Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法,方法步骤如下:A、智能电视播放数字电视节目,B、智能电视判断是否换台,如果没有换台则进入步骤C;C、智能电视向服务器请求匹配;如果匹配成功,则服务器开启定时器并检查智能电视播放节目是否结束,然后进入步骤D;D、步骤C中服务器检查播放节目已经结束,则服务器向智能电视显示匹配的关联集数;E、智能电视用户选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,智能电视则点播或播放相匹配的网络节目,然后进入步骤F。本发明通过在用户观看传统电视节目时无缝链接到网络,来提高用户的观看体验,在电视节目播放完成后智能地匹配当前播放节目的网络资源并呈现给用户。

Description

一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法
技术领域
本发明涉及智能电视移动互联网领域,尤其涉及一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法。
背景技术
随着互联网的快速发展,移动互联慢慢成为一种趋势,传统的电视服务已然不能独立存活,于是新型的“物联网”顺势而出;传统的电视机只能观看广电固定的电视节目,在这个到处都是移动互联的时代,多少显得有点落伍,并不能满足当代用户的迫切需求,所以基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播有效的结合了传统电视的优势和移动互联的便捷,根据用户最迫切的需求更人性化地提供给用户,并将整个电视服务融于“物联网”的大家庭,使人们的生活变得更便捷。移动互联时代,传统电视已经不能满足当代用户的各种需求,所以将两者连接、融合显得异常紧迫和必然。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法,通过在用户观看传统电视节目时无缝链接到网络,来提高用户的观看体验,在电视节目播放完成后智能地匹配当前播放节目的网络资源并呈现给用户,解决了用户对于喜好节目想去观看全部剧集的心理,不仅能够提示用户的体验度和便捷度,还能提升整个电视服务的竞争力,也是今后的发展趋势。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法,其方法如下:
A、智能电视播放数字电视节目,智能电视用户开始观看数字电视节目;
B、智能电视内部判断用户是否换台,如果没有换台则进入步骤C,如果换台则返回步骤A并进入步骤B重新判断用户是否换台;
C、智能电视延时1~10分钟,并向服务器请求匹配;如果匹配成功,则服务器开启定时器并检查智能电视播放节目是否结束,然后进入步骤D;如果匹配不成功,则服务器匹配失败并进入步骤F;
D、步骤C中服务器检查智能电视播放节目已经结束,则服务器向智能电视显示匹配与观看数据电视节目相对应的关联集数;步骤C中服务器检查智能电视播放节目没有结束,则服务器继续重新检查智能电视播放节目是否结束;
E、智能电视用户选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,智能电视则点播或播放相匹配的网络节目,然后进入步骤F;智能电视用户没有选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,则直接进入步骤F;
F、结束。
本发明点播方法的步骤B、步骤C和步骤D可以由如下步骤H代替;
H、智能电视用户选择进入智能电视的EPG菜单,智能电视用户通过EPG菜单选择数字电视节目所关联的节目,然后向服务器发送请求匹配;如果服务器匹配成功,则服务器向智能电视发送并显示匹配结果海报,如果智能电视用户点击查看,则智能电视显示匹配的关联集数,然后进入步骤E,如果智能电视用户不点击查看,则智能电视继续显示匹配结果海报;如果服务器匹配不成功,则直接进入步骤F。
本发明具有如下特点:
(1)用户观看一个直播节目超过一定时长后提前向后台服务器请求匹配。
(2)如用后台服务器匹配成功,开始检测当前直播节目是否结束。
(3)如果直播节目结束,主动将提前匹配的关联剧集展示给用户。
(4)用户在匹配的集数中选择想要点播的集数,无缝跳转到网络播放器播放。
(5)如果用户进入EPG列表查看当前热门节目,如果匹配成功,将全部剧集展现给用户。
本发明较现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明通过在用户观看传统电视节目时无缝链接到网络,来提高用户的观看体验,在电视节目播放完成后智能地匹配当前播放节目的网络资源并呈现给用户,解决了用户对于喜好节目想去观看全部剧集的心理,不仅能够提示用户的体验度和便捷度,还能提升整个电视服务的竞争力,也是今后的发展趋势。
(2)本发明根据当前电视播放节目智能匹配网络关联资源,并根据匹配结果以不同的方式呈现给用户,用户主动选择喜好的节目周边或者直接点播关联的剧集继续播放,后续可以将虚拟网络和现实生活融为一体,有很强的拓展性和预见性。本发明可以根据当前播放节目智能匹配相关联的网络资源或者生活日常并供用户选择。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明:
实施例一
如图1所示,一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法,其方法如下:
A、智能电视播放数字电视节目,智能电视用户开始观看数字电视节目;
B、智能电视内部判断用户是否换台,如果没有换台则进入步骤C,如果换台则返回步骤A并进入步骤B重新判断用户是否换台;
C、智能电视延时1~10分钟,并向服务器请求匹配;如果匹配成功,则服务器开启定时器并检查智能电视播放节目是否结束,然后进入步骤D;如果匹配不成功,则服务器匹配失败并进入步骤F;
D、步骤C中服务器检查智能电视播放节目已经结束,则服务器向智能电视显示匹配与观看数据电视节目相对应的关联集数;步骤C中服务器检查智能电视播放节目没有结束,则服务器继续重新检查智能电视播放节目是否结束;
E、智能电视用户选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,智能电视则点播或播放相匹配的网络节目,然后进入步骤F;智能电视用户没有选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,则直接进入步骤F;
F、结束。
实施例二
A、智能电视播放数字电视节目,智能电视用户开始观看数字电视节目;
H、智能电视用户选择进入智能电视的EPG菜单,智能电视用户通过EPG菜单选择数字电视节目所关联的节目,然后向服务器发送请求匹配;如果服务器匹配成功,则服务器向智能电视发送并显示匹配结果海报,如果智能电视用户点击查看,则智能电视显示匹配的关联集数,然后进入步骤E,如果智能电视用户不点击查看,则智能电视继续显示匹配结果海报;如果服务器匹配不成功,则直接进入步骤F。
E、智能电视用户选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,智能电视则点播或播放相匹配的网络节目,然后进入步骤F;智能电视用户没有选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,则直接进入步骤F;
F、结束。
本发明具有如下特点:

本发明可以对匹配内容进行如下拓展:
(1)用户观看一个直播节目,如果很喜欢当前节目的音乐,则后台服务器会将相关音乐展示给用户,用户可以选择播放,也可以收藏,也可以发送到手机,分享到网络等。
(2)用户观看一个直播节目,如果喜欢某部剧或某位明星,可以参与粉丝互动等。

Claims (2)

1.一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法,其特征在于:其方法如下:
A、智能电视播放数字电视节目,智能电视用户开始观看数字电视节目;
B、智能电视内部判断用户是否换台,如果没有换台则进入步骤C,如果换台则返回步骤A并进入步骤B重新判断用户是否换台;
C、智能电视延时1~10分钟,并向服务器请求匹配;如果匹配成功,则服务器开启定时器并检查智能电视播放节目是否结束,然后进入步骤D;如果匹配不成功,则服务器匹配失败并进入步骤F;
D、步骤C中服务器检查智能电视播放节目已经结束,则服务器向智能电视显示匹配与观看数据电视节目相对应的关联集数;步骤C中服务器检查智能电视播放节目没有结束,则服务器继续重新检查智能电视播放节目是否结束;
E、智能电视用户选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,智能电视则点播或播放相匹配的网络节目,然后进入步骤F;智能电视用户没有选择服务器匹配的关联集数后,则直接进入步骤F;
F、结束。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种基于直播内容的智能匹配和关联点播方法,其特征在于:步骤B、步骤C和步骤D可以由如下步骤H代替;
H、智能电视用户选择进入智能电视的EPG菜单,智能电视用户通过EPG菜单选择数字电视节目所关联的节目,然后向服务器发送请求匹配;如果服务器匹配成功,则服务器向智能电视发送并显示匹配结果海报,如果智能电视用户点击查看,则智能电视显示匹配的关联集数,然后进入步骤E,如果智能电视用户不点击查看,则智能电视继续显示匹配结果海报;如果服务器匹配不成功,则直接进入步骤F。
