Abstract

본 발명의 치과용 임플란트는 골구조에 식립 후 바로 저작기능을 할 수 있으며 2차 수술이 필요 없으며 얇고 짧은 치조골에도 효과적으로 적용이 가능하도록 고안된 임플란트로서, 상기 임플란트는 골 구조에 삽입되는 바디부와 상기 바디부의 상부에 일체로 형성되는 결속부로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 바디부는 가늘고 짧은 코어부와 상기 코어의 외면을 따라 넓고 깊은 나사 모양으로 형성된 나사 블레이드를 포함하며, 나사블레이드에는 나사 블레이드 주변을 상하로 관통하며 골성장인자를 포함할 수 있는 복수개의 홀 또는 홈으로 형성되어 있는 연계부가 있고, 바디부의 최상부인 근단부(proximal portion)의 외경은 상기 바디부의 최대 직경보다 작으며, 상기 결속부는 골조직을 보호하는 잇몸부착부와 어버트먼트 또는 보철물이 연결되는 포스트부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
