Description

男性器用マッサージ具
　この発明は、男性器を過度に刺激することなく性行為に近い適度な性感をもって射精に導くことを目的とした男性器用マッサージ具に関するものである。
　従来、いわゆるジョークグッズとして販売されている男性器用マッサージ具は、性感の増幅を目的として女性器にはない過度の刺激を与えるものが大半であった。また、この種マッサージ具は一見してそれと分かるような態様であるため、購入や使用に抵抗感をもたらすものであった。
　これに対して、ＡＩＤＳ（後天性免疫不全症候群）の拡散防止という見地等から男性の不可避な性的欲求を速やかに、且つ、抵抗感のない状態で自己処理させるため、使用時のみ本体を空気や温水などで膨らませることができる伸縮バッグ式の男性器用マッサージ具も提案されている（特許文献１～３）。こうした伸縮バッグ式のものは、未使用時に扁平となり、小さく折り畳むこともできるため、保管や廃棄の際にもプライバシーが守られやすい。

　ところで、近年、少子化傾向が社会的問題となっており、一因として男性側の機能不全が挙げられる。その中でも、本発明者は、明確に治療方法が確立されていない射精障害に着目するものである。ここで射精障害とは、性行為時に女性器内で射精に至らない、あるいは受精が困難な程度に射精に勢いがない症状をいう。こうした射精障害は、男性側の問題でありながら、男女ともに性的コンプレックスをもたらし、結果的にＥＤ（勃起不全）に発展したり、セックスレスに繋がるケースもある。
　そして、この射精障害は２０～３０代の健康な男性にも見られ、その原因として、上述したようなジョークグッズを用いた過度な刺激あるいは高頻度で行う自慰行為を挙げることができる。即ち、こうした行き過ぎた自慰行為は、日常化すれば、粘膜が皮膚化して性感が鈍り、強い刺激に対する慣れも生じて、女性器内での射精障害になるものと考えられる。
　これに対して、特許文献１～３で提案されるような伸縮バッグ式のマッサージ具によれば、空気等の注入量によって圧迫力や摩擦力を適度なものに調整できるが、男性器を挿入する穴の内壁が平滑であるため、逆に刺激が弱く、射精に至りにくいという課題がある。
　本発明は上述した課題に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とするところは、使用に抵抗感が少なく、また性行為に似た正しい性感という見地から適度な刺激を持って射精に導くことができる男性器用マッサージ具を提供することである。
　上述した目的を達成するために本発明では、蛇腹構造の樹脂製外筒の内部に該外筒の一方開口を封止して中心軸に沿って男性器が挿入可能な柔軟なエラストマの内筒を挿通すると共に、前記内筒の先端側には前記外筒の他方開口の口縁を弁座として弾性的に着座する弁体部を備え、前記外筒の伸長と連動して前記内筒の弁体部を前記弁座から離脱可能とするという手段を用いた。この手段において、外筒は、軸方向に伸縮自在な蛇腹構造を有して、これを伸長させることにより容積増大（膨張）に伴って他方開口から外気を取り込む吸気ポンプとして機能すると共に、マッサージ時には持ち手として機能する。これに対して、内筒は、男性器を挿入して、スライドさせるなどの操作により、男性器に摩擦や圧迫等の刺激を付与するマッサージ体として機能する。なお、本発明において、内筒の素材をいう「エラストマ」は、少なくともゴム、樹脂を含む概念である。この内筒は、外筒を伸長させたときに先端側の弁体部が外筒の他方開口の口縁（弁座）から離脱して、外筒の吸気動作を可能とする。一方、伸長前後に拘わらず、外筒が静止状態にあれば、前記弁体部は内筒の弾性力により外筒の弁座に着座して、外筒の気密状態を保持する。そして、外筒に気体を封入した状態では、その内圧によって内筒が圧迫されるため、内筒に男性器を密に挿入することができる。また、男性器を内筒に挿入するにしたがい、内筒が挿入口から先端側に向かって徐々に押し広げられ、外筒の内圧も高まっていき、結果、男性器の挿入深さに応じて男性器に対する圧迫力が変化する。これと並行して、外筒を握る力を変えることでも外筒の内圧が変化するため、男性器に対する圧迫力等を使用者自身が随時調整することができる。
　また、本マッサージ具では、従来のものと同様、男性器に潤滑剤（ローション）を塗布した上で使用することを予定している。これに鑑み、内筒の男性器を挿入する部分は、その内面形状を波形や蛇腹、または螺旋状に形成して、男性器に塗布した潤滑剤がその凹部に滞留可能とすることが好ましい。
　さらに、内筒は挿入口のみが開口する肉厚のコンドーム様に形成することが好ましいが、そうすると男性器の挿入時やマッサージ時に不用意に空気を取り込んでしまうことがある。空気を取り込んだままマッサージを行うと、この空気が内筒に形成した挿入口から漏れ、このとき異音が発生することがある。この異音は使用者のその気を阻害するものである。そこで、本発明では、内筒に内部から外部に向かう方向にのみ開弁する逆止弁を設け、内筒内部の空気を外筒側に排気するようにした。当該手段によれば、男性器の挿入時に内筒に入り込んだ空気が逆止弁を介して外筒側に移行されるため、挿入口での異音の発生を抑制できると共に、前記空気の移行に伴い外筒の内圧が高まる結果、男性器に対する圧迫力も高まる。
　ところで、本マッサージ具は外筒が蛇腹構造であるため、未使用時には圧縮により全長を小さくすることができる。従って、保管の便に供することができる。さらに、このコンパクトな圧縮状態を確実に保持するため、本発明では、外筒の他方開口にネック部を設け、このネック部にカップ体を一体的に設ける一方、このカップ体と接合可能なキャップ体を別体に備え、これらカップ体とキャップ体の内部に外筒および内筒を圧縮した状態に収容可能とした。
　なお、内筒は、柔軟なエラストマを素材とするため、従来の伸縮バッグのようなフィルム製に比べれば、肌触りがよいうえ、男性器の密着度も高くすることができる。さらに、その感触やアレルギー反応等を考慮すれば、より適度な柔軟性と、肌に対して低刺激性を有するシリコーンゴムを素材することが好ましい。ただし、その他の弾性および伸縮性を有する素材であっても、男性器のマッサージに支障がないものは、本発明に含む。
　本発明のマッサージ具によれば、使用前は外筒を圧縮した状態に保管できると共に、内筒は常に外筒に収容されているため、一見しては男性器のマッサージ具と判断しにくく、購入や使用に抵抗感が小さく、プライバシーも守られやすい。また、外筒を伸長するだけで簡単に使用状態とすることができ、内筒との間に形成される圧力調整室のクッション作用によって内筒による男性器への圧迫度も変化させることができる。従って、刺激が過剰とならず、適度な圧迫感および摩擦抵抗によって射精に導くことができる。また、外筒の伸長を停止するとほぼ同時に内筒の弁体部が着座し、それ以降は、さらに外筒を伸長しない限り、外筒の吸気動作が不可となる。このため、再度の圧縮が不可能となって、使用者は使い捨てるしかなく、不用意な転用を防止し、衛生面にも配慮した構造である。
　さらに、内筒の内面形状を潤滑剤が滞留可能なものとしたので、男性器に塗布した潤滑剤が内筒の挿入口から無駄に排出されることがなく、マッサージ中に潤滑剤を塗布し直すという面倒もない。さらに、このような内面形状によって、男性器との接触面が複雑になるため、男性器への刺激も良好なものとすることができる。また、内筒に逆止弁を設けたので、もし、内筒に空気が入り込んだとしても、この空気は外筒側に排気されるから、挿入口からの排気音によってマッサージ中の気分を阻害することがないうえ、当該排気によって外筒の内圧が高まり、これを男性器の圧迫力とすることができる。なお、この逆止弁は、気体のみならずジェル体や液体も排出することが可能なため、内筒に滞留した潤滑剤のうち余剰分を外筒側に排出することもできる。
　さらにまた、外筒のネック部側に一体に取り付けられるカップ体は、外筒を伸長させるときの持ち手として機能し、圧縮状態からすぐに使用状態とすることができると共に、前記カップ体とキャップ体とで収容容器を構成したため、使用前の圧縮状態を確実に保持し、且つ、中身のプライバシーも保護する。

　以下、本発明の好ましい実施の形態を添付した図面に従って説明する。図１は、本発明の一実施形態にかかるマッサージ具の外観図であって、その概略は、胴部１ａを長さ方向に伸縮自在な蛇腹構造とした外筒１の内部に内筒２が収容されると共に、前記外筒１の一方端にはカップ体３を一体に備え、さらに、このカップ体３と接合可能なキャップ体４を別体に備える。カップ体３およびキャップ体４は、その外周および内周に回転によって係合する係合溝３ａおよび係合突起４ａが形成されており、両者３・４の接合体を収容容器として、使用前の本マッサージ具を圧縮状態で収容可能としたものである。なお、カップ体３とキャップ体４の接合構造は、上述した係合突起３ａおよび係合溝４ａの組合せに限定されず、ネジ接合構造であってもよい。ここでキャップ体４は、別体に備え、本マッサージ具を使用前に収容するときに使用する以外、マッサージには使用しない。一方、カップ体３は外筒１に対して後述するジョイントとの嵌め殺しにより一体とされ、該カップ体３は本マッサージ具を圧縮状態から使用状態とする際、外筒１を伸長するための持ち手としても機能する。ただし、これらカップ体３およびキャップ体４はマッサージ機能をもたらすものではないため、任意に採用することができる選択的な構成である。
　そこで、図２・３に従って、本発明のより本質的な構成に重点をおいて説明する。図２は使用状態の断面図、図３は使用状態とするために外筒１を伸長した状態の断面図を示し、これらの図において、１は上述のように胴部１ａを蛇腹構造とした外筒であって、比較的柔軟な合成樹脂によって成型される。この外筒１の両端は何れも開口しており、その一方開口（図面上、下側）は環状溝１ｂを周設した内向きフランジ部１ｃを有し、この内向きフランジ部１ｃを胴部１ａ等よりも肉厚に形成している。一方、外筒１の他方開口（図面上、上側）は、後述するように吸気口１ｄとして機能する。そして、本実施形態では、この吸気口１ｄ（他方開口）に外側に向かって二段に縮径する円筒状のネック部１ｅ・１ｆを胴部１ａと一体的に突成している。こうしたネック部のうち、下段の大径側ネック部１ｅは、その内部が外気を吸気する際の吸気路として機能し、上段の小径側ネック部１ｆはカップ体３および内筒２の連結部２ｅの連結部として機能する。
　次に、２は内筒であって、肉厚なコンドーム様に形成された男性器の挿入部２ａを備える。この内筒２は、弾力性と伸縮性とを備え、人体の使用に適する柔軟なエラストマによって成型することができ、具体的な素材としてシリコーンゴムを例示することができるが、これに限定するものではない。内筒２の挿入部２ａは外筒１の一方開口から中心軸に沿って外筒１の内部に挿通される。挿入部２ａの底面側（図面上、下側）には男性器の挿入口２ｂが形成され、該挿入口２ｂの周囲には外筒１の内向きフランジ部１ｃを巻き込んで（抱き込んで）、外筒１の一方開口を封止可能に環状溝１ｂに嵌合するシール部２ｃを形成している。さらにこのシール部２ｃは、その外側から巻回する締め付けリング５によって前記環状溝１ｂに固定され、めくれ等によってシール部２ｃが環状溝１ｂから外れることを防止している。一方、挿入部２ａの先端側（図面上、上側）は閉塞しており、該先端側の外周面を径方向にやや肉厚に膨成して、常態で外筒１の内部から吸気口１ｄを弾性的に閉止可能な弁体部２ｄを構成している。即ち、吸気口１ｄの口縁は弁体部２ｄが着座する弁座として機能する。さらに、挿入部２ａの頂部には外筒１の小径側ネック部１ｆの内部に突出する連結部２ｅを延成しており、この連結部２ｅには挿通孔２ｆが貫設されている。
　続いて、６は外筒１の小径側ネック部１ｆに環装するリング状のジョイントであって、小径側ネック部１ｆの口縁フランジ１ｇが抜け止めとなって、当該小径側ネック部１ｆに連結されるものである。また、このジョイント６は、その中心孔に、内筒２の連結部２ｅに形成した挿通孔２ｆに挿通する挿通ピン６ａを備え、この挿通ピン６ａを前記挿通孔２ｆに挿通することで、小径側ネック部１ｆと内筒２の連結部２ｅとを連結している。なお、このジョイント６は、挿通ピン６ａを連結可能に二分割した構成であり、組み付け時には小径側ネック部１ｆを両側から挟み込みつつ、挿通ピン６ａを前記連結部２ｅの挿通孔２ｆに挿通した後、当該分割部材を繋ぎ合わせることで図のようなジョイント６を構成している。
　上述した構成のマッサージ具について、その使用方法と共に作用効果を説明すると、先ず、外筒１と内筒２とは、互いの上下がジョイント６および締め付けリング５によって固定されているため、外筒１を伸長すれば、柔軟性素材からなる内筒２の挿入部２ａも追従して長さ方向に伸長する（図３参照）。該内筒２の伸長に伴って先端側に形成した弁体部１ｄが外筒１の吸気口１ｄから離脱する方向に移動することによって、または／および内筒２が縮径方向に弾性変形することによって、前記弁体部１ｄが外筒１の吸気口１ｄから離脱して該吸気口１ｄを開口する。すると、外筒１のポンプ作用によって、その伸長に伴う容積増加分だけ図面上の矢印Ａおよび矢印Ｂの順を辿って吸気を行う。そして、外筒１の伸長を静止すれば、外筒１および／または内筒２の弾性復元力によって、または／および全体が若干、圧縮することによって、再度、弁体部１ｄが吸気口１ｄを閉止して、外筒１を伸長（膨張）した状態に保持する（図２参照）。なお、伸長後の内筒２の長さが不足する場合は、再度、外筒１を伸長することで、長さ調整を行うことができる。
　このように外筒１の伸長操作によって長さ調整が終了すれば、挿入口２ｂから適宜潤滑剤を塗布した男性器を内筒２に挿入する。そして、外筒１を手で持って軸方向にスライドさせることにより、男性器を内筒２に出し入れ等してマッサージすることができる。このとき、男性器を挿入するにしたがって内筒２は挿入口２ｂから先端側に向かって徐々に押し広げられる。外筒１は密封状態であるため、内筒２が押し広げられる分、外筒１の内圧が高まることになる。したがって、男性器を深く挿入するほど、男性器を強く圧迫することになる。このように本発明によれば、内筒２に対する男性器の出し入れ（内筒２に対する挿入深さ）に応じて、外筒１の内圧が変化することになり、結果、マッサージ中に男性器に対する圧迫力が変化する。これは、実際の性行為における女性器（膣）の動きに類するから、刺激が過剰にならず、より性行為に似た性感によって男性器を射精へと導くことができる。これと並行して、外筒１の内圧は、外筒１を握る力を変えることによっても変化させることができ、使用者は所望の締め付け力でマッサージを行うことができる。
　ここで、本実施形態では、内筒２の挿入部２ｂの胴部形状を、外筒１の胴部１ａと同様、蛇腹状としているため、その凹凸が男性器に適度な刺激を与える。また、内面側の凹部２ｇには男性器に塗布した潤滑剤が滞留するため、該潤滑剤が挿入口２ｂから無駄に漏洩することがない。なお、内筒２の内面形状は、上述した蛇腹状の他、潤滑剤が滞留可能な形状であれば螺旋状や波状であってもよく、さらにこのような内面形状とすること自体、任意に採用する選択的事項である。
　さらに、本実施形態では、内筒２の一部（先端側）に、内部から外部に向かう一方向のみ開弁する逆止弁２ｈを設けている。この実施形態における逆止弁２ｈは、内筒２の一部を成形時に外側に突出させ、該突出部の先端にスリットを形成した所謂ダックビル弁である。このような逆止弁２ｈを構成することで、内筒２の内部に入り込んだ空気、また余剰の潤滑剤を外筒１側に排出することができる。ただし、逆止弁２ｈの構成は所謂ダックビル弁に限定されず、また、逆止弁２ｈを設けること自体、任意の選択択的事項である。
　このようにしてマッサージを行った後は、本マッサージ具を再び元の圧縮状態に戻すことはできない。外筒１は、その吸気口１ｄが内筒２の弁体部２ｄによって閉止された密封状態にあり、外筒１を圧縮することではこの密封状態を解除することができないからである。従って、本マッサージ具は、基本的には使い捨てることで衛生面を確保し、且つ、他人への不用意な転用を防止して、病気の伝染等を回避している。ただし、本マッサージ具を使用後に洗浄して衛生的に保管し、再度、同一人が使用することを完全に排除するものではない。
　本発明のマッサージ具は、正しい性感という見地から射精障害を予防する他、性行為の擬似的な事前体験や、体が不自由な者に対する性介護にも利用することができる。

Claims (5)

  1. 蛇腹構造の樹脂製外筒の内部に該外筒の一方開口を封止して中心軸に沿って男性器が挿入可能な柔軟なエラストマの内筒を挿通すると共に、前記内筒の先端側には前記外筒の他方開口の口縁を弁座として弾性的に着座する弁体部を備え、前記外筒の伸長と連動して前記内筒の弁体部を前記弁座から離脱可能としたことを特徴とした男性器用マッサージ具。
  2. 内筒は、男性器に塗布した潤滑剤が滞留可能な内面形状である請求項１記載の男性器用マッサージ具。
  3. 内筒は、先端側に内部から外部に向かう方向にのみ開弁する逆止弁を備えた請求項１または２記載の男性器用マッサージ具。
  4. 外筒の他方開口にネック部を設け、このネック部にカップ体を一体的に設ける一方、このカップ体と接合可能なキャップ体を別体に備え、これらカップ体とキャップ体の内部に外筒および内筒を圧縮した状態に収容可能とした請求項１、２または３記載の男性器用マッサージ具。
  5. 内筒は、シリコーンゴム製である請求項１から４のうち何れか一項記載の男性器用マッサージ具。
