本实用新型涉及一种加装水冷器的空调。
背景技术
空调的品种很多, 但其工作原理大同小异。 一般空调都是空气冷却冷 凝器结构, 这种空调器可分为室内部分和室外部分, 压縮冷凝机组在室外 部分, 蒸发机组在室内部分; 当空调运行时, 其压縮机和风机同时启动运 转, 蒸发器开始制冷, 室内部分的离心风机将室内空气吸入搅拌, 与蒸发 器进行热交换, 蒸发器吸收了空气的热量和水蒸气后, 将冷的干燥空气送 入室内, 水蒸气凝结成水流到室外, 蒸发器吸收的热量, 由压縮机输送的 制冷剂带到冷凝器中放热, 由冷凝器室外侧轴流风机的鼓风, 将冷凝器吸 收的热量排放到室外周围环境中。在空调整个工作过程中有两个重要部件: 蒸发器和冷凝器, 冷凝器在工作时温度可达到 80摄氏度以上, 它主要靠轴 流风机来吹^ <散热, 这样散热效果就不是很理想, 散热效果不佳, 热量就 会重新流到蒸发器内, 就会影响到蒸发器的制冷效果; 再者在空调工作过 程中产生的冷水也白白浪费掉。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的问题而提供一种结构简单, 效果明显、 且达到了节能环保为目的的一种加装水冷器的空调。
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型设计的一种加装水冷器的空调, 它包 括室外机组和室内机组, 室外机组内的压縮机和冷凝器之间的管道上加装 一水冷器, 管道穿过水冷器, 水冷器下部设有进水口, 水冷器上部设有出 水口, 室内机组的排水管与水冷器的进水口连接, 水冷器的出水口连接有 出水管。
因为蒸发器吸收了空气的热量和水蒸气后,将冷的干燥空气送入室内, 水蒸气凝结成水流的量不是很大, 为了达到更好的散热效果, 水冷器的进 水口还可连接有补水装置。 本实用新型釆用上述技术, 在室外机组内压缩机和冷凝器之间的管道 上加装一水冷器, 因地制宜的利用了空调本身所产生的水回流到水冷器来 帮助冷凝器散热, 克服了主机散热不足的问题, 本实用新型结 简单, 制 冷效果明显, 且达到了节能减排的作用。

如图 1所示,一种加装水冷器的空调,它包括室外机组 1和室内机组 2, 其特征在于: 所述室外机组 2内的压縮机 3和冷凝器 4之间的管道处加装 — 7JC冷器 5, 管道穿过水冷器 5, 水冷器 5下部设有进水口 7, 水冷器 5上 部设有出水口 8,室内机组 2的排水管 6与;^冷器 5的进水口 7连接,水冷 器 5的出水口 8连接有出水管。
因为蒸发器 9吸收了空气的热量和水蒸气后, 将冷的干燥空气送入室 内, 水蒸气凝结成水流的量不是很大, 为了达到更好的散热效果, 水冷器 的进水口 7还可连接有补水装置, 这样相对应的水冷器相外也就排出了更 多的热水, 为了达到合理利用资源的目的, 排出水冷器 5 的热水可以存储 起来作为生活用水。
为了使室内机组内蒸发器 9所产生的水能流到水冷器 5内, 在空调安 装时, 室内机组 2应高于室外机组 1。
