本实施方式中, 客户端为用户提供一个文件下载业务的定制界面, 该定 制界面基于时间编排表, 由用户选择自己喜欢或者关注的文件, 客户端将用 户选择的待下载文件的播发信息保存到文件下载设置表中。 客户端在到达用 户选择接收的某个待下载文件的播发开始时间时, 调用文件下载单元, 切换 到相应的信道上, 进行文件下载。
文件下载结束后, 客户端将下载的文件保存在本地的存储介质上并关闭 文件下载单元, 同时显示一个提示标识, (类似收到短信或者彩信的标识) 提示用户收到新文件。 用户选择查看时, 就可以进入文件下载目录, 打开相 应的文件进行阅读或者播放。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
图 1为本发明实施方式文件下载的方法, 包括:
101 : 移动多媒体广播网络向移动多媒体客户端(简称客户端)下发电子 节目指南;
102: 客户端将接收到的电子节目指南保存在本地, 从电子节目指南中提 取出时间编排表( schedule ) ;
假设某天某时段下发的时间编排表中包含如下文件播发信息:
开始时间: 2006年 12月 4 日 23: 00: 00; 持续时间: 930秒; 语言种 类: 中文; 主题长度: 17字节; 主题: 音乐排行榜(MP3 ) ;
开始时间: 2006年 12月 4 日 23: 15: 30; 持续时间: 870秒; 语言种 类: 中文; 主题长度: 16字节; 主题: 一周财经(视频) ;
开始时间: 2006年 12月 4 日 23: 30: 00; 持续时间: 180秒; 语言种 类: 中文; 主题长度: 14字节; 主题: 多媒体手机报纸;
开始时间: 2006年 12月 5日 00: 05: 00; 持续时间: 1380秒; 语言种 类: 中文; 主题长度: 12字节; 主题: 小品-不差钱。
103: 客户端从时间编排表中提取文件播发信息, 生成定制界面, 在定制 界面中将提取出的播发信息显示给用户, 供用户选择所要下载的文件(待下 载文件) ;
图 2为客户端从时间编排表中提取出文件播发信息生成的定制界面, 其 中, 包括多条文件播发信息, 每条文件播发信息中包括: 主题和开始时间等 文件的主要描述信息。
上述时间编排表通常釆用 XML ( Extensible Markup Language, 可扩展标 记语言)格式,客户端可通过内部的文件解析器从 XML格式的时间编排表中 读取出相应字段, 字段的内容即为文件播发信息。
104: 用户选择待下载文件, 客户端判断用户所选择的待下载文件是否已 订购, 如果是, 则执行步骤 105; 如果否, 则执行步骤 106;
客户端可通过查询 CA (认证授权 )卡或者 SIM (客户识别模块 )卡上的 移动多媒体广播权限信息来判断用户是否订购了某文件。
105: 客户端读取用户所选的待下载文件的播发信息, 并保存到文件下载 设置表中, 执行步骤 107;
如图 3所示, 例如, 用户对上述一周财经(视频)和多媒体手机报两个 下载业务感兴趣, 对其进行选择, 如果用户已订购了这两个下载业务, 则客 户端将用户选择的这两个待下载业务的播发信息保存到文件下载设置表中。
106: 客户端提示用户所选择的待下载文件未订购, 需到运营商处订购, 同时将该文件显示为不能选择;
107:客户端根据文件下载设置表中每个待下载文件的播发开始时间配置 并启动定时器, 以便在文件开始播发时触发下载;
本实施例中, 设置一周财经(视频) 的定时器在 2006年 12月 4日 23: 15: 30定时结束,设置多媒体手机报纸的定时器在 2006年 12月 4日 23: 30: 00定时结束。
108: 客户端在某一文件的定时器定时结束时, 调用文件下载单元, 切换 到下载文件的播发信道, 接收待下载文件;
另外, 也可以不釆用定时器, 由客户端每隔一个时间周期 (如 1秒)扫 描一次文件下载设置表, 当到达某一待下载文件的播发开始时间时, 调用文 件下载单元, 并切换到相应待下载文件的播发信道上, 将待下载文件下载到 本地。
本实施例中, 客户端分别在 2006年 12月 4日 23: 15: 30和 2006年 12 月 4日 23: 30: 00时触发文件下载单元开始下载一周财经(视频)和多媒体 手机报纸。
109: 文件下载结束后, 客户端关闭文件下载单元, 将下载的文件保存在 本地存储介质上。
本地保存文件时, 将显示文件名而不是物理文件名作为保存的文件名, 例如, 实现显示文件名早间 7点新闻与物理文件名 news7.3g 的对应, 以便 于用户观看和维护文件。
客户端在完成文件下载后, 可在显示屏上显示一个明显的标识, 提示用 户收到新文件, 如可显示一个信封图标、 主题及操作提示, 提示用户收到一 周财经(视频) /多媒体手机报纸, 操作提示可以是立即观看和取消等, 以便 用户选择是立即观看还是取消而后再进行查询和观看等, 还可以设置删除、 修改主题和以彩信方式转发等用户等操作。
图 4所示为本发明文件下载的装置, 包括: 控制单元、 播发信息展示单 元、 文件下载单元、 用户接口单元和存储单元, 其中:
播发信息展示单元, 用于从多媒体广播网络接收电子节目指南, 从电子 节目指南中提取出时间编排表, 从时间编排表中提取并保存文件播发信息, 生成定制界面, 在定制界面中将提取出的播发信息显示给用户, 供用户选择 所要下载的文件(待下载文件) 。
时间编排表通常釆用 XML格式, 播发信息展示单元可通过文件解析器 从 XML格式的时间编排表中读取出相应字段, 字段的内容即为文件播发信 息。
用户接口单元, 与控制单元连接, 用于接收用户对待下载文件的选择, 通知控制单元用户选择的待下载文件。
控制单元, 还与播发信息展示单元和文件下载单元连接, 用于在获知用 户选择的待下载文件后, 判断用户所选择的待下载文件是否已订购, 如果已 订购, 从播发信息展示单元读取待下载文件的播发信息, 并保存到文件下载 设置表中, 并根据该文件下载设置表中保存的每个待下载文件的播发信息中 包含的播发开始时间, 相应地配置并启动一定时器, 定时器定时结束时间为 对应的待下载文件的播发开始时间, 在定时器定时结束时, 调用文件下载单 元; 如果未订购, 提示用户所选择的待下载文件未订购, 需到运营商处订购, 同时将该文件显示为不能选择。
另外, 控制单元也可以不釆用定时器, 而是每隔一个时间周期(如 1秒) 扫描一次文件下载设置表, 当到达某一待下载文件的播发开始时间时, 调用 文件下载单元。
控制单元可通过查询 CA卡或者 SIM卡上的移动多媒体广播权限信息来 判断用户是否订购了某文件。
文件下载单元, 还与存储单元连接, 用于在控制单元的调用下, 将待下 载文件下载到存储单元。
本实施方式的装置中的各功能单元的其它功能请参考方法内容的描述。 尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人员 将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当不限 于上述实施例。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性 本发明基于时间编排表为用户提供选择, 并在用户所选文件的播发时间 进行文件下载, 使得用户在使用移动多媒体广播业务时, 不需要人工干预即 可完成文件下载, 省去了用户的大量手动操作, 改善了用户的业务体验, 本 发明的方法适用于各种移动多媒体广播系统, 很多移动多媒体广播系统为了 充分利用网络资源, 通常在晚上网络比较空闲的时候播发文件, 用户在订购 文件后, 终端可自行下载相应的文件, 无需用户参与, 不会影响用户的休息。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种文件下载的方法, 应用于移动多媒体广播系统中, 该方法包括: 客户端向用户展示播发信息, 供用户选择待下载文件; 以及
所述客户端接收用户对所述待下载文件的选择, 读取用户选择的待下载 文件的播发信息, 并在所述待下载文件的播发信息中包含的播发开始时间到 达时, 将所述待下载文件下载到本地。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述客户端向用户展示播发信息的 步骤包括:
所述客户端从所接收到的电子节目指南中提取出时间编排表, 并从该时 间编排表中提取出播发信息, 生成定制界面, 在该定制界面中将所提取出的 播发信息展示给所述用户。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述客户端读取用户选择的待下载 文件的播发信息的步骤包括:
所述用户在所述定制界面上根据所展示的播发信息选择待下载文件后, 所述客户端从所提取出的播发信息中, 读取出所述用户所选择的待下载文件 的播发信息, 并保存到文件下载设置表中。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述客户端在所述播发开始时间到 达时, 将所述待下载文件下载到本地的步骤包括:
所述客户端根据所述文件下载设置表中保存的每个待下载文件的播发信 息中包含的播发开始时间, 相应地配置并启动一定时器, 所述定时器的定时 结束时间为对应的待下载文件的播发开始时间; 以及
在所述定时器定时结束时, 所述客户端调用文件下载单元, 并切换到相 应待下载文件的播发信道上, 将该待下载文件下载到本地。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述客户端在将所述用户所选择的 待下载文件的播发信息保存到文件下载设置表中之前, 该方法还包括:
所述客户端判断该用户是否已订购所选择的待下载文件, 如果是, 则执 行所述将该用户所选择的待下载文件的播发信息保存到所述文件下载设置表 中的步骤; 如果否, 则提示所述用户所选择的待下载文件未订购。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中,
所述客户端判断该用户是否已订购所选择的待下载文件的步骤包括: 所 述客户端通过查询认证授权卡或客户识别模块卡上的移动多媒体广播权限信 息判断所述用户是否已订购所选择的待下载文件。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述客户端在所述播发开始时间, 将所述待下载文件下载到本地的步骤包括:
所述客户端每隔一个时间周期扫描所述文件下载设置表, 当到达所述待 下载文件的播发开始时间时, 调用文件下载单元, 并切换到相应待下载文件 的播发信道上, 将该待下载文件下载到本地。
8、 一种文件下载的装置, 应用于移动多媒体广播系统中, 该装置包括: 控制单元、 播发信息展示单元、 文件下载单元、 用户接口单元和存储单元, 其中:
所述播发信息展示单元设置为: 保存播发信息, 并向用户展示该播发信 息, 供用户选择待下载文件;
所述用户接口单元, 与所述控制单元连接, 其设置为: 接收用户对所述 待下载文件的选择, 通知所述控制单元所述用户选择的待下载文件;
所述控制单元, 与所述用户接口单元、 所述播发信息展示单元和所述文 件下载单元连接, 其设置为: 在获知所述用户选择的待下载文件后, 从所述 播发信息展示单元读取所述待下载文件的播发信息, 在所述待下载文件的播 发信息中包含的播发开始时间到达时, 调用所述文件下载单元;
所述文件下载单元, 与所述控制单元和所述存储单元连接, 其设置为: 在所述控制单元的调用下, 将所述待下载文件下载到所述存储单元。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述播发信息展示单元是设置为以 如下方式向用户展示播发信息: 从所接收到的电子节目指南中提取出时间编排表, 并从该时间编排表中 提取出播发信息, 生成定制界面, 在该定制界面中将所提取出的播发信息展 示给所述用户。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述控制单元是设置为以如下方 式在所述待下载文件的播发信息中包含的播发开始时间到达时, 调用所述文 件下载单元:
从所述播发信息展示单元读取出所述待下载文件的播发信息后, 将该播 发信息保存到文件下载设置表中, 并根据该文件下载设置表中保存的每个待 下载文件的播发信息中包含的播发开始时间, 相应地配置并启动一定时器, 所述定时器的定时结束时间为对应的待下载文件的播发开始时间; 在所述定 时器定时结束时, 调用所述文件下载单元。
