Claims (6)
- タンク本体の軸方向の端部に取り付けられた口金と、前記タンク本体の外周面と前記口金の外周面に亘りフィラメントワインディング法により形成された外周層とを有するガスタンクであって、
前記タンク本体の軸方向の端部には、前記口金の前記軸方向の外側端面が前記外周層の前記軸方向の外側端面よりも内側に入り込んで凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする、ガスタンク。 - 前記凹部は、前記外周層の形成時に前記口金に連結される回転シャフトの連結部の形に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガスタンク。
- 前記口金は、前記タンク本体とその外部との間でガスの流入出が行われないエンドボスであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のガスタンク。
- ガスタンクの製造方法であって、
タンク本体の軸方向の端部に形成された口金に、回転シャフトの連結部を連結する工程と、
前記回転シャフトによりタンク本体を回転させながら、前記タンク本体の外周面、前記口金の外周面及び前記連結部の外周面の一部に亘り繊維を巻き付けて、フィラメントワインディング法により前記タンク本体の外周面と前記口金の外周面及び前記連結部の外周面の一部に外周層を形成する工程と、
前記回転シャフトの連結部を前記口金から取り外し、前記タンク本体の軸方向の端部に、前記口金の前記軸方向の外側端面が前記外周層の前記軸方向の外側端面よりも内側に入り込んだ凹部を形成する工程と、を有することを特徴とする、ガスタンクの製造方法。 - 前記回転シャフトの連結部の先端側は、先端に近づくにつれて次第に外径が小さくなっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガスタンクの製造方法。
- 前記回転シャフトの連結部の外周面には、離型フィルムが貼られていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のガスタンクの製造方法。
