Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gleichstrommotor, welcher einen Stator mit einem Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Rotors und eine Magnetfelderzeugungseinrichtung enthält, mit welcher ein rotierendes magnetisches Multipolfeld erzeugbar ist. Weiterhin enthält der Gleichstrommotor eine drehbar gelagerte Welle, welche den Rotor trägt und einen Grundkörper, welcher mit der Welle drehfest verbunden ist, wobei der Grundkörper eine Mehrzahl von Ausnehmungen aufweist. In den Ausnehmungen des Grundkörpers ist eine Mehrzahl von Permanentmagneten angeordnet, wobei die Form der Ausnehmungen zur Form der Permanentmagneten komplementär ist und die Permanentmagneten mindestens eine gekrümmte Außenkontur aufweisen.

Beschreibung
GLEICHSTROMMOTOR
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gleichstrommotor, welcher einen Stator mit einem Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Rotors und eine Magnetfelderzeugungseinrichtung enthält, mit welcher ein rotierendes magnetisches Multipolfeld erzeugbar ist. Weiterhin enthält der Gleichstrommotor eine drehbar gelagerte Welle, welche den Rotor trägt und einen Grundkörper, welcher mit der Welle drehfest verbunden ist, wobei der Grundkörper eine Mehrzahl von Aus- nehmungen aufweist. In den Ausnehmungen des Grundkörpers ist eine Mehrzahl von Permanentmagneten angeordnet, wobei die Form der Ausnehmungen zur Form der Permanentmagneten komplementär ist.
Stand der Technik
Aus der DE 19915664 A1 ist eine elektrische Maschine mit einem Stator und einem aus einem Blechstapel gebildeten Rotor bekannt. Der Rotor weist dabei längliche Ausnehmungen auf, in welche quaderförmige Permanentmagnete eingesetzt werden können, um ein magnetisches Multipolfeld zu erzeugen. Bei Betrieb des Gleichstrommotors koppelt das magnetische Feld des Rotors an ein rotierendes magnetisches Feld, welches mit elektromagnetischen Spulen des Stators erzeugt wird. Dadurch wird auch der Rotor in Rotation versetzt und gibt ein Drehmoment ab.
Um ein hohes nutzbares Drehmoment bereitzustellen, muss eine große
Feldstärke im Luftspalt zwischen Rotor und Stator bereitgestellt werden. Dazu werden gemäß dem Stand der Technik die Permanentmagnete möglichst nahe an der Umfangsfläche des Rotors platziert. Dadurch steht an der Umfangsfläche nur noch ein schmaler Steg zur Verfügung, welcher die quaderförmigen Permanentmagnete entgegen der wirkenden Zentripetalkraft im Rotor festhält.
Die über diesen Steg übertragbare Haltekraft begrenzt somit die maximal zulässige Drehzahl des Rotors.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Gleichstrommotor bereitzustellen, welcher ein vergleichbares
Drehmoment bereitzustellen vermag und eine gegenüber dem Stand der Technik verbesserte Drehzahlfestigkeit aufweist.
Offenbarung der Erfindung
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch einen Gleichstrommotor gelöst, welcher einen Stator mit einem Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Rotors und eine Magnetfelderzeugungseinrichtung enthält, mit welcher ein rotierendes magnetisches Multipolfeld erzeugbar ist. Weiterhin enthält der vorgeschlagene Gleichstrommotor eine drehbar gelagerte Welle, welche den Rotor trägt. Dieser enthält einen Grundkörper, welcher mit der Welle drehfest verbunden ist, wobei der Grundkörper eine Mehrzahl von Ausnehmungen aufweist. In den Ausnehmungen des Grundkörpers ist eine Mehrzahl von Permanentmagneten angeordnet, wobei die Form der Ausnehmungen zur Form der Permanent- magnete komplementär ist und die Permanentmagnete mindestens eine gekrümmte Außenkontur aufweisen.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde erkannt, dass mit radial magnetisierten, bogenförmigen Permanentmagneten eine verbesserte Rotorgeometrie realisiert werden kann, bei welcher die Permanentmagnete eine größere lastabtragende Kontaktflache zum umgebenden Rotormaterial aufweisen. Dadurch können größere Zentripetalkräfte übertragen werden, wodurch die Drehzahlfestigkeit des Rotors ansteigt. Gleichzeitig ist die erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagene Rotorgeometrie dazu geeignet, eine nahezu unveränderte Magnetisierung im Luftspalt zwischen Rotor und Stator bereitzustellen, so dass das verfügbare Drehmoment nur geringfügig verringert oder sogar erhöht wird.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung weisen die bogenförmigen Permanentmagnete die Form eines Kreissegmentes auf, wobei das Kreis- segment besonders bevorzugt etwa ein Drittel eines Vollkreises abdeckt.
Dadurch kann durch spiegelsymmetπsche Anordnung zweier Permanentmagnete
ein Kreissegment von etwa zwei Dritteln eines Vollkreises abgedeckt werden, so dass jeweils zwei Permanentmagnete einen magnetischen Polschuh des Rotors umgeben.
Eine besonders günstige Herstellbarkeit der Permanentmagnete ergibt sich insbesondere dann, wenn die Permanentmagnete einen radialen Abschluss der Länge b und einen tangentialen Abschluss der Länge a aufweisen, wobei das Verhältnis von a zu b etwa 1 beträgt. Dem Fachmann ist dabei selbstverständlich geläufig, dass dieser Zahlenwert nicht strikt einzuhalten ist. Vielmehr können sich auch bei Abweichungen die erfindungsgemäßen vorteilhaften Wirkungen noch zumindest teilweise einstellen.
Der erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagene Rotor kann beispielsweise mittels eines Spritzgussverfahrens aus einem gefüllten Kunststoff gefertigt werden. Besonders bevorzugt wird der vorgeschlagene Rotor aus einer Vielzahl von Stanzteilen gefertigt, welche mittels eines komplementär geformten Werkzeuges aus einem Blech, beispielsweise einem Transformatorblech, gestanzt werden. Eine Mehrzahl von gestanzten Blechen wird dann drehsteif auf der Gleichstrommotorwelle befestigt, beispielsweise durch passgenaues Aufpressen, so dass sich entlang der Längserstreckung der Welle ein etwa zylindrisches Blechpaket als Rotorgrundkörper ergibt.
In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung können für das Blechpaket identische Blechschnitte verwendet werden. In diesem Fall ergibt sich entlang der Langserstreckung des Rotors ein konstanter Querschnitt. In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung können zumindest zwei verschiedene Blechschnitte eingesetzt werden, so dass der Querschnitt des Rotors entlang der Längserstreckung nicht konstant ist.
Besonders bevorzugt weist dabei zumindest ein Stanzblech gemäß einem
Blechschnitt tangentiale Verbindungsstege und/oder radial verlaufende Rippen auf. Dadurch kann die Feldformung des Multipolfeldes des Rotors auf Kosten der Haltekräfte der Permanentmagnete und damit der Drehzahlfestigkeit optimiert werden und umgekehrt. Auf diese Weise kann entweder ein langsam laufender Gleichstrommotor mit vergleichsweise hohem Drehmoment oder ein schnell laufender Gleichstrommotor mit niedrigerem Drehmoment hergestellt werden.
Nachfolgend soll die Erfindung anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen und Figuren ohne Beschränkung des allgemeinen Erfindungsgedankens näher erläutert werden. Dabei zeigt

Figur 1 zeigt einen Gleichstrommotor gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Der Motor enthält einen Stator 100 und einen Rotor 200. Der Stator 100 umfasst eine Mehrzahl von Polschuhen 1 15, welche durch Schlitze 1 10 voneinander getrennt sind. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Stator 12 Schlitze 1 10 und 12 Polschuhe 1 15 auf. Die Polschuhe 1 15 sind über ein
Joch 140 miteinander verbunden, um den magnetischen Fluss zu führen. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform können die Polschuhe 1 15 und das Joch 140 einstückig ausgeführt werden.
Weiterhin umfasst der Stator 12 Spulen mit jeweils N Windungen eines elektrischen Leiters, beispielsweise lackisoliertem Kupferdraht. Die Windungen
verlaufen dabei teilweise durch die Schlitze 1 10. Die Spulen als solche sind dem Fachmann bekannt und daher in der Figur nicht dargestellt. Die Spulen des Stators 100 werden mittels einer nicht dargestellten Schalteinrichtung zyklisch mit einem elektrischen Strom beaufschlagt. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein magnetisches Multipolfeld, dessen Orientierung relativ zum Stator 100 sich zyklisch ändert. Ein solches Magnetfeld wird im Kontext der vorliegenden Erfindung als rotierendes Magnetfeld bezeichnet.
Dem Fachmann ist dabei geläufig, dass die dargestellte Geometrie mit 12 Polschuheπ 1 15 lediglich beispielhaft gewählt ist. In anderen Ausführungsformen der Erfindung kann der Stator auch eine größere oder eine geringere Anzahl an Polschuhen aufweisen.
Im zylindrischen Innenraum des Stators 100 befindet sich der Rotor 200. Der Rotor 200 weist eine Drehachse 120 auf. Die Drehachse umgibt ein im
Wesentlichen zylindrischer Grundkörper. Die Außenfläche des Grundkörpers des Rotors 200 ist von der Innenfläche des Stators 100 durch einen Luftspalt 130 getrennt.
Im Rotor 200 sind Permanentmagnete 270 eingebettet. Die Permanentmagnete
270 weisen dabei einen bogenförmigen, insbesondere einen kreissektorförmigen, Querschnitt auf. Die Permanentmagnete 270 erzeugen ebenfalls ein magnetisches Multipolfeld, welches bei Betrieb des Gleichstrommotors an das rotierende Multipolfeld des Stators ankoppelt. Auf diese Weise rotiert der Rotor 200 mit dem rotierenden Magnetfeld des Stators, wodurch ein Nutzdrehmoment vom Rotor 200 abgegeben wird.
Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die Permanentmagnete 270 eine Kreissektorform mit etwa 120° Öffnungswinkel auf. Jeweils zwei Permanent- magnete 270 sind an ihrer inneren, der Welle 120 zugewandten Seite, mittels einer Rippe 250 voneinander beabstandet.
Jeweils zwei Permanentmagnete 270 fassen einen Polschuh 210 ein. Der Polschuh 210 dient dazu, dass von dem Permanentmagneten erzeugte Multipolfeld zu führen. Zwischen zwei jeweils einen Polschuh 210 einschließenden Paaren von Permanentmagneten 270 ist ein Polschuh 220
angeordnet. Um die Polschuhe 220 und 210 einstückig fertigen zu können, sind diese über Stege 260 und Rippen 250 miteinander verbunden.
Dem Fachmann ist selbstverständlich geläufig, dass der vorgeschlagene Rotor nicht in jeder Ausführungsform der Erfindung acht Permanentmagnete 270 aufweisen muss. In Abhängigkeit der Geometrie des Stators kann der Fachmann auch eine andere Geometrie des Rotors mit einer größeren oder einer geringeren Anzahl von Permanentmagneten 270 und dementsprechend einer hieran angepassten Anzahl von Polschuhen 210 und 220 vorsehen. Die Erfindung lehrt nicht das Einhalten der in Figur 1 gezeigten Geometrie als
Lösungsprinzip.
Figur 2 zeigt einen Ausschnitt von etwa 90° aus dem in Figur 1 dargestellten Rotor. Anhand der Figur 2 soll der wesentliche Vorteil der Erfindung verdeutlicht werden. Figur 2 zeigt im Querschnitt zwei bogenförmige Permanentmagnete 270, welche jeweils einen Polschuh 210 teilweise umschließen. Die Polschuhe 210 sind über Stege 260 mit dem im zentralen Bildteil sichtbaren Polschuh 220 verbunden.
Bei Rotation des Rotors 200 um die Drehachse 120 werden die Permanentmagnete 270 durch die einwirkende Zentripetalkraft radial nach außen beschleunigt. Dies führt dazu, dass die Permanentmagnete 270 mit ihrer Außenfläche 275 zumindest teilweise, d.h. im Bereich der Teilflächen 240 und 245, in kraftschlussigen Kontakt mit der Oberflache des Polschuhs 220 treten. Der Polschuh 220 tragt die über die Flachen 240 und 245 einwirkenden Kräfte über eine Zugspannung im Schaft 230 ab. Der Schaft 230 weist dabei eine gegenüber dem Stand der Technik vergrößerte Material stärke auf, welche die Übertragung größerer Kräfte und damit höhere Drehzahlen des Rotors erlaubt. Da der magnetische Fluss im Bereich der Polschuhe 210 und 220 konzentriert ist, bleibt die vergrößerte Materialstärke 230 ohne Einfluss auf die im Luftspalt
130 erzielbare magnetische Feldstärke und damit letztlich auch ohne Einfluss auf das vom Rotor 200 erzeugbare nutzbare Drehmoment.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird der Grundkörper des Rotors 200 durch ein Blechpaket gebildet, welches eine Vielzahl von
Stanzblechen enthält, welche auf der Welle 120 angeordnet sind. Der
Blechschnitt der Stanzbleche gibt somit den Querschnitt des Rotors 200 an. Sofern zum Aufbau des Grundkörpers des Rotors 200 lediglich identische Stanzbleche verwendet werden, so weist der Rotor 200 einen konstanten Querschnitt entlang seiner Längserstreckung auf. Sofern unterschiedliche Stanzbleche verwendet werden, ändert sich der Querschnitt des Rotors entlang seiner Längserstreckung. Auf diese Weise können die magnetischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften des Rotors optimiert werden. Ausführungsbeispiele für verschiedene Stanzbleche werden nachfolgend angegeben.
Figur 3 zeigt ein erstes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Stanzbleches für einen erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagenen Rotor 200 Zentral im Stanzblech ist eine Öffnung angeordnet, welche zur Aufnahme der Welle 120 dient. Der Blechschnitt nach Figur 3 weist weiterhin vier Polschuhe 210 auf. Diese werden von jeweils zwei Ausnehmungen 300 und 305 begrenzt, welche zur Aufnahme der Permanentmagnete 270 vorgesehen sind. Jeweils zwei Ausnehmungen 300 und
305 sind durch eine Rippe 250 voneinander getrennt.
Zwischen zwei benachbarten Ausnehmungen 300 und 305 sind jeweils auf der dem Polschuh 210 abgewandten Seite weitere Polschuhe 220 angeordnet. Jeder Polschuh 210 ist mit seinen benachbarten Polschuhen 220 durch einen Steg 260 verbunden. Auf diese Weise kann der Blechschnitt einstückig und mit maximaler Stabilität gefertigt werden. Die Ausnehmungen 300 und 305 sind dabei komplementär zur Außenform eines Permanentmagneten 270, d.h. der Permanentmagnet lasst sich mit vorgebbaren Toleranzen in die Ausnehmung einfuhren. Zur Fixierung des Permanentmagneten kann eine Vergussmasse bzw. ein Klebstoff vorgesehen sein. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung können die Toleranzen der Abmessungen der Öffnungen 300 und 305 und der Permanentmagneten 270 so gewählt sein, dass sich eine Klemmung des Permanentmagneten 270 in der Öffnung 300 bzw. 305 ergibt.
Figur 4 zeigt eine weitere Ausgestaltungsform eines Blechschnittes gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung. Der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 4 weist wiederum vier Polschuhe 210 auf, welche mittels Stegen 260 mit dem jeweils benachbarten Polschuh 220 verbunden sind.
Jeder Polschuh 210 ist von einer Öffnung 300 umgeben. Die Öffnung 300 weist die Form eines Kreissektors mit einem Öffnungswinkel von etwa 240° auf. Dies bedeutet, dass in die Öffnung 300 zwei Permanentmagnete mit einem etwa drittelkreissektorförmigen Querschnitt aufgenommen werden können. Durch das Fehlen der Rippen 250 wird der magnetische Fluss zwischen zwei benachbarten
Permanentmagneten 270 in der Öffnung 300 nicht gestört. Durch die Stege 260 kann der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 4 dennoch einstückig ausgeführt werden.
Figur 5 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Blechschnittes für einen erfindungsgemäßen Rotor 200. Der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 5 weist wiederum eine Mehrzahl von Ausnehmungen 300 und 305 auf, welche jeweils durch eine Rippe 250 voneinander getrennt sind. Die Rippe 250 verbindet einen Polschuh 210 an dessen Basis mit der Basis zweier benachbarter Polschuhe 220. Auf diese Weise kann auch der Blechschnitt nach Figur 5 einstückig ausgeführt werden. Trotz des Fehlens der Stege 260 weist der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 5
Anlageflächen 240 und 245 auf, welche eine Kraftübertragung zwischen Permanentmagneten 270 in den Öffnungen 300 und 305 und dem Polschuh 220 ermöglichen. Somit kann der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 5 trotz fehlender Stege 260 eine der Zentripetalkraft entgegen gesetzte Haltekraft auf die Permanent- magnete 270 ausüben.
Ein viertes Ausführungsbeispiel eines Blechschnittes ist in Figur 6 dargestellt. Der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 6 zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zwischen den Polschuhbereichen 210 und den Polschuhbereichen 220 weder Rippen 250 noch Stege 260 angeordnet sind. Dies ergibt die geringstmogliche Störung des magnetischen Flusses der Permanentmagnete 270, welche in den Öffnungen 300 angeordnet werden können.
Dennoch ist auch der Blechschnitt gemäß Figur 6 dazu geeignet, über die Anlageflächen 240 und 245 eine Haltekraft auf die Permanentmagnete 270 auszuüben und diese auch bei hohen Drehzahlen in ihrer Position im Rotor 200 zu halten.
Figur 7 zeigt schließlich den Querschnitt eines Permanentmagnetes 270. Der Permanentmagnet 270 weist eine kreissektorförmige Grundfläche auf Somit besitzt der Permanentmagnet 270 eine kreisförmige äußere Begrenzungsfläche
275, welche bei Einsatz des Permanentmagnetes in einem Rotor an den Polschuh 220 und die Anlagefläche 240 angrenzt. Weiterhin weist der Permanentmagnet 270 eine kreisförmige innere Begrenzungsfläche 274 auf, welche bei Einsatz des Permanentmagneten 270 in einem Rotor 200 an den Polschuh 210 angrenzt.
Die Magnetisierung 271 des dargestellten Permanentmagneten 270 weist radial nach außen. Bei Einsatz des Permanentmagneten 270 in einem erfindungsgemäßen Rotor verläuft der magnetische Fluss somit ausgehend von der Fläche 275 durch den Polschuh 220 des Rotors zu einem Polschuh 1 15 des Stators.
Von dort schließt sich der magnetische Kreis über das Joch 140 zu einem benachbarten Polschuh 1 15, von dort über den Luftspalt 130 zum Polschuh 210 des Rotors und von dort zur Innenfläche 274 des Permanentmagneten 270.
Bevorzugt weist der kreissektorförmige Permanentmagnet 270 einen
Öffnungswinkel von 120° auf. In der in Figur 7 dargestellten Ausführungsform weist der Permanentmagnet einen radialen Abschluss der Länge b und einen tangentialen Abschluss der Länge a auf, welche ein Verhältnis von etwa 1 : 1 besitzen. Dies bedeutet, dass die Länge a in etwa der Länge b entspricht. Beide Maßnahmen unterstützen die in Figur 7 dargestellte radiale Magnetisierung 271.
Dem Fachmann ist selbstverständlich geläufig, dass die vorliegende Erfindung nicht auf die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt ist. Die vorliegende Beschreibung ist daher nicht als beschrankend, sondern als erläuternd anzusehen.
Claims
1 . Gleichstrommotor, enthaltend
- einen Stator (100) mit einem Hohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Rotors (200) und einer Magnetfelderzeugungseinrichtung, mit welcher ein rotierendes magnetisches Multipolfeld erzeugbar ist, - eine drehbar gelagerte Welle (120), welche den Rotor (200) trägt,
- einen Grundkörper, welcher mit der Welle (120) drehfest verbunden ist, wobei der Grundkörper eine Mehrzahl von Ausnehmungen (300, 305) aufweist,
- eine Mehrzahl von Permanentmagneten (270), welche in den Ausnehmungen (300, 305) des Grundkörpers angeordnet sind, wobei die
Form der Ausnehmungen (300, 305) zur Form der Permanentmagneten (270) komplementär ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
- die Permanentmagneten (270) mindestens eine gekrümmte Außenkontur aufweisen.
2. Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Permanentmagnete (270) die Form eines Kreissegmentes aufweisen.
3. Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das
Kreissegment eine Öffnung von etwa 110° bis etwa 130° aufweist.
4. Gleichstrommotor nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Permanentmagnete (270) eine radiale Magnetisierung (271 ) aufweisen.
5. Gleichstrommotor nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Permanentmagnete (270) einen radialen Abschluss der Länge b und einen tangentialen Abschluss der Länge a aufweisen, wobei das Verhältnis von a zu b etwa 0.9 bis etwa 1.1 umfasst.
6. Gleichstrommotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper aus einer Mehrzahl von geschichteten Stanzblechen zusammengesetzt ist, wobei die Stanzbleche zumindest zwei verschiedene Blechschnitte aufweisen.
7. Gleichstrommotor nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Stanzblech gemäß einem Blechschnitt tangentiale Verbindungsstege (260) und/oder radial verlaufende Rippen (250) aufweist. 8 Gleichstrommotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Permanentmagnete (270) einen Polschuh (210) umgeben.
