Abstract

본 발명은 철도차량, 자동차와 같은 운송수단이 주행하는 도로 또는 레일 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 레일부의 일측은 높고 다른 일측은 낮게 높낮이를 조절하여 경사를 갖도록 함으로써, 운송수단이 석유나 전기와 같은 외부 에너지를 사용하지 않고 경사진 레일부를 중력에 의한 자유낙하의 원리로 주행할 수 있도록 하는 경사도 조절기능을 갖는 레일 시스템에 관한 것이다. 구성은 자동차, 열차와 같은 운송수단이 엔진없이 중력에 의해 자유낙하와 가속력으로 주행이 가능하도록 높낮이 조절이 가능하도록 형성되는 레일부와; 상기 레일부의 저면으로 형성되어 가압력에 연동하여 높낮이 조절을 이루도록 탄성동작하는 레일 탄성 지지부와; 상기 레일 탄성 지지부에 가압력을 부여하거나 부여된 가압력을 회수하도록 상기 레일부의 주변으로 형성되는 가압장치; 를 포함하여 이루어진다.
