Abstract

본 발명은 연속적인 신선과 동시에 전단 변형이 가능한 전단 신선용 다이스를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 소재가 통과하면서 전단 신선 가공되는 소재 가공통로를 포함하는 전단 신선용 다이스로서, 상기 가공통로는 소재가 이동하는 방향으로 보아 전방에 위치되는 입측통로 및 후방에 위치되는 출측통로로 이루어지고, 상기 입측통로와 출측통로는 이들 통로의 중심축이 각을 갖고 교차되도록 결합되고, 그리고 상기 가공통로는 소재가 적어도 출측통로의 출구 부분에서 채워져 추출되도록 출측통로의 출측단면적을 입측통로의 입측단면적보다 감소시키는 단면 감소 구간을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전단 신선용 다이스를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 연속적인 전단변형이 가능하며, 전단 신선 가공시 다이스에 소재의 채워짐이 우수하여 전단 신선 가공 후 소재 단면의 장단축비(Aspect ratio)가 소재의 전 길이에 걸쳐 거의 일정한 치수를 얻을 수 있다.
