Abstract

본 발명은 염료감응 태양전지 흡착 염료용액의 모니터링 장치 및 염료 용액의 조절 장치에 관한 것으로, 염료감응 태양전지 흡착 염료용액의 모니터링 장치에 있어서, 염료감응 태양전지 흡착 염료용액의 흡광도를 측정하는 흡광장치; 및, 염료감응 태양전지 흡착 염료용액의 pH를 측정하는 pH측정 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지 흡착 염료용액의 모니터링 장치 및 상기 모니터링 장치에 추가하여 고농도의 염료 추가장치 및, pH조절을 위하여 산 또는 염기 추가장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료감응 태양전지 흡착 염료용액의 조절 장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 통하여 염료감응 태양전지 제조에 있어서, 염료 흡착공정을 실시간으로 최적화하여 고품질의 태양전지를 높은 생산성으로 제작할 수 있고, 고가의 염료를 최대한 활용하고 그 폐기량을 최소화함으로써 원가를 절감하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
