Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine, umfassend eine, in einem Gehäuse (1; 1`; 1``) rotierbar gelagerte Antriebswelle (5), welche bei Rotation über mindestens ein Antriebselement (4) mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente (3a, 3b) in Bewegung versetzt, wobei durch die Bewegung der mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente (3a, 3b) in jeweils zugeordneten Druckräumen (6a, 6b) Kraftstoff ansaugbar, auf Hochdruck verdichtbar und in eine Hochdruckleitung (9; 9`; 9``) förderbar ist, welche zugleich einen Hochdruckspeicher ausbildet und mit Anschlüssen (10a, 10b; 10a-I0c; 10a-I0d) zur Entnahme des Kraftstoffs in Verbindung steht, wobei ferner die mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente (3a, 3b) in einer Ebene um die Antriebswelle (5) herum platziert und in jeweils einem, auf dem Gehäuse (1; 1`; 1`` ) aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderkopf (2a, 2b) geführt angeordnet sind, wobei die Hochdruckleitung (9; 9`; 9``) zur Verbindung der jeweils zugeordneten Druckräume (6a, 6b) durch die Pumpenzylinderköpfe (2a, 2b) und das Gehäuse (1; 1`; 1``) verläuft.
Description
Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe mit integriertem Hochdruckspeicher
Beschreibung
Stand der Technik
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine, umfassend eine, in einem Gehäuse rotierbar gelagerte Antriebswelle, welche bei Rotation über mindestens ein Antriebselement mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente in Bewegung versetzt, wobei durch die Bewegung der mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente in jeweils zugeordneten Druckräumen Kraftstoff ansaugbar, auf Hochdruck verdichtbar und in eine
Hochdruckleitung förderbar ist, welche zugleich einen Hochdruckspeicher ausbildet und mit Anschlüssen zur Entnahme des Kraftstoffs in Verbindung steht.
Aus der DE 101 15 859 Al ist eine derartige
Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe bekannt, bei welcher über eine, in einem Gehäuse rotierbar gelagerte Antriebswelle zwei, in axialer Richtung entlang der Antriebswelle angeordnete Pumpenelemente jeweils über, auf der Antriebswelle vorgesehene Antriebselemente betreibbar sind. Dabei sind die Pumpenelemente in einem gemeinsamen Pumpenzylinderkopf verschiebbar geführt, der auf dem Gehäuse aufgesetzt ist. Eine rotatorische Bewegung der Antriebswelle wird über die Antriebselemente jeweils in translatorische Auf- und Abwärtsbewegungen der Pumpenelemente umgesetzt, wobei in jeweils oberhalb der Pumpenelemente vorgesehenen und im Pumpenzylinderkopf platzierten Druckräumen bei einer Abwärtsbewegung des jeweiligen Pumpenelements Kraftstoff angesaugt und bei der darauffolgenden Aufwärtsbewegung auf Hochdruck verdichtet wird. Hierbei sind die Antriebselemente derart auf der Antriebswelle angeordnet, dass
stets alternierend eine Kraftstoffhochdruckerzeugung durch die beiden Pumpenelemente stattfindet. Der unter Hochdruck stehende Kraftstoff wird ausgehend von den Druckräumen in eine gemeinsame, im Pumpenzylinderkopf verlaufende Hochdruckleitung gefördert, die zur Speicherung des Kraftstoffs dient und aus welcher über Anschlüsse der Kraftstoff entnehmbar ist.
Allerdings zeichnet sich eine derartige Ausführung einer Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe aufgrund der Platzierung der Pumpenelemente entlang der Antriebswelle, sowie der Anordnung der Hochdruckleitung durch einen großen axialen Bauraumbedarf aus. Je nach herrschenden Bauraumbedingungen im Bereich der Brennkraftmaschine führt dies jedoch zu Platzproblemen.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe mit einem integrierten Hochdruckspeicher zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche sich durch einen geringen Platzbedarf in axialer Richtung auszeichnet.
Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend vom Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 in Verbindung mit dessen kennzeichnenden Merkmalen gelöst. Die darauf folgenden, abhängigen Ansprüche geben jeweils vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung wieder.
Die Erfindung umfasst die technische Lehre, dass mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente in einer Ebene um die Antriebswelle herum platziert und in jeweils einem, auf dem Gehäuse aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderkopf geführt angeordnet sind, wobei die Hochdruckleitung zur Verbindung der jeweiligen Druckräume der Pumpenelemente durch die Pumpenzylinderköpfe und das Gehäuse verläuft .
Vorteile der Erfindung
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung der Pumpenelemente und der Hochdruckleitung wird es möglich, die Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe sehr kompakt in axialer auszubilden. Zudem kann durch die Platzierung der Hochdruckleitung und der damit definierten Länge ein ausreichendes Speichervolumen gebildet werden.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Anschlüsse zur Entnahme des unter Hochdruck stehenden Kraftstoffs an den jeweiligen Pumpenzylinderköpfen und/oder dem Gehäuse vorgesehen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die Anschlüsse entsprechend der Anzahl an zu versorgenden Kraftstoffinjektoren und je nach vorherrschenden Platzverhältnissen sehr flexibel entlang der Hochdruckleitung platziert werden können.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung steht die Hochdruckleitung mit einem Drucksensor in Verbindung, der in das Gehäuse integriert ist. Auf diese Art und Weise kann der herrschende Kraftstoffdruck in der Hochdruckleitung zuverlässig und platzsparend überwacht werden.
Entsprechend einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die Anschlüsse jeweils Drosselstellen auf. Durch diese Maßnahme kann die Hochdruckleitung vor der Einwirkung von Druckwellen aus den Zuführleitungen der Kraftstoffinjektoren geschützt werden.
Es ist eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung, dass das mindestens eine Antriebselemente als Polygon ausgebildet ist, welches auf einem Exzenter der Antriebswelle aufgesetzt ist. Vorteilhafterweise kann hierdurch auf einfache Art und Weise die rotatorische Bewegung der Antriebswelle in translatorische Bewegungen der Pumpenelemente umgesetzt werden.
Gemäß einer weiteren, vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind zwischen den zugehörigen Pumpenzylinderköpfen und
dem Gehäuse, im Bereich der Hochdruckleitung jeweils Hochdruckdichtungen vorgesehen. Durch diese Maßnahme kann der Übergang der Hochdruckleitung vom Gehäuse in den jeweiligen Pumpenzylinderkopf zuverlässig abgedichtet und dementsprechend eine Leckage von Kraftstoff an diesen Stellen wirksam verhindert werden .

Ausführungsformen der Erfindung
In Figur 1 ist eine stark schematische Ansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe gemäß einer ersten Ausführungsform zu sehen. Diese Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe verfügt über ein Gehäuse 1, auf welchem zwei Pumpenzylinderköpfe 2a und 2b aufgesetzt sind. Wie aus der Schnittansicht in Figur 2 ersichtlich ist, sind in den Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b, jeweils Pumpenelemente 3a und 3b verschiebbar geführt, die an ihrem, dem Gehäuse 1 zugewandten Ende mit einem gemeinsamen Antriebselement 4 einer Pumpennockenwelle 5 in Kontakt stehen. Dieses Antriebselement 4 ist hierbei als Polygon ausgebildet, welches auf einem Exzenter der Antriebswelle 5 aufgesetzt ist. Dementsprechend wird eine Rotation der Antriebswelle 5 in jeweils translatorische Auf- und Abwärtsbewegungen der Pumpenelemente 3a und 3b umgesetzt. Oberhalb jedes Pumpenelements 3a und 3b ist zudem jeweils ein Druckraum 6a und 6b in dem jeweiligen Pumpenzylinderköpf 2a bzw. 2b vorgesehen, in welchen bei einer Abwärtsbewegung des jeweils zugehörigen Pumpenelements 3a bzw. 3b Kraftstoff über einen Niederdruckzulauf 7 angesaugt und bei einer darauffolgenden Aufwärtsbewegung des Pumpenelements 3a bzw. 3b auf Hochdruck verdichtet wird. Dieser unter Hochdruck stehende Kraftstoff wird im Anschluss daran über, in den Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b vorgesehene Rückschlagventile 8a und 8b in eine gemeinsame Hochdruckleitung 9 gefördert. Die Hochdruckleitung 9 verläuft hierbei durch das Gehäuse 1, um die beiden Druckräume 6a und 6b mittels der Rückschlagventile 8a und 8b miteinander zu verbinden, und dient gleichzeitig als Hochdruckspeicher. Zur Entnahme von Kraftstoff aus der Hochdruckleitung 9 sind Verschlussschrauben der Rückschlagventile 8a und 8b jeweils als Anschlüsse 10a und 10b ausgebildet, an denen im weiteren Verlauf Verbindungsleitungen zu Kraftstoffinjektoren anschließbar sind. Vor diesen Anschlüssen 10a und 10b sind zudem Drosselstellen IIa und IIb vorgesehen, durch welche jeweils die Einwirkungen von Druckwellen aus den Zuführleitungen der Kraftstoffinjektoren auf die Hochdruckleitung 9 verhindert wird. Des Weiteren ist im
Gehäuse 1 ein Drucksensor 12 vorgesehen, der mit der Hochdruckleitung 9 in Verbindung steht und über welchen der dort herrschende Kraftstoffdruck kontrollierbar ist. Schließlich sind zwischen Gehäuse 1 und den Pumpenzylinderköpfen 2a und 2b, im Bereich der Hochdruckleitung 9 jeweils Hochdruckdichtungen 13a und 13b platziert, durch welche eine Leckage von Kraftstoff in die Zwischenräume zwischen Gehäuse 1 und Pumpenzylinderköpf 2a bzw. 2b wirksam verhindert werden kann.
Bei Betrieb der Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe werden die
Pumpenelemente 3a und 3b über das Antriebselement 4 entsprechend einer Rotation der Antriebswelle 5 translatorisch bewegt, wobei eine alternierende Befüllung der Hochdruckleitung 9 über die Druckräume 6a und 6b mit unter Hochdruck stehendem Kraftstoff erfolgt. Dieser Kraftstoff kann im Anschluss daran über die Anschlüsse 10a und 10b mittels Zuführleitungen den Kraftstoffinjektoren zugeführt werden.
In Figur 3 ist anhand einer stark schematischen Ansicht eine zweite Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen
Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe zu sehen. Im Unterschied zu der im Vorfeld beschriebenen Ausführungsform verfügt die Hochdruckleitung 9 Λ in diesem Fall über eine, das Gehäuse 1 Λ durchlaufende Abzweigung, an deren Ende ein weiterer Anschluss 10c vorgesehen ist. Folglich können in diesem Fall drei
Kraftstoffinjektoren über die Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe versorgt werden. Dem Fachmann wird hierbei allerdings klar sein, dass auch eine entsprechende Anpassung des Antriebselements 4 vorgenommen werden muss, um stetig eine ausreichende Befüllung der Hochdruckleitung 9Λ mit Kraftstoff zu gewährleisten.
Abschließend ist in Figur 4 eine weitere, dritte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe anhand einer weiteren, stark schematischen Ansicht zu erkennen. In diesem Fall verfügt eine Hochdruckleitung 9 Λ Λ über eine weitere
Abzweigung im Gehäuse 1 Λ Λ mit einem Anschluss 10d an ihrem Ende, so dass insgesamt vier Kraftstoffinjektoren versorgt werden können .
Claims
1. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe für eine Brennkraftmaschine, umfassend eine, in einem Gehäuse (1; 1 Λ ; 1 Λ Λ ) rotierbar gelagerte Antriebswelle (5) , welche bei Rotation über mindestens ein Antriebselement (4) mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente (3a, 3b) in Bewegung versetzt, wobei durch die Bewegung der mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente (3a, 3b) in jeweils zugeordneten Druckräumen (6a, 6b) Kraftstoff ansaugbar, auf Hochdruck verdichtbar und in eine Hochdruckleitung (9; 9 Λ ; 9Λ Λ) förderbar ist, welche zugleich einen Hochdruckspeicher ausbildet und mit Anschlüssen (10a, 10b; 1Oa-IOc; 1Oa-IOd) zur Entnahme des Kraftstoffs in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Pumpenelemente (3a, 3b) in einer Ebene um die Antriebswelle (5) herum platziert und in jeweils einem, auf dem Gehäuse (1; 1 Λ ; 1Λ Λ) aufgesetzten Pumpenzylinderkopf (2a, 2b) geführt angeordnet sind, wobei die Hochdruckleitung (9; 9 Λ ; 9 Λ Λ ) zur Verbindung der jeweils zugeordneten Druckräume (6a, 6b) durch die Pumpenzylinderkopfe (2a, 2b) und das Gehäuse (1; 1 Λ; 1Λ Λ) verläuft.
2. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlüsse (10a, 10b; 1Oa-IOc; 1Oa-IOd) an den jeweiligen Pumpenzylinderkopfen (2a, 2b) und/oder dem Gehäuse (1Λ; 1Λ Λ) vorgesehen sind.
3. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hochdruckleitung (9; 9Λ; 9Λ Λ) mit einem Drucksensor (12) in Verbindung steht, der in das Gehäuse (1; 1 Λ; 1Λ Λ) integriert ist.
4. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlüsse (10a, 10b) jeweils Drosselstellen (IIa, IIb) aufweisen.
5. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Antriebselement (4) als Polygon ausgebildet ist, welches auf einem Exzenter der Antriebswelle (5) aufgesetzt ist.
6. Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den zugehörigen Pumpenzylinderköpfen (2a, 2b) und dem Gehäuse (1) , im Bereich der Hochdruckleitung (9) jeweils Hochdruckdichtungen (13a, 13b) vorgesehen sind.
7. Brennkraftmaschine mit einen Kraftstoffeinspritzsystem, umfassend eine Hochdruckkraftstoffpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
