Definitions
- the invention relates to a delivery hose with an outer and an inner element for transport, i. Passing through any, in particular abrasive acting media.
- Product request hoses for conveying highly abrasive media are generally multi-layered. In general, they consist of an inner, an intermediate and an outer layer, wherein the structure of the inner layer is crucial for the wear resistance and thus the service life of the delivery hoses.
- the inner layers which are common on the market are made of wear-resistant natural rubber or abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PU).
- PU abrasion-resistant polyurethane
- DE 20 2007 001 777 U1 discloses a hose with an outer pipe element and an inner pipe element, wherein the inner pipe element which can be pushed into the outer pipe element has ceramic bodies in the form of ceramic balls with a diameter of 2 to 10 mm, which are embedded in an elastomer material (PU material).
- the outer tube element is a known prior to the year 2007 known industry hose with embedded wire helix.
- This hose has at its two free ends each a connection fitting in the form of a glued ceramic sleeve with clamping shells and flange.
- the inner tube element causes wear resistance and the outer tube element causes the pressure and kink resistance of the tube, so that it has a high mechanical strength.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a delivery hose with an outer and an inner element for transport, ie passing any, especially abrasive acting ready, which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular has no unfavorable for wear resistance longitudinal joints, so that the delivery hose has a longer service life when used as intended.
- the conveying hose according to the invention consists of an inner layer and a cover layer applied to this inner layer, wherein both layers are firmly joined together.
- the inner layer is made up of individual ceramic wear protection rings, which are vulcanized together with a thin rubber layer.
- the rubber layer has a high elongation between the individual ceramic wear protection rings, so that a flexibility / flexibility of the delivery hose is ensured.
- the rubber layer elastically dampens the impact of the required solids with respect to the individual ceramic wear protection rings in the intended operating state of the delivery hose.
- the cover layer which is designed according to the prior art as a strength carrier, serves to absorb the internal pressure, limits the elongation and thereby influences the bending radius of the delivery hose only insignificantly.
- the delivery hose according to the invention is provided at its two free ends with metallic connecting pieces, which are lined with a ceramic wear sleeve and non-positively and positively connected to the actual delivery hose. About these fittings the delivery hose according to the invention with commercially available couplings can be connected.
- the solution according to the invention has the advantage that the soft intermediate layer is protected by the closed ceramic rings, so that it wears less. In addition, longitudinal joints made of rubber are prevented, so that the abrasive grain has no direct attack possibility.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of an embodiment of the delivery hose according to the invention and FIG. 2 shows a detail from FIG. 1.
- Fig. 1 The illustrated in Fig. 1 embodiment of the delivery hose from an inner layer and a cover layer applied to this inner layer, wherein both layers are firmly connected to each other.
- the cover layer is designed as a strength carrier (3).
- the inner layer is composed of individual wear protection rings (1) and a thin rubber layer (2), wherein the wear protection rings (1) are made of ceramic material and are vulcanized together with the rubber layer.
- the rubber layer (2) has a high elongation between the individual ceramic
- Wear protection rings (1) so that a flexibility / flexibility of the delivery hose is ensured.
- the rubber layer (2) elastically dampens the impact of the conveyed solids in the intended operating state of the delivery hose relative to the individual ceramic wear protection rings (1).
- the strength member (3) serves to absorb the internal pressure, limits the elongation and thereby influences the bending radius of the delivery hose only insignificantly.
- the wear protection rings (1) are rounded or bevelled on one side of its outer peripheral edge.
- the delivery hose carries at its two free ends metallic connecting pieces (4), which are lined with a ceramic wear sleeve (5) and non-positively and positively connected to the actual delivery hose.
- the elastic intermediate layer [rubber layer (2)] between the wear protection rings (1) is designed to be particularly thin.
- Joint thickness of the intermediate layer between the wear protection rings (1) is a maximum of 1.5 mm and is in proportion to the strength of
- Intermediate layer can not be shaved or only very slightly by the transported media in the intended use of the delivery hose.
- a high flexibility of the delivery hose is achieved despite the small gap of the elastic intermediate layer in that the ceramic wear protection rings (1) have a special geometry ( Figures 1 and 2) and the elastic intermediate layer is vulcanized without using an adhesive.
- the elastic intermediate layer becomes wider in the intended use of the delivery hose at the points where the greatest elongation occurs. This will be stretch peaks reduced.
- the joint widening can be achieved by a chamfer, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 or other geometric shape.
- the ceramic wear protection rings (1) are additionally configured conically with an angle W (shown in Fig. 2: cut Z of Fig. 1), so that even with a bending of the delivery hose in the intended use of the delivery hose, the transported abrasive medium not on the Interlayer (Fugue) can meet.
