For example, in the second embodiment described above in which the packaging means 11 and the means for keeping the sheets 6 are located upstream of the collecting means 7, the tips control and rejection operation is done before inserting the cigarettes 4 into containers 9 with sheets 6.
  • the packaging means 11 of the system 1 include : - means for moving 23 at least one packaging sheet 6 arriving from the supplying means 5, the latter preferably composed of at least one spool 25 of at least one web 27 of such packaging sheets 6 and, possibly, by cutting means for said web 27 into individual packaging sheets 6 for feeding to the means for moving 23 the packaging means 11;
  • the moving means 23 are realized as at least one conveyor belt composed of two parallel and mutually sliding belts 24 mutually parallel and with synchronized and compliant movement, upon which is placed the packaging sheet 6, between which at least one free space is included;

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (1) de conditionnement de cigarettes (4) en feuilles pliées, qui comprend au moins un premier moteur électrique conçu pour actionner des moyens d'apport (3) de cigarettes (4); au moins un deuxième moteur électrique (35) conçu pour actionner des moyens d'apport (5) de feuilles de conditionnement (6); au moins un troisième moteur électrique (36) conçu pour actionner des moyens (7) rotatifs de collecte des cigarettes (4) amenées par les moyens d'apport (3) de cigarettes (4), les moyens (7) de collecte de cigarettes (4) comportant une pluralité de contenants (9) allongés conçus pour contenir les cigarettes (4) fournies, lesdits contenants (9) étant reliés exploitables aux moyens (7) de collecte de cigarettes (4) de sorte qu'un axe longitudinal (LL) de ceux-ci est parallèle à un axe de rotation (RR) et perpendiculaire à un plan des moyens (7) de collecte; au moins un quatrième moteur électrique (37) conçu pour actionner des moyens (11) de conditionnement se situant en aval des moyens (7) de collecte et conçus pour recevoir les feuilles (6) provenant des moyens (5) d'apport de feuilles (6) et mettre les feuilles (6) sur des contenants (9), de sorte que le plan des feuilles (6) est orthogonal par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des cigarettes (4); au moins un cinquième moteur électrique conçu pour actionner des moyens servant à maintenir les feuilles (6) de conditionnement sur les contenants (9), après la mise en place des feuilles (6) sur les contenants (9); au moins un sixième moteur électrique (39) adapté aux feuilles (6) contenant les cigarettes (4), qui coopère exploitable avec les moyens (7) rotatifs de collecte pour déplacer les conditionnements (15) en aval; au moins un septième moteur électrique (41) conçu pour actionner les moyens (22) de pliage des conditionnements (15); au moins un huitième moteur électrique (43) conçu pour actionner d'autres moyens (44) de pliage des conditionnements (15); au moins un neuvième moteur électrique (45) conçu pour soulever les conditionnements (15) lors de leur dernier pliage; et des moyens de commande électroniques conçus pour commander lesdits premier, deuxième, troisième, quatrième, cinquième, sixième, septième, huitième et neuvième moteurs électriques afin de déplacer par des moyens électroniques les axes de moteur correspondants.
