然而, 上述结构是将屏蔽壳体包覆于该绝缘壳体之中; 但是该绝缘壳体 是由相对的两个第一侧壁及相对的两个第二侧壁所形成的壳体, 而这两个第 一侧壁及这两个第二侧壁均为封闭的侧壁结构, 使得对接装置插设于该电连 接器中传输数据所产生的热量无法有效散逸, 也就是说, 上述的绝缘壳体为 封闭面结构的两个第一侧壁及两个第二侧壁所组成, 因此, 当使用者插入对 接装置进行数据传输时, 该电连接器无法达成较佳的散热效果。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的, 是提供一种电连接器, 该电连接器由一绝缘壳体、 多个端子以及一金属壳体所组成, 该金属壳体具有至少一安装凸缘, 且该绝 缘壳体设有一对应于该安装凸缘的镂空部, 以提供对接装置插设于该电连接 器时进行数据传输的散热作用, 且该绝缘壳体一体成型有一对应该安装凸缘 的支撑部, 以避免该安装凸缘固设于面板上时,受到外力作用而弯折的问题。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种电连接器, 包括一设有多个端子槽
的绝缘壳体、 多个设置于该些端子槽的端子及一具有框体部的金属壳体, 该 框体部容置于该绝缘壳体内, 该框体部与该绝缘壳体共同形成一具有插接口 的插置空间, 该框体部弯折延伸至少一对应于该插接口的安装凸缘, 该绝缘 壳体成型有对应于该安装凸缘的支撑部, 且该绝缘壳体设有一对应于该支撑 部的镂空部,该支撑部的两侧端分别一体连接于形成该镂空部的两个架桥部, 以使该安装凸缘为该支撑部所支撑。

请参考图 4及图 4A, 其为本发明的第二实施例, 请配合图 3A, 第二实施 例与第一实施例的区别在于, 该安装凸缘 132 ' 为一平板, 且该安装凸缘 132 ' 的外侧面设有一导电贴片 1322 ' , 因此, 当电连接器 1安装于该面 2 时, 该导电贴片 1322 ' 可用以固定该电连接器 1的安装凸缘 132 ' 于该面板 2上, 而该电连接器 1的其它特征则同于第一实施例。
请参考图 5至图 5C, 其为本发明的第三实施例。 图 5及图 5A为第三实 施例的电连接器 1组装于该面板 2的示意图; 而图 5B及图 5C为第三实施例 的电连接器 1的立体图。 请配合图 5及图 1, 第三实施例与第一实施例不同 之处在于, 该金属壳体 13的框体部 131的两相对侧板 1311分别向外弯折形 成垂直的安装凸缘 132" ,而该绝缘壳体 11的两相对的侧壁 111则分别对应 该两侧的安装凸缘 132" , 而一体成型有支撑部 118" , 该支撑部 118" 的两 侧端则分别一体连接于形成该镂空部 116" 的两个架桥部 117" ,以支撑该安 装凸缘 132 , 且该安装凸缘 132" 上包括有一螺孔 1321〃 , 因此可利用螺 丝将该电连接器 1的两侧的安装凸缘 132" 安装于该面板 2上, 同时利用两 侧的支撑部 118" 及补强肋 119" 的力量, 分别支撑两侧的安装凸缘 132 , 以避免这两个安装凸缘 132" 受过大的外力作用而弯折; 另外该绝缘壳体 11 的两相对的侧壁 111则分别形成有镂空部 116" , 以对应该两侧的安装凸缘 132" , 以提供该对接装置插入该电连接器 1进行数据传输时的散热功能,还 可提供该弹臂 133" 退位的空间。再者, 本具体实施例中, 该支撑部 118 的 边缘具有对应该螺孔 1321〃 的弧形外缘, 以进一步加强该支撑部 118" 支撑 安装凸缘 132" 的力量, 且上述的弧形外缘特征同样适用于第一实施例。 另 夕卜, 第二实施例的平板形的安装凸缘 132 ' , 以及其上设有导电贴片 1322 ' 的特征也可应用于本实施例中, 简言之, 上述具体实施例的特征可以根据实 施的应用加以变化调整, 并不限于上述实施例所述的内容。
综上所述, 本发明具有下列优点: 本发明利用该绝缘壳体的镂空部, 可 提供该对接装置插入该电连接器进行数据传输时的散热功能; 并且, 该镂空 部还可提供该金属壳体上的弹臂位移的空间。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,非因此局限本发明的专利范围, 故举凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所为的等效技术变化, 均包含于本发明 的范围内。
Claims
1、 一种电连接器, 包括一设有多个端子槽的绝缘壳体、 多个设置于所 述端子槽的端子及一具有框体部的金属壳体, 该框体部容置于该绝缘壳体 内, 该框体部与该绝缘壳体共同形成一具有插接口的插置空间, 该框体部弯 折延伸有至少一对应于该插接口的安装凸缘, 其特征在于: 该绝缘壳体成型 有对应于该安装凸缘的支撑部, 且该绝缘壳体设有一对应于该支撑部的镂空 部, 该支撑部的两侧端分别一体连接于形成该镂空部的两个架桥部, 以使该 安装凸缘被该支撑部所支撑。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该绝缘壳体还包括一 向该容置空间内凸伸的舌板, 且所述端子槽成型于该舌板上。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该金属壳体包含一个 该安装凸缘, 该安装凸缘是由该框体部的顶板弯折成向上垂直的板体。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该金属壳体包含两个 所述安装凸缘, 该两个安装凸缘是由该框体部的两侧板分别向外弯折成垂直 的板体。
5、 如权利要求 3或 4所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该金属壳体还包 括至少一对应该镂空部的弹臂。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 所述形成该镂空部的 两个架桥部与所述支撑部的连接处均成型有至少一补强肋。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该至少一安装凸缘上 设有一螺孔。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该支撑部的边缘具有 对应该螺孔的弧形外缘。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该绝缘壳体具有一容 置空间, 该框体部是容置于该容置空间中。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的电连接器, 其特征在于: 该至少一安装凸缘为 一平板, 且该平板上设有一导电贴片。
