Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 전원 공급 어셈블리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 바이메탈체가 고정되는 자동차의 시거 잭에 설치되어 자동차용 액세서리에 전원을 공급하는 자동차용 전원 장치에 있어서, 상기 시거 잭의 내주면과 접촉하는 음극 접점부가 형성되어 음극 전류를 공급하는 음극 단자부; 상기 시거 잭에 구비된 바이메탈체와 접촉하는 양극 접점부가 형성되어 양극 전류를 공급하는 양극 단자부; 외주면에 상기 음극 단자부가 고정되고, 내주에 상기 양극 단자부가 슬라이딩되게 구비되며, 이 양극 단자부와 연결되는 퓨즈가 구비된 몸체부; 및 상기 양극 단자부의 외주면을 감싸도록 상기 몸체부의 내주면에 구비되어 탄성력에 의해 상기 양극 단자부를 복원시키는 탄성부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전원 공급장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 바이메탈체에 의해 양극의 전류를 공급받을 수 있도록 바이메탈체와 접촉 면적을 극대화하고, 바이메탈체를 고정시키는 고정볼트와 소정 간격 이격되게 구비되는 양극 단자부를 형성함으로써, 고정볼트의 부식을 방지함과 동시에 전류 공급이 원활하게 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
