现有螺旋水冷壁传力吊带装置的底部固定有多个梳形板,螺旋段管子与梳形 板焊接固定, 同时大刀板固定在吊带装置顶端的侧边。梳形板的数量及间距根据 应力分析来确定,一般情况下, 为了达到应有的效果需要大量的梳形板。 以上结 构的缺点是: 1 ) 由于数量众多与螺旋段管子焊接, 增加了螺旋段管子的拉裂危 险, 从而导致重大生产事故; 2 ) 由于大刀板固定在吊带装置顶端的侧边, 没有 可供大刀板左右偏差的余量, 因此吸收制造误差的能力较差。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种即能减少螺旋段管子的拉裂危险又能吸收制 造误差的螺旋水冷壁传力吊带装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种螺旋水冷壁传力吊带 装置,其特征在于, 包括吊带板, 在吊带板底部与螺旋段管子接触处设有至少一 块塞块, 塞块与螺旋段管子相啮合, 在吊带板的顶部端面上设有大刀板。
吊带板负责传递螺旋段管子的载荷;大刀板负责把螺旋段管子的载荷传递至 垂直段管子;塞块与螺旋段管子相啮合,避免了与螺旋段管子焊接连接而导致螺 旋段管子存在潜在的拉裂危险, 同时由于塞块与管子密切啮合, 能够强化吊带板 与螺旋段管子同冷同热;将大刀板设于吊带板的顶部端面,给大刀板提供了左右 偏差的余量, 因此吸收制造误差的能力较强。
由此可见, 本实用新型的优点是: 螺旋段管子不存在潜在的拉裂危险, 同时 吸收制造误差的能力较强。 附图说明
