节目推荐方法、 终端设备及网络系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 特别涉及一种节目推荐方法、 终端设备及网 络系统。
背景技术
现在交互式网络电视 IPTV业务和通信业务融合, 产生一些增值业务, 比如好友电视。 好友电视是指正在观看 IPTV 电视节目的用户通过网络来邀 请其他用户一起观看电视节目的一种增值业务, 好友电视不仅仅用在 IPTV 中, 也可以用在 PC、 移动终端的 TV业务中。
当用户 (推荐方) 向好友(被推荐方)推荐一个节目时, 用户所在的终 端将推荐消息发送给好友所在的终端, 推荐消息包括该节目的 ID, 好友所在 的终端根据该节目的 ID, 向媒体服务器发送播放请求, 媒体服务器将节目流 下发给好友所在的终端。
现有技术具有如下缺点:
现有技术中好友所在的终端接收媒体服务器下发的节目流, 只能将节目 流从头到尾播放给好友, 好友也只能从头到尾的观看被推存的节目, 导致用 户体验不高。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种节目推荐方法、 终端设备及网络系统, 能够实现 节目流中重点部分的推荐。
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例提供:
一种节目推荐方法, 包括:
被推荐方所在的终端接收推荐方所在的终端发送的推荐消息, 所述推荐 消息包括: 节目标识和推荐方推荐的部分节目流的标识;
根据所述节目标识和部分节目流的标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器下发 所述节目的部分节目流的指示消息;
接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述部分节目流。

本发明一个实施例中的被推荐方所在的终端根据接收的部分节目流的标 识, 指示媒体服务器仅下发部分节目流, 可以实现推荐部分节目流的目的, 同时由于只需要媒体服务器下发部分节目流, 可以节省网络带宽等资源。
本发明另一个实施例中的被推荐方所在的终端根据部分画面范围信息和 部分画面的展示方式信息, 播放从媒体服务器接收的节目流, 以实现推荐节 目流中重点画面的目的。

102、根据所述节目标识和部分节目流的标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器 下发所述节目的部分节目流的指示消息;

其中, 上述指示消息可以包括后续实施例二中的会话协商请求消息, 该 会话协商请求消息仅包含部分节目流传输通道信息。
其中, 节目标识可以是节目的地址信息。
本发明实施例一中的被推荐方所在的终端根据接收的部分节目流的标 识, 指示媒体服务器仅下发部分节目流, 可以实现推荐部分节目流的目的, 同时由于只需要媒体服务器下发部分节目流, 可以节省网络带宽等资源。
实施例二:
参阅图 2, 本发明实施例二提供一种节目推荐方法, 该方法包括:
201、 推荐方所在的机顶盒(Set Top Box, STB )接收推荐方输入的推荐 请求, 向推荐方提供推荐操作界面。
该步骤可以适用于如下场景, 推荐方觉得某个电影的原声非常好, 可以 做听力教材, 打算推荐给某个好友(被推荐方), 推荐方可以通过遥控器选择 菜单中的 "推荐" 按钮, 此时, 推荐方所在的 STB接收到推荐方的推荐请求, 然后显示推荐操作界面。
202、 推荐方所在的 STB接收推荐方在操作界面输入的推荐条件, 并接收 被推荐方信息, 其中, 推荐条件包括: 部分节目流推荐指示信息。
续上述实例, 推荐方在推荐操作界面中的下拉菜单中选择 "只推荐音频" 条目, 并通过好友列表选择推荐对象(即上述被推荐方), 此时, 推荐方所在 的 STB接收到 "只推荐音频" 这个推荐条件, 并接收到被推荐方的信息。
其中, 推荐方也可以手动在推荐操作界面中输入推荐条件, 不影响本发 明的实现。
203、推荐方所在的 STB根据上述部分节目流推荐指示信息和当前节目的 标识, 生成超连接, 该超链接的形式可如下所示:

205、被推荐方所在的 STB接收到推荐消息后,向被推荐方提示推荐消息。 比如可以向被推荐方提示 "你的好友 **向你推荐一个节目的部分媒体流(比 如音频流), 是否接收? ", 被推荐方所在的 STB接收到被推荐方对上述提示 的确认信息。
206、 被推荐方所在的 STB根据推荐消息, 向 SCF ( Service Control Function, 业务控制功能)发起只包含音频流传输通道信息的会话协商请求消

本发明实施例二中推荐方所在的 STB将部分节目流标识发送给被推荐方 所在的 STB, 被推荐方所在的 STB仅需与媒体服务器对部分节目流进行协商, 接收媒体服务器下发的部分节目流, 以实现推荐部分节目流的目的, 同时由 于只需要媒体服务器下发部分节目流, 可以节省网络带宽等资源。

401、 推荐方所在的 STB接收推荐方输入的推荐请求, 向推荐方提供推荐 操作界面。
该步骤可以适用于如下场景, 推荐方通过 IPTV观看电影时, 突然看到一 个穿帮镜头, 第 10分钟时两个主人公在争吵, 左上角的远景是一个凳子, 而 第 12分钟时, 虽然两个主人公还在争吵, 但是左上角的远景是一个自行车, 推荐方打算把这段有穿帮镜头的节目片段推荐给某个好友(被推荐方), 推荐 方可以通过遥控器选择菜单中的 "推荐,, 按钮, 此时, 推荐方所在的 STB接 收到推荐方的推荐请求, 然后显示推荐操作界面。
402、 推荐方所在的 STB接收推荐方在所述操作界面输入的推荐条件, 并 接收被推荐方信息, 其中, 推荐条件包括: 部分画面推荐指示信息、 部分画 面范围指示信息、 时间范围指示信息和部分画面展示方式指示信息。
续上述实例, 推荐方所在的 STB接收推荐方在所述操作界面输入的推荐 条件可以采用如下方式进行,如推荐方以推荐操作界面中的下拉菜单的形式, 比如在下拉菜单中选择 "只推荐部分画面" 条目, 并在推荐操作界面中的子 菜单中选择部分画面范围, 假定推荐操作界面中的子菜单提供 "左下角 1/3屏 幕、 右下角 1/3屏幕、 左上角 1/3屏幕、 右上角 1/3屏幕" 等选项, 推荐方在多 个选项中选择一个(比如左下角 1/3屏幕), 并在推荐操作界面中的子菜单中 选择部分画面展示方式, 假定推荐操作界面中的子菜单提供 "高亮突出显示"

根据所述节目标识和部分节目流的标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器下发 所述节目的部分节目流的指示消息;
接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述部分节目流。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括:
推荐方所在的终端接收推荐条件, 所述推荐条件包括: 部分节目流推荐 指示信息, ^^据所述推荐条件, 生成所述推荐消息。
3、 一种节目推荐方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
被推荐方所在的终端接收推荐方所在的终端发送的推荐消息, 所述推荐 消息包括: 节目标识和推荐方推荐的部分画面范围信息;
获取部分画面的展示方式信息;
根据所述节目标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器下发节目流的指示消息; 接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述节目流, 根据所述部分画面范围信息和 部分画面的展示方式信息, 播放所述节目流。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述推荐消息还包括: 所述部分画面的展示方式信息;
所述获取部分画面的展示方式信息具体为:
从所述推荐消息中获取所述部分画面的展示方式信息。

所述获取部分画面的展示方式信息具体为:
被推荐方所在的终端接收被推荐方确定的部分画面的展示方式信息。
6、 根据权利要求 3、 4或者 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 推荐方所在的终端接收推荐条件, 所述推荐条件包括: 部分画面范围指 示信息, 根据所述推荐条件, 生成所述推荐消息。
7、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收推荐消息, 所述推荐消息包括: 节目标识和推 荐方推荐的部分节目流的标识; 消息发送单元, 用于根据所述节目标识和部分节目流的标识, 发送用于 指示媒体服务器下发所述节目的部分节目流的指示消息;
节目流接收单元, 用于接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述部分节目流。
8、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收推荐消息, 所述推荐消息包括: 节目标识和推 荐方推荐的部分画面范围信息;
获取单元, 用于在接收到所述推荐消息后, 获取部分画面的展示方式信 消息发送单元, 用于根据所述节目标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器下发 节目流的指示消息;
节目流接收单元, 用于接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述节目流; 播放单元,用于根据所述部分画面范围信息和部分画面的展示方式信息, 播放所述节目流。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的终端设备, 其特征在于,
所述获取单元, 用于从所述推荐消息中获取所述部分画面的展示方式信
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的终端设备, 其特征在于,
所述获取单元, 用于接收被推荐方确定的部分画面的展示方式信息。

推荐方所在的终端, 用于接收推荐条件, 所述推荐条件包括: 部分节目 流推荐指示信息; 根据所述推荐条件, 向被推荐方所在的终端发送推荐消息, 所述推荐消息包括: 节目标识和推荐方推荐的部分节目流的标识;
被推荐方所在的终端, 用于接收推荐方所在的终端发送的推荐消息, 根 据所述节目标识和部分节目流的标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器下发所述节 目的部分节目流的指示消息; 接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述部分节目流。
12、 一种网络系统, 包括: 推荐方所在的终端, 被推荐方所在的终端, 其中,
推荐方所在的终端, 用于接收推荐条件, 所述推荐条件包括: 部分画面 范围指示信息, 根据所述推荐条件, 向被推荐方所在的终端发送推荐消息, 所述推荐消息包括: 节目标识和推荐方推荐的部分画面范围信息;
被推荐方所在的终端, 用于接收推荐方所在的终端发送的推荐消息, 获 取部分画面的展示方式信息, 根据所述节目标识, 发送用于指示媒体服务器 下发节目流的指示消息, 接收所述媒体服务器下发的所述节目流, 根据所述 部分画面范围信息和部分画面的展示方式信息, 播放所述节目流。
