- 내주면에 나선홈(110)이 형성되어 볼트가 결합되는 볼트결합공(130)과,상기 나선홈(110)이 형성된 면에 형성되어 있는 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')와,상기 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')에 안착되어 상기 볼트의 결합시 상기 볼트의 나사선에 의해 강제로 나사선이 형성되는 합성수지성형체(170)를 포함하는 풀림방지너트(100)에 있어서,상기 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')는 상기 볼트결합공(130)의 길이방향을 따라 소정길이의 홈으로 형성되되 상기 홈은 적어도 일단부가 상기 길이방향을 따라 외부에 개방되어 있고,상기 풀림방지너트(100)는 상기 합성수지성형체(170)가 상기 볼트결합공(130)의 길이방향으로 밀림이 저지되도록 하는 밀림저지수단을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림방지너트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀림저지수단은 상기 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')의 타단부가 상기 길이방향을 따라 막혀 있는 막힘부(155)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림방지너트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')는 상기 나선홈(110)이 형성된 면에 다수개 형성되고,상기 합성수지성형체(170)도 다수개 구비되어 상기 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')에 각각 안착되며,상기 밀림저지수단은,상기 다수의 합성수지성형체(170)를 서로 일체로 연결하면서 상기 합성수지성형체 안착부(150,150')의 개방되는 쪽에 위치하는 환형링(175)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림방지너트.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 합성수지성형체(170)는 나일론으로 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 풀림방지너트.
