Abstract

The walls of the swimming pool according to the invention include a series of solid wood or plywood boards stacked and assembled together by means of threaded studs that join matching drill holes made in the boards, assembled from the bottom (ground) to the top (rim of the swimming pool), the studs thereof being longitudinally aligned and spaced out along the stacked boards of each wall. Of the plurality of stacked boards that make up each wall of the swimming pool, one or more pairs of stacked and assembled boards have, on the opposite surfaces thereof, a series of matching longitudinal or transverse recesses or channels which house the longitudinal pipes and bends that accommodate the swimming pool water circulation and illumination elements to the swimming pool basin.

Solid wood or laminated pool. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is a pool of solid or laminated wood, constructed of planks, beams or similar solid or laminated, which are superimposed and assembled together, whose pool is mountable indoors and outdoors. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The world of the pool is very varied, there are pools built on site, that is, brick and cement basically, also based on certain polymers or fiberglass using corresponding molds, and on metal plates. But, in general, the currently existing ones require some dimensions and some works of previous leveling of the land, and others, which significantly increases its cost. The known wooden pools, have the problem that for the walls to withstand water pressure and maintain stability, the walls have to have a polygonal contour, for example, an octagon, with angles greater than 90 °, require buttresses, which implies more work and materials, and with it an increase in costs.

In addition, the fiber and metallic pools have the disadvantage of the size to have access to the place of placement, since in many cases access is difficult. On the contrary, the pool of the present invention allows the use of any uneven terrain, and any terrain, from a minimum surface, and any configuration that has the same, and has a highly ecological nature.

Also, the wooden pool of the present invention, due to the structure of the walls is very solid and does not need buttresses, the pool walls can be found at 90 °, for example in the form of a rectangle or square. In addition, it does not present problems of access of the boards to the construction site of the pool.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The inventors themselves and holders of the present invention relating to a swimming pool are also those of previous inventions that are related to the present swimming pool.

Thus, the inventors are holders of the following Spanish patents n ° 200500631 which has as its object "System of assembly of boards for the formation of structures" that allows to carry out the construction of any structure; No. 200502342 which aims at "System of construction of walls for the formation of deposits and the like", and No. 200701239 which aims at "System of construction of removable planters and the like".

The aforementioned previous patents of the same inventors and holders as the present invention, have patented a system (called "ROIPE System") for the construction of walls or walls for any application, including media such as deposits or others, that may contain liquids, especially water.

As indicated in the present description, claims and designs, in the construction of the walls or walls of the pool the same construction system mentioned is used, but the present invention has technical and special characteristics, in the construction of the object pool of it, which do not present the known pools. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention solves the problems of construction of the known pools, by means of the cited system of the inventors, and provides an ecological pool, constructed of solid or laminated wood, based on planks, beams and similar solid or laminated, worked one by one , and that gets a high quality pool.

The pool of the present invention is constructed by means of the aforementioned "ROIPE system", based on superimposed planks and assembled together, by means of studs or similar arranged spaced apart that the superimposed planks are strung from bottom to top and fixed together by tightening by two sets of nuts and / or plates / washers and the like, superiorly and inferiorly, and distributed in intermediate positions, whose planks can be disposed to breakers, that is, according to the length of the plank or wall to be constructed, without being limited wall construction to match or not the butt joints of the consecutive planks horizontally.

Therefore, the planks assembled with tightening form the corresponding preferably vertical continuous wall, whose studs or the like have a length corresponding to the height of the wall and when the length is less than the height of the wall, it is carried out by prolongation by axial coupling of several sections or by sections of studs arranged at different levels and, if necessary, out of phase, at whose ends the corresponding nuts and clamping washers are attached, whose rows of superimposed and assembled planks, the lower row is arranged directly on the ground, or directly on a concrete slab, or directly on a concrete slab made on the ground with the asparagus embedded / anchored in said concrete slab, from whose bottom row the corresponding wall is formed by strung the overlapping planks in the studs in spaced position, so that the planks of each Wall and planks of all the walls that form the contour of the pool are "sewn" forming a unique and strong joint. The pool can incorporate a lateral staircase (ES), and an internal access (ES) to the stainless steel vessel (V).

The pool of the present invention is constructed of solid or laminated wood, whose planks, beams or similar elements that form the walls are solid or laminated.

The water circulation of the wooden pool object of the present invention is the usual one, so that the upper or skimmer (14) and lower (18) suckers suck the water from the pool and send it through the pipes (11 ) and (12) to the respective conduits (15) to subject the water to the corresponding filtration, UV, etc. treatments, in the mechanisms found in the cabinet (17), and after treatment, the water is sent by means of the corresponding pump through the conduits (15) appropriate to the pipes (11) and (12), from which the impellers (16) direct the water into the pool vessel (V), and a new cycle begins .

The invention, within its essentiality, can be carried out in other embodiments that differ only in detail from that indicated by way of example only, to which the protection sought will also be achieved. So, this wooden pool can be manufactured in any shape and size, with the most appropriate means and materials and with the most convenient accessories, the component elements being able to be replaced by other technically equivalent ones, as all of this falls within the spirit of the claims.

Claims
