( 2 )如果节目播放时间在输入的时间范围内, 则将搜索到的节目信息按 照播放的时间来排序, 如果播放时间相同, 则会默认按照移动终端上电视台 的顺序来排序; 排序的内容即节目信息包括播放节目名称、 播放时间、 电视 台;
( 3 )将排序好的节目信息在电子业务指南的第一位置起排放, 其他节目 播放时间不在所输入的时间范围内的节目将依次排放其后, 形成更新的电子 业务指南; 其中, 所述步骤(3 ) 为可选步骤。
如果步骤 101 中用户输入的是节目名称的关键字和节目播放的时间点, 或者用户输入的是节目名称的关键字和节目播放的时间范围, 则移动终端在 所述电子业务指南中进行自动搜索的步骤跟上述情况类似, 可以先进行关键 字搜索, 在搜索结果中再进行时间点或时间范围的搜索, 最后进行排序, 并 更新电子业务指南。
步骤 104, 移动终端显示搜索结果;
移动终端将搜索到的节目信息或更新的电子业务指南展现给用户, 内容 为哪个电视台什么时间播放什么节目, 一目了然, 这样极大地方便了用户有 针对性地观看手机电视节目。
移动终端还可以根据用户的选择, 保存搜索到的节目信息或更新的电子 业务指南, 以备用户再次查看。
如图 3所示,本发明实施例的搜索电视节目信息的装置位于移动终端中, 包括: 输入模块、 搜索模块、 显示模块和存储模块;
其中, 所述输入模块用于接收用户输入的查询内容, 发送给搜索模块; 所述搜索模块用于从广播网络侧获取当前的电子业务指南, 根据所述查 询内容从电子业务指南中搜索节目信息, 并将搜索结果通过显示模块显示出 来。
其中, 所述查询内容可以是用户想要观看节目名称的关键字, 或是用户 想要观看节目播放的时间点或时间范围; 也可以既包括节目名称的关键字, 也包括节目播放的时间点或时间范围;
所述搜索结果为搜索到的节目信息或根据搜索到的节目信息更新的电子 业务指南;
所述输入模块可以是移动终端的键盘或触摸屏。
所述搜索模块还用于以短信形式将请求消息经短信网关和 SG服务器发 送给 ESG服务器, 所述请求消息的内容为请求获取当前的电子业务指南; 以 及接收并解析 ESG服务器以短信方式经 SG服务器和短信网关发送的电子业 务指南数据包, 将解析出的当前的电子业务指南 (包括每个节目名称以及播 放电视台和播放具体时间) , 存储在存储模块中; 以及, 根据用户的选择, 将所述搜索结果存储在存储模块中。
所述存储模块, 用于存储电子业务指南, 还可用于存储搜索结果, 从而支持电视节目信息的自动搜索。
如图 4所示, 为本发明一应用示例, 具体包括如下步骤:
步骤 401 , 用户选择并打开移动终端中的电视节目搜索功能;
步骤 402, 输入节目的关键字;
步骤 403, 用户确认查询;
步骤 404, 移动终端将请求消息以短信形式 ( SS+关键字)发送给广播网 絡侧 ESG服务器以获取电子业务指南;
步骤 405 , 广播网络侧接收到所述请求消息后, 将当前的各个电视台的 电子业务指南按照电视台的排序进行统计,并组成一个电子业务指南数据包, 通过移动网络以短信方式发给移动终端; 所述电子业务指南数据包的内容包 括节目名称、 播放电视台以及播放具体时间;
步骤 406 , 移动终端收到所述电子业务指南数据包后, 对该数据包进行 解析, 解析出当前的电子业务指南;
步骤 407, 移动终端把当前的电子业务指南的每个节目名称以及播放电 视台和播放具体时间定义一个 ID, 并存储在本机;
步骤 408 , 移动终端根据用户输入的关键字, 在所述电子业务指南中进 行自动搜索;
步骤 409 , 判断电子业务指南的节目名称中是否有与关键字的相同字符 串, 若没有, 则执行下一步, 否则, 执行步骤 411 ;
步骤 410, 移动终端提示用户: 该节目不存在, 不再执行后续步骤; 步骤 411 , 移动终端将搜索到的相同节目名称的节目信息按照时间顺序 和电视台的顺序排序, 其中, 时间顺序优先; 并且, 将节目名称的字符串与 关键字的字符串完全相同的节目信息排在前面, 将节目名称中包含关键字的 字符串的节目排在后面, 另存入移动终端的緩存器; 或者再将电子业务指南 的节目名称中不包含所述关键字的节目依次排在其后, 形成更新的电子业务 指南;
步骤 412 , 显示搜索到的节目信息或更新的电子业务指南给用户, 若用 户选择保存, 可将所述搜索到的节目信息或更新的电子业务指南保存到存储 模块, 以备用户再次查看。
当然, 本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明能够有效提高节目搜索效率,利用移动终端与用户交互式的特点, 让移动终端具有多媒体广播电视节目的自动搜索功能, 将用户想要的信息高 效准确地提供给用户。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种搜索多媒体广播电视节目信息的方法, 其包括:
用户在移动终端上搜索电视节目信息;
所述移动终端从广播网络侧获取当前的电子业务指南; 以及,
所述移动终端从所述电子业务指南中搜索所述节目信息, 并显示搜索结 果;
从而通过移动终端实现多媒体广播电视节目信息的自动搜索。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,用户搜索电视节目信息的步骤包括: 用户通过输入模块输入查询内容搜索电视节目信息, 其中, 所述查询内 容为节目名称的关键字和 /或节目播放的时间点或时间范围。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述移动终端从广播网络侧获取当 前的电子业务指南的步骤包括:
所述移动终端以短信形式将请求消息发送给电子业务指南 ESG服务器, 请求获取当前的电子业务指南;
所述 ESG服务器将当前的各个电视台的电子业务指南组成电子业务指南 数据包, 以短信形式发送给所述移动终端; 以及,
所述移动终端收到所述电子业务指南数据包后, 解析出当前的电子业务 指南。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 若用户输入的查询内容为节目名称 的关键字, 则所述移动终端从所述电子业务指南中搜索所述节目信息的步骤 包括:
所述移动终端将输入的关键字与所述电子业务指南的节目名称进行比 较;
如果电子业务指南的节目名称中没有所述关键字, 则所述移动终端提示 用户: 该节目不存在;
如果电子业务指南的节目名称中有所述关键字, 则所述移动终端将搜索 到的节目信息进行排序, 其中排序的内容即节目信息包括播放节目名称、 播 放时间及电视台。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 若用户输入的查询内容为节目播放 的时间点或时间范围, 则所述移动终端从所述电子业务指南中搜索所述节目 信息的步骤包括:
所述移动终端将输入的时间点或时间范围与广播网络侧获取的电子业务 指南中节目的播放时间进行比较;
如果节目的播放时间与所述时间点相同, 或在所述时间范围内, 则将搜 索到的节目信息进行排序; 其中排序的内容即节目信息包括播放节目名称、 播放时间及电视台。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述移动终端将搜索到的节目 信息进行排序的步骤中,
所述移动终端将搜索到的节目信息按照时间顺序和电视台的顺序排序, 其中时间顺序优先;
所述移动终端将将排序好的节目信息在电子业务指南的第一位置起排 放, 其他节目依次排放其后, 以形成更新的电子业务指南。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 移动终端显示搜索结果之后, 所述方法还 包括: 保存所述搜索结果, 其中, 所述搜索结果为搜索到的节目信息或根据 搜索到的节目信息更新的电子业务指南。
8、 一种搜索多媒体广播电视节目信息的装置, 所述装置设置于移动终端 中, 其包括输入模块、 搜索模块、 显示模块; 其中,
所述输入模块设置为接收用户输入的查询内容, 发送给所述搜索模块; 所述搜索模块设置为从广播网絡侧获取当前的电子业务指南, 根据所述 查询内容从所述电子业务指南中搜索节目信息, 并将搜索结果发送给所述显 示模块以显示所述搜索结果;
所述显示模块设置为显示搜索模块的所述搜索结果;
从而支持多媒体广播电视节目信息的自动搜索。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 所述装置还包括存储模块, 其中, 所述搜索模块还设置为以短信形式发送请求消息给广播网络侧以获取当 前的电子业务指南; 以及, 接收并解析广播网络侧发送的电子业务指南数据 包;
所述存储模块设置为存储所述搜索模块解析出的当前的电子业务指南。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述搜索模块还设置为将所述搜索结果发送给存储模块以存储所述搜索 结果; 其中, 所述搜索结果为搜索到的节目信息或根据搜索到的节目信息更 新的电子业务指南;
所述存储模块还设置为存储搜索模块搜索到的所述搜索结果。
