技术领域
  本发明涉及一种固体万能胶浆料,本发明还涉及一种固体万能胶浆料的制备方法。
背景技术
  目前,国内外装饰装修业普通使用的胶粘剂是传统的溶剂型和水基型万能胶,而溶剂型万能胶主要有两种,一种是SBS万能胶,另一种是氯丁万能胶,虽然SBS万能胶与氯丁万能胶相比具有:环保、价廉、固含高、涂刷面积大、开发时间长、易施工等优点,但其与氯丁万能胶一样存在许多不足,如:1、制作时浪费大量的溶剂,一般含有64%~77%的溶剂,施工干燥时,这些溶剂都没被回收而是直接排放到大气中,这样既损耗了能源又造成了环境污染; 2、运输时需要铁桶进行包装,使得运输和存储极为麻烦;3、铁桶的使用不但增加了产品的成本,而且废弃铁桶还带来的环境污染,所以开发一种结构简单,使用方便的固体万能胶浆料已经提上了人们的研究日程。
发明内容
  为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种使用效果好的固体万能胶浆料。
  本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种生产上述固体万能胶浆料的方法。
  本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
  一种固体万能胶浆料,其由下述质量组成份数的原材料制成:环保溶剂:55~65份,氧化改性SBS:15~20份,萜烯树脂:5~10份,石油树脂:2~5份,松香:3~6份,填料:1~2份,防冻剂:1~3份,增塑剂:2~5份。
一种生产权利上述的固体万能胶浆料的方法,其步骤如下:
1):按比例称取各种原料;
2):在环保溶剂内加入氧化改性SBS、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、松香、填料、防冻剂、增塑剂后搅拌3~5小时直到完全溶解;
3):采用环保溶剂将步骤2)得出的溶液在30°温度下将粘度控制在300~500cps之间;
4):采用80~100目的滤网对步骤3)得出的溶液进行过滤。
  本发明的有益效果是:通过本工艺制作出来的固体万能胶浆料,具有环保、使用方便、使用效果好的特点,从而广泛用于固体万能胶的制作上。
具体实施方式
  一种固体万能胶浆料,其由下述质量组成份数的原材料制成:环保溶剂:55~65份,氧化改性SBS:15~20份,萜烯树脂:5~10份,石油树脂:2~5份,松香:3~6份,填料:1~2份,防冻剂:1~3份,增塑剂:2~5份。
  该固体万能胶浆料的最佳重量组成份数为:所述环保溶剂:60份,氧化改性SBS:17份,萜烯树脂:8份,石油树脂:3份,松香:5份,填料:1份,防冻剂:2份,增塑剂:3份。
一种生产权利上述的固体万能胶浆料的方法,其步骤如下:
1):按比例称取各种原料;
2):在环保溶剂内加入氧化改性SBS、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、松香、填料、防冻剂、增塑剂后搅拌3~5小时直到完全溶解;
3):采用环保溶剂将步骤2)得出的溶液在30°温度下将粘度控制在300~500cps之间;
4):采用80~100目的滤网对步骤3)得出的溶液进行过滤。
  通过本工艺制作出来的固体万能胶浆料,具有环保、使用方便、使用效果好的特点,从而广泛用于固体万能胶的制作上。

  1. 一种固体万能胶浆料,其特征在于:由下述质量组成份数的原材料制成:环保溶剂:55~65份,氧化改性SBS:15~20份,萜烯树脂:5~10份,石油树脂:2~5份,松香:3~6份,填料:1~2份,防冻剂:1~3份,增塑剂:2~5份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种固体万能胶浆料,其特征在于:所述环保溶剂:60份,氧化改性SBS:17份,萜烯树脂:8份,石油树脂:3份,松香:5份,填料:1份,防冻剂:2份,增塑剂:3份。
  3. 一种生产权利要求1或2所述的固体万能胶浆料的方法,其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:
    1):按比例称取各种原料;
    2):在环保溶剂内加入氧化改性SBS、萜烯树脂、石油树脂、松香、填料、防冻剂、增塑剂后搅拌3~5小时直到完全溶解;
    3):采用环保溶剂将步骤2)得出的溶液在30°温度下将粘度控制在300~500cps之间;
    4):采用80~100目的滤网对步骤3)得出的溶液进行过滤。
