Abstract

Selon l'invention, avec deux bras unis et articulés de type ciseaux au moyen d'un axe (3), le bras extérieur plus large (2) reçoit avec un caractère amovible une broche (5), à proximité dudit axe de basculement (3), en fonction de l'axe de rotation de basculement pour la lame (6), laquelle est liée de plus avec l'autre bras (1) au moyen d'un rouleau basculant ou d'une broche (9) établie sur celui-ci, jouant dans une rainure ou un orifice (10) de la lame, considérablement élargie et ouverte à son extrémité intérieure, de manière à ce que le remplacement de la lame soit extraordinairement rapide et simple, étant donné qu'il suffit de démonter la broche (5) pour que la lame (6) puisse être libérée et puisse se déplacer jusqu'à ce qu'elle quitte le rouleau associé à la broche (9) par ladite rainure (10).
