Description

모발 염색용 브러시
본 발명은 모발 염색용 브러시에 관한 것으로, 특히 브러시의 몸체 내부에 손잡이의 회전동작에 연동하는 회전으로 염색약을 양측으로 압착하여 분출공으로 분출시키는 스크레이퍼를 구비하여 염색시 손잡이의 회전량으로 염색약의 분출량을 조절할 수 있도록 함으로써, 빗질과 동시에 모발 염색을 신속하고 간편하게 이루도록 하는 모발 염색용 브러시에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 모발 염색은 검은 모발 사이에 드문드문 섞여서 난 흰 모발(새치)이나, 백모(白毛)를 감추기 위해 갈색이나, 검은색으로 물들이거나, 또는 자신의 개성을 나타내기 위해 보라색, 붉은색, 노랑색 등으로 모발을 물들이기 위해 행한다.
이러한 모발 염색제는 통상 2개의 용기로 구분되어 두 용기에 들어 있는 물질을 혼합하는 방식으로 사용하게 되는데, 제 1 용기에는 무색의 1차 화합물과 2차 화합물(짝지음제) 즉 염색제가 섞여 있고 제 2 용기에는 산화제인 과산화수소가 들어 있다. 제 1 용기에 들어있는 1차 화합물과 제 2 용기에 들어있는 산화제가 모발 내에서 반응하여 산화물을 형성하고 형성된 산화물이 2차 화합물과 반응하여 색깔을 띠는 큰 염료 분자를 형성하게 되는데, 상기 반응을 통해 형성된 염료 분자는 모발 밖으로 배출되기 어려워, 머리를 여러 번 감아도 씻겨 나오지 않게 된다.
이러한 염색약으로 모발을 염색하기 위해서는 염색용 브러시와 옷이나 피부 및 주위에 염색약이 묻지 않게 하기 위한 보호구를 준비하여야 하고, 또 별도의 용기에 염색제와 산화제를 각각 일정량을 담아 휘저어 혼합한 후, 상기 염색용 브러시에 묻혀 모발에 골고루 바르거나, 또는 브러시 몸체 내에 염색제와 산화제를 수용시켜 버튼의 누름동작에 의해 염색약이 혼합 분출되도록 하는 에어졸 타입의 염색용 브러시를 주로 사용하고 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래의 염색용 브러시는 염색약을 염색하기 좋은 적당한 양으로 원활하게 분출될 수 있도록 조절하기 어렵기 때문에, 염색작업시 한곳으로 과도하게 염색약이 도포되어 균형 있는 염색이 이루어지지 않게 되고, 또 빗질에 의해 과도하게 뭉쳐진 염색약이 바닥이나 다른 곳으로 떨어지는 경우가 많아 염색약의 낭비와 함께 모발 이외의 피부, 옷 등에 묻어 오염을 발생시키는 문제점이 있었다.

이에 본 발명은 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 염색약의 혼합이 용이하고 분출되는 양의 조절이 용이하며, 모발의 빗질과 동시에 피부나 주변의 오염없이 간편하고 신속하게 염색이 가능한 모발 염색용 브러시를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 빗살을 긴것과 짧은 것으로 이중 형성하여 긴 빗살은 두피와 염색약이 배출구와 거리를 두고 짧은 빗살은 두발에 염색약을 도포하는 역할을 하도록 함으로써 염색시 두피에 염색약이 최대한 접촉되지 않도록 함으로써 두피 트러블을 최소한으로 방지할 수 있는 모발 염색용 브러시를 제공하는 것이다.

상기 스크레이퍼는 상기 손잡이의 회전 동작에 연동하도록 결합되고, 상기 손잡이의 회전량에 따라 상기 염색약의 분출량을 조절가능하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 손잡이의 결합부에는 손잡이의 회전량을 단계별로 표시하기 위한 눈금이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명은 브러시 몸체 내부에 충전된 염색약을 손잡이의 회전에 연동하는 스크레이퍼를 통해 브러시의 빗살 사이로 적절한 량으로 분출되도록 조절함으로써, 염색약의 낭비를 방지하고, 모발의 빗질만으로 피부나 주변의 오염없이 간편하고 신속하게 염색을 이룰 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 모발의 빗질만으로 염색을 이룰 수 있기 때문에 혼자서도 용이하게 염색을 할 수 있고, 특히 빗살의 길이를 긴것과 짧은 것으로 이중 형성하여 염색약이 두피에 직접 닿지 않도록 함으로써, 보다 안전한 염색이 가능한 효과를 도모할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 모발 염색용 브러시의 개략적인 분해 상태를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 모발 염색용 브러시의 개략적인 분해 상태를 다른 각도에서 도시한 도면이다.

이하, 본 발명에 따른 모발 염색용 브러시의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 보다 구체적으로 설명한다.
여기서, 하기의 모든 도면에서 동일한 기능을 갖는 구성요소는 동일한 참조부호를 사용하여 반복적인 설명은 생략하며, 아울러, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 것으로서, 이것은 고유의 통용되는 의미로 해석되어야 함을 명시한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 모발 염색용 브러시의 개략적인 분해 상태를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 모발 염색용 브러시의 개략적인 분해 상태를 다른 각도에서 도시한 도면이며, 도 3은 도 1의 결합 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다. 또, 도 4는 도 3의 요부를 일부 단면처리하여 염색약의 분출 상태를 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 모발 염색용 브러시의 사용 상태도이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 모발 염색용 브러시 내에 충전된 염색약이 스크레이퍼에 의해 분출되는 순서를 단면으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명은 몸체(110)와 스크레이퍼(120) 및 손잡이(130)로 대별되어 이루어진다.
상기 몸체(110)는 외면으로 모발을 빗어내리기 위한 다수의 빗살(111)이 상호 적당한 간격을 이루도록 형성되고, 상기 빗살(111)이 형성된 사이면에는 내부로 충전된 모발 염색약이 원활하게 분출되도록 다수의 염색약 분출공(110a)이 형성된 반원통형의 제 1 몸체(112)와 제 2 몸체(113)로 형성된다.
또, 상기 제 1 몸체(112)와 제 2 몸체(113)의 내주면에는 상기 스크레이퍼(120)의 일정한 회전각 이상의 회전을 방지하기 위한 멈춤돌기(110b),(110c)가 형성되고, 상기 멈춤돌기(110b),(110c)는 상기 제 1 몸체(112)와 제 2 몸체(113)의 결합시 상호 대향하여 위치하게 된다.
상기 몸체(110)의 일단부로는 상기 제 1 몸체(112)와 제 2 몸체(113)의 결합후 일단을 막기 위한 덮개(114)가 형성된다.
이와 같이, 상기 몸체(110)는 제 1 몸체(112)와 제 2 몸체(113)로 상호 신속하게 분해 및 조립이 가능한 구조로 되어 있기 때문에, 염색후 세척 관리를 용이하게 한다. 또한 상기 제 1 몸체(112)의 단부에는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 직사각형 형상의 홈(116)이 형성되어 있으며, 이 홈(116)은 도 7에 도시된 염색약 혼합부재(200)의 사용 후 그 선단에 부착된 염색약을 제거하는데 사용된다. 한편, 본 발명의 실시예에서는 상기 제 1 몸체(112)에 홈을 형성하였으나, 제 2 몸체(113)에 형성하거나 두 몸체에 하나 이상 형성할 수도 있다.
그리고, 상기 몸체(110)는 반원통형을 결합한 원통형으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하나, 이에 한정하지 않고 하나의 원통형으로 형성되거나 다른 다양한 형태로 형성될 수도 있다.
또, 상기 빗살(111)은 긴 빗살(111a)과 짧은 빗살(111b)이 혼합되어 이중으로 형성된다. 예컨대, 상기 긴 빗살(111a)의 사이에 복수의 짧은 빗살(111b)이 형성되거나, 짧은 빗살(111b)과 긴 빗살(111a)이 교호로 혼합 형성될 수도 있다.
이와 같이 형성된 상기 빗살(111) 구조는, 긴 빗살(111a)이 두피에 접촉 지지하고, 짧은 빗살(111b)은 두피와 이격된 상태를 이루면서 상기 염색약 분출공(110a)을 통해 적정한 양으로 분출되는 염색약을 모발에 고르게 도포할 수 있도록 빗질 하는데 사용된다.
즉, 빗질 동작시 상기 긴 빗살(111a)은 모발을 가지런히 함과 동시에 두피와 접촉 지지하게 되고, 상기 짧은 빗살(111b)은 염색약 분출공(110a)을 통해 분출되어 모발에 묻혀진 염색약을 두피와 이격된 상태에서 균일하게 도포할 수 있게 되므로 염색약이 두피에 직접 닿지 않게 하면서 염색을 이룰 수 있게 된다.
상기 스크레이퍼(120)는 상기 몸체(110)의 내부에서 일정한 회전각으로 회전하도록 결합되고, 동일 축상에 각각의 중심축(121a),(122a)을 갖는 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 이동 스크레이퍼(122)가 형성되고, 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 이동 스크레이퍼(122)의 일단부로는 받침부(115)가 형성된다.
상기 받침부(115)는 상기 스크레이퍼(120)와 함께 몸체(110)에 결합된 후, 몸체(110)의 하단부를 막는 받침역할을 하여 염색약의 유출을 방지한다.
또, 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 이동 스크레이퍼(122)는 상기 중심축(121a),(122a)을 기준으로 상호 X자 형태를 이루도록 결합 형성된다.
이에 따라, 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)는 중심축(121a)과 함께 회전동작하여 상기 몸체(110)의 내부에 형성된 멈춤돌기(110b),(110c)에 지지되어 회전이 방지되고, 상기 이동 스크레이퍼(122)는 중심축(122a)을 기준으로 양쪽으로 회전하면서 몸체(110) 내에 충전된 염색약을 회전량에 따라 상기 염색약 분출공(110a)으로 분출시키게 된다.
여기서, 상기 이동 스크레이퍼(122)가 고정 스크레이퍼(121)에 맞닿을 때 까지 완전히 회전하게 되면 염색약은 상기 염색약 분출공(110a)으로 모두 남김없이 배출되게 되고 이동 스크레이퍼(122)의 회전은 방지된다.
즉, 상기 이동 스크레이퍼(122)와 고정 스크레이퍼(121)는 가위 형태의 압착 회전 동작을 이루도록 형성된다.
또한, 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 이동 스크레이퍼(122)는 상기 몸체(110)의 내부에 충전된 염색약을 용이하게 회전압착하여 염색약 분출공(110a)으로 배출시킬 수 있도록 상기 몸체(110)의 내부직경과 거의 동일하거나, 약간 작은 지름을 갖도록 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 이동 스크레이퍼(122)는 마찰력에 강한 소재로 형성되는 것이 바람직하나, 염색약의 분출을 용이하게 이루고 내구성이 좋은 다양한 소재를 이용할 수도 있다.
그리고, 상기 이동 스크레이퍼(122)의 중심축(122a) 하단 내측에는 상기 손잡이(130)의 결합부(131)에 형성된 결합돌기(132)와 결합을 위한 결합홈(122b)이 형성된다.
이러한 구성의 스크레이퍼(120)는 상기 몸체(110) 내에 수용되어 상기 손잡이(130)의 회전에 연동하게 된다.
이때, 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)는 상기 몸체(110)의 내주면에 상호 대향하도록 형성된 멈춤돌기(110b),(110c)에 지지되고, 상기 이동 스크레이퍼(122)는 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 접촉할 때까지 상기 손잡이(130)의 단계별 회전동작에 연동하여 회전하면서 몸체(110) 내부에 충전된 염색약을 모발 이외에는 묻지 않도록 적당한 양으로 조금씩 분출시켜 최후에는 남김없이 분출시키게 된다. 따라서, 염색약의 낭비를 방지할 수 있게 된다.
상기 손잡이(130)는, 그 일단부에 상기 몸체(110) 및 스크레이퍼(120)의 하단부와 대응되는 위치에 개략적으로 링 형상으로 만들어진 결합부(131)를 형성하여 상기 몸체(110)와 스크레이퍼(120)와 결합하게 된다.
그리고, 상기 스크레이퍼(120)의 고정 스크레이퍼(121)는 상기 몸체(110) 내부에 멈춤돌기(110b),(110c)에 의해 고정지지되고, 이동 스크레이퍼(122)는 몸체(110) 내에서 회전되도록 결합됨으로써 스크레이퍼(120)의 회전에 의한 내압이 한쪽으로 집중되도록 하여 염색약을 분출시키는 역할을 수행한다.
상기 결합부(131)의 중앙부로는 상기 고정 스크레이퍼(121) 및 이동 스크레이퍼(122)로 형성된 스크레이퍼(120)와 결합을 위한 결합돌기(132)가 형성되고, 양측 가장자리 부분으로는 상기 몸체(110)의 일단부측과 결합을 위한 결합홈(131b)이 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 결합부(131)의 외주면에는 상기 손잡이(130)의 회전량 표시를 위한 눈금(131a)이 형성되고, 상기 눈금(131a)과 접하는 손잡이(130)의 외주면 일측에는 상기 눈금(131a)을 가리키는 눈금지시부(130a)가 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 손잡이(130)의 재질은 완충력과 탄성력을 구비한 합성수지 또는 나무 등을 사용하는 것이 바람직하나, 이외 다양한 소재를 이용할 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 염색용 브러시의 사용 과정을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 본 발명에 따른 염색용 브러시(100)의 몸체(110) 중, 덮개(114)와 제 1 몸체(112) 및 제 2 몸체(113)을 조립하여, 내부에 수용부를 형성하고 상기 수용부에 염색제와 산화제를 넣고 혼합한다. 이때 염색제와 산화제의 혼합에는 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 길이방향으로 길게 연장하는 막대형태의 혼합부재(200)를 사용하여 혼합한다. 혼합이 완료된 후에는 혼합부재(200)의 선단에 부착되어 있는 염색재와 산화제의 혼합물은 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 상기 제 1 몸체(112)에 형성되어 있는 홈(116)을 통해 제거한다.
이어서, 동일 축상으로 형성되는 고정 스크레이퍼(121)와 이동 스크레이퍼(122)의 일단부로 받침부(115)가 형성된 상기 스크레이퍼(120)의 결합홈(122b)에 상기 손잡이(130)의 결합부(131)에 결합된 결합돌기(132)를 삽입하여 상기 몸체(110)의 내부로 삽입한 후, 견고하게 조립한다.
이후, 염색약을 분출시키고자 하는 양만큼 상기 손잡이(130)를 회전시켜 눈금지시부(130a)가 단계별로 형성된 눈금(131a)의 하나에 맞추면 이에 연동하여 상기 스크레이퍼(120)의 이동 스크레이퍼(122)가 손잡이(130)이의 회전량에 연동하여 일정한 각도 만큼 회전하게 되면서 몸체(110)의 내부에 충전된 염색약을 압출하게 되므로 염색약은 압착된 양만큼 분출공(110a)을 통해 분출되게 된다.
그리고, 염색약이 빗살(111)의 사이면에 형성된 분출공(110a)으로 분출된 후, 본 발명의 모발 염색용 브러시(100)를 들어 모발을 고르게 빗어 주면 염색이 이루어지게 된다.
이때, 상기 빗살(111)의 긴 빗살(111a)은 두피에 접촉 지지하게 되고, 짧은 빗살(111b)은 두피와 이격된 상태를 이루면서 상기 염색약 분출공(110a)을 통해 적정한 양으로 분출되므로, 용이한 빗질만으로 두피나 다른 피부 및 주변에 오염없이 염색약을 모발에 고르게 도포할 수 있게 된다.
즉, 상기 긴 빗살(111a)은 두피에 닿도록 하여 앞에서 뒤로 이동시키면 두피에 지지되어 모발을 가지런하게 정리함과 동시에 상기 짧은 빗살(111b)과 동일한 높이 정도까지만 염색약을 모발에 고르게 도포시키게 되고, 상기 짧은 빗살(111b)은 모발이 엉키지 않게 쓰다듬듯이 지나가게 되어 자연스럽게 고른 빗질이 이루어지면서 모발에 보다 균일하게 염색약을 도포시킬 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자는 상기와 같은 빗질을 지속적으로 반복함으로써 염색약을 두피에 직접 닿지 않게 하면서 전체 모발에 고르고 자연스럽게 도포시킬 수 있어 보다 안전한 염색을 이룰 수 있게 된다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 전술한 실시 예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러 가지로 치환, 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예로의 변경이 가능함은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 명백할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 모발 염색용 브러시로서,
    외주로는 모발을 빗는 빗살이 형성되고, 상기 빗살 사이에는 내부로 충전된 모발 염색약의 배출을 위한 하나 이상의 염색약 분출공이 형성된 몸체와;
    상기 몸체 내에서 회전동작하도록 수용되어, 충전된 모발 염색약을 압착되도록 밀어 상기 염색약 분출공으로 염색약을 분출시키는 스크레이퍼와;
    상기 스크레이퍼 및 몸체와의 결합을 위한 결합부를 일단에 형성하고 상기 스크레이퍼를 회전시키는 손잡이;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 염색용 브러시.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 빗살은 짧은 길이의 빗살과 긴 길이의 빗살로 혼합된 이중구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 염색용 브러시.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼는 고정 스크레이퍼와 이동 스크레이퍼로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 염색용 브러시.
  4. 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼는 상기 손잡이의 회전 동작에 연동하도록 결합되고, 상기 손잡이의 회전량에 따라 상기 염색약의 분출량을 조절가능하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 염색용 브러시.
  5. 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 손잡이의 결합부에는 손잡이의 회전량을 단계별로 표시하기 위한 눈금이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모발 염색용 브러시.
