Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße Verdichtersystem für eine Prozessgasanlage mit Wärmerückeinspeisung weist einen Verdichter zum Verdichten von feuchtem Prozessgas, der mindestens eine Verdichterstufe aufweist, und eine Prozessgaskühlereinheit auf, die zum Kühlen des Prozessgases stromab der Verdichterstufe geschaltet ist und mindestens einen ersten und einen zweiten mit einem Kühlmedium betriebenen Prozessgaskühler aufweist, wobei die Prozessgaskühler jeweils einen individuellen, mit dem Prozessgas beaufschlagten Prozessgaskühlermantel mit einem darin untergebrachten, mit dem Kühlmedium beaufschlagten Prozessgaskühlerbündel aufweisen, prozessgasseitig unmittelbar hintereinander geschaltet sowie derart ausgelegt und mit dem Kühlmedium betreibbar sind, dass von dem prozessgasseitig stromauf angeordneten Prozessgaskühler von dem Prozessgas ein vorherbestimmter Wärmestrom abführbar ist, wodurch der thermodynamische Zustand des Prozessgases zwischen den Prozessgaskühlern im Bereich der Taupunktlinie angesiedelt ist, und mittels des prozessgasseitig stromab angeordneten Prozessgaskühlers das Prozessgas auf eine vorherbestimmte Temperatur kühlbar ist. Unter der Taupunktlinie ist die Linie in einem Druck-Enthalpie-Diagramm für das Prozessgas zu verstehen, die die thermodynamischen Zustände des Prozessgases markiert, bei denen in dem Prozessgas die Feuchtigkeit ausfällt.
