Abstract

실속(stall)과 서지(surge)를 억제할 수 있는 가변 디퓨저 시스템을 구비한 기체 압축기를 제공한다. 기체 압축기는, i) 회전축에 고정되며, 날개면과 에지면을 포함하는 복수의 블레이드를 외주면에 구비하는 임펠러와, ii) 날개면을 둘러싸는 쉬라우드와, iii) 임펠러의 출구와 연결된 디퓨저 통로에 설치되며, 회전축과 나란한 방향을 따라 이동하여 디퓨저 통로를 개폐시키는 링 밸브와, iv) 디퓨저 통로 중 링 밸브의 외측에서 디퓨저 통로의 원주 방향을 따라 설치되는 복수의 베인과, v) 링 밸브 및 복수의 베인과 결합되어 링 밸브의 이동과 복수의 베인의 회전각을 순차적으로 제어하는 액츄에이터를 포함한다.
