本发明涉及一种新型的伞骨架,一种以全新方式连接构造的伞骨架。
现行的伞骨架,无一例外的都是从主伞杆连接伞骨,整个伞骨架只有一个中心点,因而基本上所有的伞的造型都是圆盖形,或这种形状的近似,要想设计新的伞面造型显然基本上是不可能的,因为只能围绕一个中心进行伞骨连接。本发明专利申请则是完全突破了这种限制。
当然要实现本发明申请中的技术功能,还需要涉及先前申请的200610151913.9,本发明需要使用到其中的新型连接件。
发明内容本发明由于并不是所有的伞骨都从主伞杆连接,由此就能形成若干个中心点,伞面中心部分的伞骨连接全部呈正方形,当然也可以斜向连接而是非正方形,不过这样构造起来比较复杂,且中间部分也不是太需要这种方向的连接。本发明中心技术为:从主伞杆连接横向和纵向垂直的四根主伞骨,当然伞骨是由'X'形伸缩节和伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节组成的。然后每根主伞骨上又垂直连接支伞骨,支伞骨与支伞骨也相互连接。这样伞骨架的主体结构就形成了。

具体实施方式在可以选的造型中,选择了ZL200630124971.3的造型设计,要实现这样的伞面,其具体方式为在主伞杆(1),上下滑套(2),滑套上相当于伞巢的铰接孔(3),'X'形伸缩节(4),伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节(10),新型连接件(5,6)的基础上这种新型的基于自由造型并全折叠功能的伞骨架的构成方式为:主伞杆只连接分别属于横向和纵向的四根主伞骨(7),一个方向即横向(或纵向)的主伞骨的'X'伸缩节间的连接处用新型连接件(5)连接另一个方向即纵向(或横向)的支伞骨(8),相交叉的支伞骨也以新型连接件(5)连接(9),这样主伞杆上依次的两主伞骨(7)与主伞骨(7)之间,由于有与其各自相连的支伞骨(8),并且两个支伞骨(8)之间也相连接,各伞骨再按各自的方向以相同的连接方式延伸,就形成了形状相同的正方形网络化伞骨连接结构(图1)。
对于'X'形伸缩节,整个伞骨架是以标准的正方形单位组合而成的,要实现完全充分的折叠功能,由于主伞杆及伞滑套要占用一定的空间,这样就把整个骨架的各正方形间的间距拉大了,而新型连接件又只能是其两端的长度可以调整,其中间铰接的两'X'形伸缩节端部间的长度不能调整,为了形成标准的正方形结构,当与主杆相连主伞骨的'X'形伸缩节与其伞骨方向的垂直方向同一排的支伞骨'X'形伸缩节的长度不一样时,主伞骨的'X'形伸缩节的端部长度可以调整(10)。
对于处于伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节(11),当这种可以自由调节长度的伸缩节但因伞面需要其长度不足其半长伞骨杆(12)时,可以将上下半长伞骨杆各自多余长度但不长度能大于半长伞骨杆(12)的一半的伞杆反向即主伞杆的方向铰接(13)(图4)。
对于处于伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节(11)和新型连接件(6)由于伞面特殊造型的需要,可以以新型连接件(6)斜向铰接'y'形伸缩节(图5)。
对于这个新型的伞骨架结构所需要用到的新型连接件(5,6),由于在已经公开的相关专利申请即200610151913.9中这种连接件的组成部分的连接方式并没有给出比较清楚的说明,在此明确一下,其具体的连接方式既可以以螺丝方式连接(14),也可以以粘接剂粘接的方式连接(15)。

Claims (4)

1.一种新型的基于自由造型并全折叠功能的伞骨架设计,包括主伞杆(1),上下滑套(2),滑套上相当于伞巢的铰接孔(3),'X'形伸缩节(4),伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节(10),新型连接件(5,6),其特征在于,主伞杆只连接分别属于横向和纵向的四根主伞骨(7),一个方向即横向(或纵向)的主伞骨的'X'伸缩节间的连接处用新型连接件(5)连接另一个方向即纵向(或横向)的支伞骨(8),相交叉的支伞骨也以新型连接件(5)连接(9),这样主伞杆上依次的两主伞骨(7)与主伞骨(7)之间,由于有与其各自相连的支伞骨(8),并且两个支伞骨(8)之间也相连接,各伞骨再按各自的方向以相同的连接方式延伸,就形成了形状相同的正方形网络化伞骨连接结构(图1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的'X'形伸缩节,其特征在于,当与主杆相连主伞骨的'X'形伸缩节与其伞骨方向的垂直方向同一排的支伞骨'X'形伸缩节的长度不一样时,主伞骨的'X'形伸缩节的端部长度可以调整(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的处于伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节(11),其特征在于,可以将上下半长伞骨杆各自多余长度但不长度能大于半长伞骨杆(12)的一半的伞杆反向即主伞杆的方向铰接(13)(图4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的处于伞骨末端的'y'形伸缩节(11)和新型连接件(6),其特征在于,由于伞面特殊造型的需要,可以以新型连接件(6)斜向铰接'y'形伸缩节(图5)。
