- 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물의 재배장치에 있어서,물 및/또는 영양액을 공급할 경우에 중력에 의해 아래로 흘러내리도록 다수의 구멍이 형성된 받침판;상기 받침판 상부에 위치하며, 측면에는 딸기 및 소형 엽채류를 심어서 재배할 수 있는 다수의 구멍이 형성되고, 내부에는 심은 작물에 물 및/또는 영양액을 공급할 수 있도록 피트모스, 왕모래, 숯, 왕겨 혼합물, 훈탄, 펄라이트, 유기질 혼합 상토 및 황토 중 하나 또는 둘 이상이 혼합된 용토가 채워진 본체;상기 본체 상부 일측에 배관 또는 호스를 삽입할 수 있는 삽입 홈이 형성되고, 본체의 외측을 통해서 상기 삽입 홈으로 배관 또는 호스를 설치되며, 설치된 작물이 잘 자랄 수 있도록 물 및/또는 영양액을 주입 또는 분사하여 상기 본체 내부의 용토를 통해서 작물에 물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하기 위한 배관 또는 호스; 및상기 받침판, 본체 및 배관이 2 층 이상 조립 제작된 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1 또는 청구항3에 있어서,상기 다수의 구멍이 형성된 받침 판에는 조립 및 분리 작업 시에 손잡이로 사용하고, 최하단에 위치할 경우에 바닥에 견고하게 고정하기 위하여 구멍이 형성된 2개 이상의 손잡이 겸 바닥 고정용 돌출부를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1 또는 청구항3에 있어서,상기 받침판과 본체의 상부면 및 하부면에는 받침대와 본체를 조립할 때 조립을 용이하게 하며, 철사 또는 긴 못을 이용하여 견고하게 체결할 수 있도록 기준 홈이 더 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1내지 청구항3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 본체의 외부 표면에는 작물이 고르게 성장하고 열매가 균일하게 익을 수 있도록 자외선 및 가시광선을 반사하는 반사필름을 부착하거나 알루미늄을 포함하는 반사물질로 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항2에 있어서,상기 본체의 상부 또는 하부에는 조립 또는 분리 작업자들이 용이하게 작업할 수 있도록 2개 이상의 손잡이가 설치된 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1내지 청구항3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하기 위하여 배관 또는 호스의 상부는 물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하기 위한 물 및/또는 영양액을 저장하는 저장탱크가 설치되고,상기 저장탱크와 배관 또는 호스 사이에는 물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하기 위한 배관 또는 호스가 연결 설치되며,상기 배관의 일측에는 물 및/또는 영양액의 공급을 제어하는 제어밸브가 더 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1에 있어서,상기 물 및/또는 영양액의 공급하기 위한 배관 또는 호스의 하부에는 공급되는 물/또는 영양액이 아래로 배출되지 않도록 폐쇄막이 설치되고,물 및/또는 영양액의 공급하기 위한 배관은 각 층별로 조립이 가능하도록 암수 체결구조로 구성하거나 이층 이상 길게 형성함을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1내지 청구항3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 재배장치의 최하단에 다층구조 기구를 회전하기 위하여 하부에 볼 베어링을 안내하는 안내 홈이 형성된 상부회전판;상기 볼베어링이 이동하지 않고 한 장소에서 회전할 수 있도록 볼베어링 삽입 홈이 형성된 하부고정판; 및상기 하부 고정판에 형성된 삽입 홈에 볼베어링이 삽입되고,물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하는 배관의 상부에는 재배장치의 회전을 수용할 수 있는 체결구조를 더 구비한 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 청구항1 또는 청구항3에 있어서,상기 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치를 교육용, 공원, 건물의 로비, 가로변, 각종 행사장 및 이벤트장소에 용이하게 설치할 수 있도록 하부에 물받침을 더 구비한 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배장치.
- 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물의 재배방법에 있어서,물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하는 배관 또는 호스가 설치되고, 작물을 심을 수 있는 구멍이 측면에 다수개 형성된 다층구조 기구로 제작되어 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물을 재배할 수 있는 재배장치를 설계 제작하는 단계;깔때기 형상의 육묘상의 포트에 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물을 심어서 육묘하는 단계;상기 설계 제작된 재배장치에 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물을 심을 수 있도록 형성된 구멍에 상기 육묘 상에서 자란 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물을 포트를 제거하고 구멍에 심는 단계; 및상기 본체에 형성된 구멍에 심어져 본체에 피트모스, 왕모래, 숯, 왕겨 혼합물, 훈탄, 펄라이트, 유기질 혼합 상토 및 황토 중 하나 또는 둘 이상이 혼합되어 채워진 용토에 딸기, 소형 엽채류, 구근 작물 및 관상식물이 뿌리를 내리고 자랄 수 있도록 물 및/또는 영양액을 공급하는 단계로 이루어진 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배방법.
- 청구항12에 있어서,상기 재배장치를 설계 제작하는 단계에서 재배장치의 측면의 외부 표면에는 작물이 고르게 성장하고 열매가 균일하게 익을 수 있도록 자외선 및 가시광선을 반사하는 반사필름을 부착하거나 반사물질을 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배방법.
- 청구항12에 있어서상기 재배장치를 설계 제작하는 단계에서 다층구조기구를 이용한 재배장치의 최하단에 재배장치를 회전할 수 있는 회전부가 더 부가됨을 특징으로 하는 다층구조 기구를 이용한 재배방법.
