본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하는 데 있어서, 금속재질의 클립으로 하여금 발생되는 면도날과 접촉하는 부분의 손상을 방지하고, 면도날을 하우징내로 안착하도록 사용된 클립으로 하여금 제조공정시 또는 면도시 발생되는 면도날의 위치변형을 방지하고, 카트리지 제조공정 중 하우징을 클립으로 감싸는 부차적 제조공정을 생략하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명은 하나 이상의 굴곡된 면도날;과

상기 상부 하우징과 체결되고 상기 면도날을 지지하도록 날안착부를 갖는 하부 하우징;을 포함하고,

본 발명에 따른 일체형 카트리지에 의하면, 면도날을 하우징내로 안착하기 위한 클립을 종래와 같이 별도로 구비되지 않고, 노치 면도날이 안착된 하부 하우징을 상부 하우징 내에 일체로 설치구성함으로, 별도의 면도날 클립고정재의 사용을 배제하고 카트리지 제조공정시 다양한 모양의 카트리지에 클립체결로 인한 면도날 변형을 방지할 수 있으며 이에 따라, 제품의 슬림화와 소형화를 도모할 수 있으며 더욱이 다양한 형태의 카트리지 자동 조립이 용이하여 생산 원가를 절감할 수 있다.

도 6은 본 발명에 따른 하부 하우징에 안착된 면도날의 요부를 나타내는 도면이다. 상기 면도날은 그 일면에는 끝이 뽀쪽하게 강공된 에지(131), 타면에는 면도날 지지부(132), 양면사이에 굴곡부(133)로 된 “ㄱ” 형상으로서, 그의 양단에는 노치부(140)를 포함하여 구성되어 있다. 상기 노치부(140)는 면도날의 제조공정시 면도날의 양단의 에지(131) 및 굴곡부(133)를 포함하는 상단부분을 절단 처리하여 노치처리된 에지(131) 및 굴곡부(133)가 없는 면도날 지지부(132)만 가지는 구조이며, 노치처리된 후 면도날 지지부의 경계를 기준으로 상부를 굴곡처리된다.
이와 같이 노치부(140)를 포함하는 면도날(130)은 상기 하부 하우징(120)의 날 안착지지대(122)에 삽입되며, 상기 하부 하우징(120)은 상기 상부 하우징(110)과 후크결합되어 일체화 카트리지를 구성하게 된다. 상기 노치부(140)의 면도날 지지부(132) 상단은 상부 하우징의 내측과 접촉하여 상부지지되며, 상기 면도날 지지부(132)는 날안착지지대(122)에 삽입되어 하부지지된다. 이에 카트리지에 별도의 클립을 설치할 필요가 없으며, 카트리지 제조시 1) 면도날제조공정 2) 하부 하우징에 면도날 안착후 바로 상부 하우징 결합공정으로 카트리지를 완성되어, 제품의 슬림화와 소형화를 도모할 수 있으며 자동 조립공정을 용이하게 하여 제조상의 불량률을 줄일 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하나 이상의 굴곡된 면도날;과
    상기 면도날의 에지가 외부로 드러날 수 있도록 노출부와 탄성부재의 가드를 갖는 상부 하우징;과
    상기 상부 하우징과 체결되고 상기 면도날을 지지하도록 날안착부를 갖는 하부 하우징;을 포함하고,
    하나 이상의 면도날이 상기 날안착부의 양단과 중앙에서 하부지지되고, 상기 상부 하우징의 양단과 수직으로 상부지지되어 상기 하부 하우징과 상기 상부 하우징 사이에 결착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 카트리지.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 하우징은 상기 상부 하우징의 하단부와 후크결합하는 후크 걸림부를 포함하는 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 카트리지.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 날안착부은 상기 면도날이 고정되도록 상기 하부 하우징의 양단에 복수의 날안착지지대를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 카트리지.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 면도날은 상기 상부 하우징의 양단과 수직으로 결착되도록 양단에 노치부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 카트리지.
