Abstract

La présente invention concerne un composant polymère d'interconnexion optique (POI) comprenant une partie transmettant la lumière ayant une épaisseur d'au plus 3 mm et permettant une transmission de la lumière d'au moins 60 %, mesurés par le procédé selon l'ASTM D1003A, le composant POI consistant en une composition polymère thermoplastique présentant une température de fusion (Tm-C) d'au moins 260 °C et une enthalpie de fusion d'au moins 20 J/g, la composition polymère thermoplastique comprenant un matériau polymère comprenant un polyamide semi-aromatique semi-cristallin (A) en une quantité d'au moins 50 % en poids et présentant une température de fusion (Tm-A) d'au moins 260 °C, la quantité en % en poids et l'enthalpie de fusion en J/g sont données par rapport au poids total du matériau polymère.
