ESG是一种多媒体广播信息导航业务, 终端可以通过它来获得多媒体广 播多播业务的相关信息, 如业务名称、 播放时间、 内容梗概等, 便于进行快 速的检索和访问。 因此通过在终端上浏览 ESG, 用户可以查看关于各种业务 的资料, 浏览视频频道和节目单, 浏览价格表, 选择和购买价格表中的一项 或多项内容, 以及登陆网站浏览网页等。
全国的 ESG信息在卫星平台基本频点发送, 地方 ESG信息在本地网络 基本频点发送。 因此不同的区域可以根据自己的业务特点发送不同的 ESG信 息。 而移动终端只能观看其所在地的 ESG信息所展示的业务, 所以对移动终 端来说, 所在地以外的 ESG信息是不需要接收的。 如何让移动终端获取其需 要的能够利用的 ESG信息, 是本发明所要解决的问题。 发明内容

本发明方法、 系统及移动终端通过获取移动终端的当前区域信息, 使移 动终端在移动的情况下只接收其当前可用的、 正确的电子业务指南信息, 减 少了移动终端要处理的数据量, 减轻了冗余数据对网络不必要的负荷, 提高 了整个系统提供多媒体服务的性能。

本发明方法和系统的主要思想是, 移动多媒体广播服务平台根据移动终 端通过移动通信网络发送的当前区域信息将对应的电子业务指南下发给移动 终端。
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明, 应当理解, 此处所描述 的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1所示, 本发明移动终端获取电子业务指南的系统包括: 移动多媒 体广播服务平台和移动终端 (包括各类配合使用的卡) , 所述移动终端和移 动多媒体广播服务平台通过移动通信网络进行通信。 移动终端用于在移动通信网络注册, 获取区域信息并将之保存, 还用于 向移动多媒体广播服务平台发送电子业务指南请求及接收、 显示从多媒体广 播服务平台获取的电子业务指南;
移动终端还用于对发送电子业务指南请求的次数进行计数, 以在没有收 到电子业务指南的且不超出设定次数的情况下,重复发送电子业务指南请求; 移动多媒体广播服务平台, 用于保存电子业务指南及电子业务指南与区 域信息的对应关系信息, 还用于接收及解析移动终端发送的电子业务指南请 求, 以及根据获取的区域信息查找对应的电子业务指南, 在将找到的电子业 务指南封装后下发给移动终端。
可在电子业务指南的业务标识中包含对应的区域信息, 或釆用电子业务 指南与区域信息对照表来实现所述区域信息与电子业务指南的对应。

步骤 207: 若发送成功, 则移动终端将接收到的 ESG信息展示给用户, 移动多媒体广播服务平台删除保存在内存中该终端的会话信息, 流程结束。 否则移动多媒体平台判断发送次数是否超过设定的次数 (可通过配置文件或 数据库配置) , 若超过则流程结束, 否则, 则直接将发送给移动终端的 ESG 信息从步骤 205 内存中保存的会话信息取出重复发送。 对于移动终端来说, 移动终端可以判断是否在设定的时间 (终端自身设定) 内收到移动多媒体广 播服务平台返回的 ESG信息, 是则认为请求 ESG信息成功, 否则认为不成 功, 则重新发起 ESG请求消息, 对于移动多媒体广播服务平台来说, 转到步 骤 203处理。
本发明方法、 系统及移动终端通过获取移动终端的当前区域信息, 使移 动终端在移动的情况下只接收其当前可用的信息, 减少了移动终端要处理的 数据量, 减轻了冗余数据对网络不必要的负荷, 提高了整个系统提供多媒体 服务的性能。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明通过获取移动终端的当前区域信息, 使移动终端在移动的情况下 只接收其当前可用的、 正确的电子业务指南信息, 减少了移动终端要处理的 数据量, 减轻了冗余数据对网络不必要的负荷, 提高了整个系统提供多媒体 服务的性能。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种移动终端获取电子业务指南的方法, 包括:
所述移动终端通过移动通信网络发送移动终端当前区域信息给移动多媒 体广播服务平台;
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台接收所述移动终端当前区域信息, 并将与 所述移动终端当前区域信息对应的电子业务指南下发给所述移动终端; 以及 所述移动终端接收所述对应的电子业务指南。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台保存有电子业务指南及电子业务指南与区 域信息的对应关系信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中:
所述区域信息与电子业务指南的对应通过在电子业务指南的业务标识中 包含对应的区域信息, 或釆用电子业务指南与区域信息对照表来实现。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述移动终端通过移动通信网络发送移动终端当前区域信息给移动多媒 体广播服务平台的所述步骤包括:
所述移动终端在所述移动通信网络注册, 获取所述移动终端当前区 域信息并保存; 以及
所述移动终端经过所述移动通信网络向所述移动多媒体广播服务平 台发送电子业务指南请求消息, 所述请求消息中携带所述移动终端当前 区域信息; 以及
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台接收所述移动终端当前区域信息, 并将与 所述移动终端当前区域信息对应的电子业务指南下发给所述移动终端的所述 步骤包括:
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台接收所述请求信息, 并解析获取所述 移动终端当前区域信息, 查找到与所述移动终端当前区域信息对应的电 子业务指南, 将所述电子业务指南封装后发送给所述移动终端。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中:
所述区域信息包括路由区域标识 RAI、 位置区标识 LAI和小区号 CelllD 中的一种或几种。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台将与所述移动终端当前区域信息对应的电 子业务指南下发给所述移动终端之前, 保存所述对应的电子业务指南; 以及 所述移动多媒体广播服务平台如果没有将与所述移动终端当前区域信息 对应的电子业务指南成功下发给所述移动终端, 则将保存的对应的电子业务 指南再次向所述移动终端下发。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中:
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台将保存的对应的电子业务指南向所述移动 终端下发的次数达到设定次数后, 停止下发。
8、 如权利要求 1或 6所述的方法, 还包括:
所述移动终端如果没有在设定时间内接收到所述对应的电子业务指南, 则再次通过移动通信网络发送移动终端当前区域信息给移动多媒体广播服务 平台。
9、一种支持移动终端获取电子业务指南的移动多媒体广播服务平台, 其 中所述移动终端和移动多媒体广播服务平台通过移动通信网络进行通信, 所 述移动多媒体广播服务平台设置成通过所述移动通信网络接收所述移动终端 发送的移动终端当前区域信息, 并将与所述移动终端当前区域信息对应的电 子业务指南下发给所述移动终端,使得所述移动终端获取所述电子业务指南。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的移动多媒体广播服务平台, 其中:
所述移动多媒体广播服务平台还设置成保存电子业务指南及电子业务指 南与区域信息的对应关系, 而所述区域信息与电子业务指南的对应通过在电 子业务指南的业务标识中包含对应的区域信息, 或釆用电子业务指南与区域 信息对照表来实现。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的移动多媒体广播服务平台, 其中: 所述移动终端当前区域信息是通过所述移动终端向所述移动通信网络注 册获取的, 以及所述区域信息包括路由区域标识 RAI、 位置区标识 LAI和小 区号 CelllD中的一种或几种。
12、 一种用于获取电子业务指南的移动终端, 其设置成通过向移动多媒 体广播服务平台发送移动终端当前区域信息来获取对应的电子业务指南。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的移动终端, 其中:
所述移动终端当前区域信息是所述移动终端通过向移动通信网络注册获 取的, 以及所述区域信息包括路由区域标识 RAI、 位置区标识 LAI和小区号 CelllD中的一种或几种。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的移动终端, 其中:
所述电子业务指南及电子业务指南与区域信息的对应关系信息保存在所 述移动多媒体广播服务平台中。
15、 一种用于获取电子业务指南的移动终端, 其设置成向移动通信网络 注册获取移动终端当前区域信息, 并通过向移动多媒体广播服务平台发送所 述移动终端当前区域信息来获取对应的电子业务指南。
16、 一种支持移动终端获取电子业务指南的移动多媒体广播服务平台, 其中所述移动终端和移动多媒体广播服务平台通过移动通信网络进行通信, 所述移动多媒体广播服务平台设置成保存电子业务指南及电子业务指南与区 域信息的对应关系, 以及通过所述移动通信网络接收所述移动终端发送的移 动终端当前区域信息, 并将与所述移动终端当前区域信息对应的电子业务指 南下发给所述移动终端, 使得所述移动终端获取所述电子业务指南。
