技术领域
本发明涉及中国移动多媒体广播（CMMB )领域， 特别涉及一种显示当 前播放节目的节目信息的移动终端及方法。
背景技术
移动多媒体广播业务（又称手机电视）是近年来兴起的一种多媒体广播 技术。 通过手持式终端， 在高速移动的情况下， 可以观看电视。 终端通过接 收电子业务指南了解移动多媒体广播业务的相关信息， 如业务名称、 播放时 间、 内容梗概、 价格等， 并选择有权限收看的频道， 从而可以接收所选择频 道的多媒体数据， 实现在移动终端上看电视。
目前， 在 CMMB系统的移动终端上， 用户进入手机电视后， 首先看到的 是频道列表， 当用户想知道正在播放什么节目时， 则必需进入节目列表后， 才能查找当前播放的节目信息。 这样， 就无法满足用户第一时间浏览频道当 前正在播放节目信息的要求， 从而对用户体验产生负面影响。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是， 提供一种显示当前播放节目的节目信息 的移动终端及方法， 从而使用户无需进入各手机电视频道即可获取当前正在 播放节目的节目信息。
为了解决上述问题， 本发明公开了一种显示当前播放节目的节目信息的 方法， 包括：
在向用户显示移动终端频道列表的过程中， 所述移动终端接收到用户对 所述频道列表中某一频道发起的显示当前播放节目的节目信息的指令时， 根 据电子业务指南中该频道的所有节目的播放时间段， 确定该频道当前正在播 放的节目， 通过一专用窗口向用户显示当前播放节目的节目信息。
进一步地， 上述方法中， 当所述移动终端检测到光标置于所述频道列表 中某一频道上时， 认为用户发起显示当前播放节目的节目信息的指令。
进一步地， 上述方法中， 所述节目信息至少包括所述节目的节目名称以 及播放的时间段。
其中， 所述移动终端确定该频道当前正在播放的节目， 是通过对当前时 刻以及该频道的所有节目的播放时间段进行比较获得的， 所述当前时刻指所 述移动终端的当前时间点， 或者是所述移动终端从网络侧获取的当前系统时 间。
所述专用窗口为一悬浮窗或者是移动终端频道列表显示界面上的一块专 用区域。
本发明还公开了一种显示当前播放节目的节目信息的移动终端， 包括依 次连接的节目信息获取模块和节目信息显示模块， 其中，
所述节目信息获取模块， 在接收到用户对某一手机电视频道发起的显示 当前播放节目的节目信息的指令时， 用于根据电子业务指南中该频道的所有 节目的播放时间段， 确定该频道当前正在播放的节目， 并将当前播放节目的 节目信息发送到所述节目信息显示模块；
所述节目信息显示模块， 用于接收所述节目信息， 并通过一专用窗口向 用户显示当前播放节目的节目信息。
进一步地， 上述移动终端中， 当检测到光标停留在所述频道列表中某一 频道上时， 所述节目信息获取模块认为用户发起显示当前播放节目信息的命 令。
进一步地， 上述移动终端中， 所述节目信息至少包括所述节目的节目名 称以及播放时间段。
其中， 所述节目信息获取模块确定该频道当前正在播放的节目是通过对 当前时刻以及电子业务指南中该频道的所有节目的播放时间段进行比较获得 的， 所述当前时刻指所述移动终端的当前时间点， 或者是从网络侧获取的当 前系统时间。
所述专用窗口为一悬浮窗或者是手机电视频道列表显示界面上的一块专 用区域。
本发明使得用户无需进入频道， 就可以获取当前正在播放节目的节目信 息， 大大提高了用户的视觉体验。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将结合附图及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明： 一种显示当前播放节目的节目信息的移动终端， 如图 1所示， 至少包括 依次连接的用户解析模块、 节目信息获取模块和节目信息显示模块， 其中各 模块功能如下。
用户解析模块， 用于解析用户指令， 当用户针对频道列表中的某一频道 发起显示当前正在播放节目信息的指令时， 该模块将该指令发送到节目信息 获取模块；
其中， 当用户解析模块检测光标置于某一频道上时， 即判断用户发起了 显示当前正在播放节目信息的指令， 当然在其它实施例中， 移动终端也可以 在频道列表界面上为各频道增加 "显示当前正在播放节目信息"的功能选项， 此时，用户只要选中该功能选项即为发起显示当前正在播放节目信息的指令。
节目信息获取模块， 用于接收用户解析模块发送的用户指令， 并获取接 收用户指令的时刻 （即为当前时刻） ， 再将当前时刻与电子业务指南 ESG中 各节目分片 （ content )的起始时间 （ StartTime )和结束时间 （ EndTime )作比 较， 当 StartTime <= 当前时刻 < EndTime时， 节目信息获取模块判断该节目 为当前正在播放的节目， 并将该节目的节目信息发送到节目信息显示模块， 其中， 节目信息至少包括节目名称和播放的时间段信息； 在本实施例中， 当前时刻是移动终端的当前时间点， 在优选实施例中， 节目信息获取模块从移动多媒体广播信号中的网络信息表中读取网络侧的当 前系统时间， 这样， 可以确保移动终端所获取的当前时刻与手机电视频道节 目播放时间的基准一致。
节目信息显示模块， 用于通过一专用窗口显示所接收到的节目信息； 其中， 该专用窗口可以是悬浮于该频道的下方的悬浮窗， 在其它实施例 中， 专用窗口也可以是弹出的显示框， 或者是手机电视频道列表显示界面上 的指定区域。
上述移动终端显示当前正在播放节目的节目信息的过程， 如图 2所示， 包括以下步骤：
步骤 201 : 用户进入手机电视业务， 查看手机电视频道列表；
步骤 202: 移动终端收到用户针对频道列表中的某一频道发起的显示当 前正在播放节目信息的指令；
该步骤中， 移动终端检测到光标置于某一频道上， 则认为用户发起了显 示当前正在播放节目信息的指令， 当然在其它实施例中， 移动终端也可以在 频道列表显示界面上为各频道增加 "显示当前正在播放节目信息" 的功能选 项， 此时， 用户只要选中该功能选项即为发起显示当前正在播放节目信息的 指令。
步骤 203: 移动终端获取当前时刻；
本实施例中， 当前时刻是移动终端的当前时间点， 在优选的实施例中， 移动终端可以从移动多媒体广播信号中的网络信息表中读取网络侧的当前系 统时间， 这样， 可以确保移动终端所获取的当前时刻与手机电视频道节目播 放时间的基准一致。
步骤 204: 移动终端从 ESG表中获取该频道中所有节目分片的信息， 确 定该频道正在播放的节目；
该步骤中， 节目分片的信息至少包括各节目分片的起始时间（ StartTime ) 和结束时间（ EndTime ) , 比较当前时刻落在该频道的哪一个节目分片的起始 时间内， 当 StartTime <= 当前时刻 < EndTime时， 该节目即为正在播放的节 n 。
步骤 205 : 移动终端通过一专用窗口将该节目信息显示给用户， 其中， 节目信息至少包括节目名称以及播放的起止时间；
优选的， 移动终端可以通过悬浮的方式向用户显示正在播放节目的节目 信息， 在其它实施例中， 移动终端也可以通过弹出的显示框显示正在播放节 目的节目信息， 或者通过手机电视频道列表显示界面上的指定区域显示正在 播放节目的节目信息。
当然， 本发明还可以有其他多种实施例， 在不背离本发明精神及其实质 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明技术方案使得用户无需进入频道列表， 就可以获取当前正在播放 节目的节目信息， 大大提高了用户的视觉体验。

1、 一种显示当前播放节目的节目信息的方法， 其特征在于， 包括： 在向用户显示移动终端频道列表的过程中， 所述移动终端接收到用户对 所述频道列表中某一频道发起的显示当前播放节目的节目信息的指令时， 根 据电子业务指南中该频道的所有节目的播放时间段， 确定该频道当前正在播 放的节目， 通过一专用窗口向用户显示当前播放节目的节目信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于，
当所述移动终端检测到光标置于所述频道列表中某一频道上时， 认为用 户发起显示当前播放节目的节目信息的指令。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于，
所述节目信息至少包括所述节目的节目名称以及播放的时间段。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法， 其特征在于，
所述移动终端确定该频道当前正在播放的节目， 是通过对当前时刻以及 该频道的所有节目的播放时间段进行比较获得的， 所述当前时刻指所述移动 终端的当前时间点， 或者是所述移动终端从网络侧获取的当前系统时间。
5、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法， 其特征在于，
所述专用窗口为一悬浮窗或者是移动终端频道列表显示界面上的一块专 用区域。

所述节目信息显示模块， 用于接收所述节目信息， 并通过一专用窗口向 用户显示当前播放节目的节目信息。
