Abstract

L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre un réacteur de thermolyse et un procédé pour faire fonctionner un tel réacteur dans un dispositif de décomposition thermique de déchets commandant un transport des produits de manière à garantir un profil de température stable, à permettre une commande asservie à la température, continue et stable, du déroulement du procédé, et à garantir une qualité de gaz constante pour une grande durabilité. A cet effet, le réacteur de thermolyse comporte une enveloppe extérieure (5) et une enveloppe intérieure (3) formant une enveloppe double, l'enveloppe intérieure (3) étant entourée par l'enveloppe extérieure (5), de manière à former un espace (6) entre l'enveloppe intérieure (3) et l'enveloppe extérieure (5); l'enveloppe double comporte une entrée (2) et une sortie (12); et l'enveloppe intérieure (3) entoure une chambre intérieure (1) délimitée par des couvercles (4) aux extrémités. Le réacteur est caractérisé en ce que l'espace (6) est fermé par rapport à l'environnement aux extrémités de l'enveloppe double formée par l'enveloppe intérieure (3) et l'enveloppe extérieure (5), et les couvercles (4) logent un arbre (13), l'espace (6) et l'arbre (13) contenant un caloporteur, et l'arbre (13) étant logé central dans les couvercles (4) et portant un outil de transport (11).
