Abstract
Description
このような構成によれば、第1の接合線及び第2の接合線によって、清掃体の清掃体前端領域から清掃体後端側に向けて外側に凸の外側接合部が形成される。従って、外側接合部を基点として清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に向けて清掃体外方へと延在する繊維集合体の繊維長さないし繊維量が、第1の接合線に対応する領域においては、第2の接合線に対応する領域よりも長くないし多くなるように構成された清掃体が実現される。
このような構成によれば、外側接合部を基点として清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に向けて清掃体外方へと延在する繊維集合体の繊維長さないし繊維量が、第1の接合線に対応する領域及び第3の接合線に対応する領域においては、第2の接合線に対応する領域よりも長くないし多くなるように構成された清掃体が実現される。また本構成の場合には、第1の接合線、第2の接合線及び第3の接合線を含む接合部が、清掃体の清掃体前端領域から清掃体後端側に向けて外側に凸の緩やかな円弧ないし曲線を描き、清掃体全体が丸みを帯びた形状となる。清掃体のこのような形状によれば、清掃体全体が丸みを帯びることで使用者に対し清掃体の柔らかな印象を付与するとともに、清掃作業に適した形状や清掃し易い形状であることを情緒的にアピールすることができ、以って使用者の清掃意欲を駆り立てるのに有効となる。
このような構成によれば、清掃体の各分割清掃部において、外側接合部を基点として清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に向けて清掃体外方及び清掃体内方へと延在する繊維集合体の繊維長さないし繊維量を、外側接合部の複数の接合部分において異ならせることで、所望の清掃形態に適した清掃体の形状設定が可能となる。
図3及び図4に示すように、本実施の形態の第1接合部121及び第3接合部123が、分割清掃部124の長尺方向に長手状に延在する挿入孔115の左右を区画することによって、前述の接合部の第1の機能が達成される。
また、図3及び図4に示すように、本実施の形態では、単一の延在線として形成される第3接合部123のうち、接合線123a、接合線123b及び接合線123cを互いに段差状に配設する構成によって、前述の接合部の第2の機能が達成される。
なお、ここでいう第3接合部123は、清掃体110の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し挿入孔115の外側を区画する外側接合部であって、この第3接合部123が、本発明における「外側接合部」に相当する。また、この第3接合部123を構成する接合線123a~123cによって、本発明における「複数の接合部分」が構成され、接合線123a、接合線123b及び接合線123cがそれぞれ、本発明における「第3の接合線」、「第2の接合線」及び「第1の接合線」に相当する。
また、図3及び図4に示すように、本実施の形態では、第2接合部122が保持シート部112と清掃体シート部116の繊維集合体117の一部とを互いに接合する構成によって、前述の接合部の第3の機能が達成される。
基材シート113、保持シート114及び表面シート118に関しては、いずれも典型的には熱溶融性繊維(熱可塑性繊維)からなるシート状の不織布を使用することができる。従って、これら基材シート113及び保持シート114は、「不織布シート」とも称呼される。ここでいう基材シート113、保持シート114及び表面シート118が、本発明における「不織布シート」を構成している。この不織布は、機械的、化学的、熱的などの処理によって繊維を固着したり絡み合わせたりして作られるシート状の構成物であって、熱可塑性繊維を一部に含み融着(溶着)が可能な不織布とされ、複数の短冊片を有する形状の不織布として構成される。熱可塑性繊維(熱溶融繊維)としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等を使用することができる。
一方、繊維集合体117は、繊維による単一の繊維構造体や、繊維が長さ方向および/または径方向にそろった繊維構造体(撚糸、紡績糸、複数の長繊維が部分的に接続された糸材など)、ないし当該繊維構造体の集合体とされ、熱可塑性繊維を一部に含み融着(「溶着」ともいう)が可能な繊維集合体として構成される。この繊維集合体117を形成する繊維とは、糸、織物などの構成単位であり、太さに比して十分な長さを持つ、細くてたわみやすい形態のものとして規定され、典型的には長い連続状の繊維が長繊維(フィラメント)とされ、短い繊維が短繊維(ステープル)とされる。この繊維集合体117の繊維は、保持シート114及び表面シート118の短冊片114a及び118aと同様に、保持体142の延在方向と交差する方向に長尺状に延在する構成とされる。この繊維集合体117は、複数の繊維が束状に形成された「繊維束」とも称呼される。ここでいう繊維集合体117が、本発明における「繊維集合体」に相当する。
なお、本発明は上記の実施の形態のみに限定されるものではなく、種々の応用や変形が考えられる。例えば、上記実施の形態を応用した次の各形態を実施することもできる。
(態様1)
清掃対象の清掃に用いる清掃体であって、
当該清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に延在する複数の繊維によって形成された繊維集合体と、
不織布からなる複数の不織布シートが積層された不織布積層体と、
互いに重ねられた前記繊維集合体及び前記不織布積層体を、全体的に、または部分的に接合する接合部と、
当該清掃体の長尺方向に延在するとともに、前記複数の不織布シート及び前記接合部によって形成される清掃体ホルダのための被挿入領域とを有し、
前記接合部は、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し前記被挿入領域の外側を区画する外側接合部を有し、
前記外側接合部は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に沿って延在するとともに、当該清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向において、当該清掃体の長尺中央線の外方に配置されており、
前記外側接合部は、当該長尺方向と交差する方向に関し互いに離間した位置に配設された複数の接合部分を有することを特徴とする清掃体。

態様1に記載の清掃体であって、
前記外側接合部は、
清掃体ホルダ装着時に前記保持体の先端側が配設される清掃体前端領域にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第1の接合線と、
前記第1の接合線よりも清掃体後端側にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第2の接合線と、を有し、
前記第1の接合線は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に関し、前記長尺中央線に向かって前記第2の接合線よりも内側に配設されていることを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様3)
態様2に記載の清掃体であって、
前記外側接合部における複数の接合部分には、前記第2の接合線よりも清掃体後端側にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第3の接合線が含まれており、
当該第3の接合線は、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し、前記長尺中央線に向かって前記第2の接合線よりも内側に配設されていることを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様4)
態様3に記載の清掃体であって、
前記第1の接合線は、前記第1及び第2の接合線の双方に連接する接合線によって前記第2の接合線に接続され、前記第3の接合線は、前記第2及び第3の接合線の双方に連接する接合線によって前記第2の接合線に接続された構成であることを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様5)
態様1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の清掃体であって、
前記外側接合部長は、当該清掃体長の略60~100%、好ましくは80~100%であることを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様6)
態様1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の清掃体であって、
前記被挿入領域は、当該被挿入領域の第1の面の少なくとも一部を形成する一の不織布シートと、前記被挿入領域の第2の面の少なくとも一部を形成する他の不織布シートとを有し、
当該一および他の不織布シートは、前記被挿入領域の少なくとも外側部を形成するべく、前記接合部によって接合されていること特徴とする清掃体。
(態様7)
態様1から6までのいずれか一つに記載の清掃体であって、
前記外側接合部は、前記不織布積層体の全てのシートと、前記繊維集合体の少なくとも一部の繊維を接合することを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様8)
態様1から7までのいずれかに記載の清掃体であって、
当該清掃体の長尺方向に沿って、少なくとも部分的に互いに分割された複数の分割清掃部であって、当該複数の分割清掃部の間に一または複数の長尺状の空間部が形成されるように構成された分割清掃部を有し、
少なくとも一つの前記分割清掃部は、繊維集合体と、不織布積層体と、接合部と、被挿入領域を有することを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様9)
態様8に記載の清掃体であって、
前記分割清掃体は、長尺方向に延在するとともに、当該清掃体の長尺方向中央線に向かって配された内側部と、当該内側部に対向して、当該清掃体の長尺方向中央線から離間して配されつつ前記長尺方向に延在する外側部とを有し、
前記外側接合部は、前記被挿入領域の側部を形成し、
当該側部が、前記分割清掃体の長軸方向に延在するとともに、前記分割清掃体の外側部よりも内側部に近接して配置されることを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様10)
態様1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の清掃体であって、
当該清掃体は、前記長尺状の空間部によって分離された二つの分割清掃体を有し、
当該二つの分割清掃体は、それぞれ外側接合部を有することを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様11)
態様8から10までのいずれか一つに記載の清掃体であって、
前記分割清掃体に包含される一または複数のシートを有することを特徴とする清掃体。
(態様12)
態様1から11までのいずれか一つに記載の清掃体と、長尺状の清掃体ホルダとを有する清掃用具であって、
前記長尺状の清掃体ホルダは、把持部と、当該把持部から長尺状に延在する少なくとも一つの保持体とを有し、
当該長尺状の保持体は、その先端が前記把持部から離間する側の端部であり、当該保持体の先端が前記清掃体の分割清掃体の被挿入領域に挿入可能に構成されていることを特徴とする清掃用具。
(態様13)
態様12に記載の清掃用具であって、
前記長尺状の保持体は前記把持部から並行して複数延在することを特徴とする清掃用具。

- 清掃対象の清掃に用いられる清掃用具であって、
長尺状の清掃体ホルダと、
前記清掃体ホルダに装着される清掃体と、
を備え、
前記清掃体ホルダは、使用者によって把持される把持部と、前記把持部から長手状に延在する保持体を有し、
前記清掃体は、当該清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に延在する繊維を複数集合させた繊維集合体と、不織布からなる複数の不織布シートが積層された不織布積層体と、互いに重ねられた前記繊維集合体及び前記不織布積層体を接合する接合部と、前記複数の不織布シート及び前記接合部によって区画され前記保持体が挿入される被挿入領域とを有し、
前記接合部は、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し前記被挿入領域の外側を区画する外側接合部を有し、前記外側接合部は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に沿って延在しつつ、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し互いに離間した位置に配設された複数の接合部分を含む構成であることを特徴とする清掃用具。 - 請求項1に記載の清掃用具であって、
前記外側接合部の複数の接合部分は、清掃体ホルダ装着時に前記保持体の先端側が配設される清掃体前端領域にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第1の接合線と、前記第1の接合線よりも清掃体後端側にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第2の接合線とを含み、前記第1の接合線は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に関し前記第2の接合線よりも内側に配設された構成であることを特徴とする清掃用具。 - 請求項2に記載の清掃用具であって、
前記清掃体は、前記外側接合部の複数の接合部分が、前記第2の接合線よりも清掃体後端側にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第3の接合線とを含み、前記第3の接合線は、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し前記第2の接合線よりも内側に配設された構成であることを特徴とする清掃用具。 - 請求項3に記載の清掃用具であって、
前記第1の接合線は、前記第1及び第2の接合線の双方に連接する接合線によって前記第2の接合線に接続され、前記第3の接合線は、前記第2及び第3の接合線の双方に連接する接合線によって前記第2の接合線に接続された構成であることを特徴とする清掃用具。 - 請求項1~4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の清掃用具であって、
前記清掃体ホルダは、前記保持体の複数が前記把持部からそれぞれ並行して長手状に延在する構成とされ、
前記清掃体は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に延在して前記清掃対象の挿入を許容する空間部を備え、前記空間部によって複数の分割清掃部に分割され、各分割清掃部に前記接合部及び前記被挿入領域が設けられた構成であることを特徴とする清掃用具。 - 清掃対象の清掃に用いる清掃体であって、
当該清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に延在する繊維を複数集合させた繊維集合体と、不織布からなる複数の不織布シートが積層された不織布積層体と、互いに重ねられた前記繊維集合体及び前記不織布積層体を接合する接合部と、前記複数の不織布シート及び前記接合部によって区画され清掃体ホルダの保持体が挿入される被挿入領域とを有し、
前記接合部は、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し前記被挿入領域の外側を区画する外側接合部を有し、前記外側接合部は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に沿って延在しつつ、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し互いに離間した位置に配設された複数の接合部分を含む構成であることを特徴とする清掃体。 - 請求項6に記載の清掃体であって、
前記外側接合部の複数の接合部分は、清掃体ホルダ装着時に前記保持体の先端側が配設される清掃体前端領域にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第1の接合線と、前記第1の接合線よりも清掃体後端側にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第2の接合線とを含み、前記第1の接合線は、前記清掃体の長尺方向に関し前記第2の接合線よりも内側に配設された構成であることを特徴とする清掃体。 - 請求項7に記載の清掃体であって、
前記外側接合部の複数の接合部分は、前記第2の接合線よりも清掃体後端側にて前記清掃体の長尺方向に直線状に延在する第3の接合線を含み、前記第3の接合線は、前記清掃体の長尺方向と交差する方向に関し前記第2の接合線よりも内側に配設された構成であることを特徴とする清掃体。 - 請求項8に記載の清掃体であって、
前記第1の接合線は、前記第1及び第2の接合線の双方に連接する接合線によって前記第2の接合線に接続され、前記第3の接合線は、前記第2及び第3の接合線の双方に連接する接合線によって前記第2の接合線に接続された構成であることを特徴とする清掃体。 - 請求項6~9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の清掃体であって、
前記清掃体の長尺方向に延在して前記清掃対象の挿入を許容する空間部を備え、前記空間部によって複数の分割清掃部に分割されるとともに、各分割清掃部に前記接合部及び前記被挿入領域が設けられた構成であることを特徴とする清掃体。
