を測定する変位センサと、
を有し、
前記測定面は、可動シーブが軸方向に移動するにつれて、前記測定面と前記変位センサとの間の距離が変化するように形成される、
ことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
変位センサは、可動シーブの径方向に沿って設けられ、
前記測定面は、軸方向に対して同じ側に傾斜するように形成される、
ことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
駆動側プーリと従動側プーリとベルトとを収容するケースを有し、
変位センサはケースに配置される、
ことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
前記測定面は、軸方向において、可動シーブが軸方向に移動する距離と同じ長さに形成される、
ことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
変位センサの検出結果に基づいて、駆動側及び従動側プーリの径方向におけるベルトの巻き掛け位置を算出するベルト位置算出手段と、
ベルト位置算出手段により算出されたベルトの巻き掛け位置に基づいて、変速比を算出する変速比算出手段と、
を有することを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
前記測定面は、駆動側及び従動側プーリのいずれか一方の可動シーブの外周端部に形成される、
ことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
前記測定面は、固定シーブ側に向かうにつれて軸との距離が短くなるように形成される、
ことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機において、
変位センサは渦電流式であることを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機。
